Description

Chain member for slide fastener and product with slide fastener
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fastener chain member for a slide fastener and a product with a slide fastener having the fastener chain member for a slide fastener.
Background
In general, slide fasteners are often used as shutters for clothing, daily necessities, industrial materials, and various coverings for automobiles, trains, and aircraft. Generally, a slide fastener used for various products includes a pair of right and left fastener stringers in which fastener element rows are formed at tape side edges of the fastener stringers, and a slider that slides along the right and left fastener element rows. As one type of slide fastener, a slide fastener provided with a separable fastener element that can separate right and left fastener stringers from each other is known.
Patent document 1 describes a product with a slide fastener, which forms a slide fastener without using a fastener tape, and in which a separable bottom end stop is provided at a predetermined position of the slide fastener. Specifically, a plurality of fastener elements are attached to the fixing member to form left and right fastener element members, and the fastener element members are sewn to left and right fabric forming the garment, respectively.
Patent document 1 describes that the main body portion of the fastener element is provided with a recess into which a part of the element attachment edge portion of the material is inserted along the longitudinal direction of the fastener element member on a side surface portion arranged to face the material, so that a gap formed between the fixing member and the element attachment edge portion of the material is reduced, thereby improving the appearance in a plan view.

Disclosure of Invention
In the product with a slide fastener described in patent document 1, the recess is made deeper to reduce the gap formed between the fixing member and the element attaching edge portion of the fabric, thereby improving the appearance. On the other hand, when the pair of engaged fastener elements are bent in the longitudinal direction, the body portions of adjacent fastener elements may enter into the recess formed in the body portion of the fastener element, and chain separation may occur in which the engagement of the fastener elements is released. Therefore, even when the fastener element is formed with a recess into which a part of the element attaching edge portion of the fabric is inserted, it is desirable to prevent the occurrence of chain separation.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a fastener chain member for a slide fastener and a product with a slide fastener, which prevent a chain separation in which engagement release of a fastener element occurs when a pair of fastener element rows engaged with each other are bent in a longitudinal direction.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following structure.
[1] A fastener chain member for a slide fastener, comprising a pair of left and right fastener elements (10), wherein the fastener element (10) comprises a linear fixing member (15) extending in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of fastener elements (40) attached to the fixing member (15) and forming a fastener element row (11),
The pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) can be engaged with each other,
The fastener element (40) has an engagement portion (42) which engages with the fastener element (40) on the opposite side of engagement, and a main body portion (41) which extends from the engagement portion (42) in the right-left direction and is fixed to the fixing member (15),
In the main body (41), a recess (45) recessed toward the fixing member (15) is provided along the longitudinal direction on the side of the reverse engagement portion located on the opposite side of the engagement portion (42) from the fixing member (15),
When the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) is engaged and the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) is bent in the longitudinal direction in a direction in which the front surfaces or the rear surfaces of the fastener elements (40) face each other, the engaging portions (42) of the adjacent fastener elements (40) of the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) are not in contact with each other when the main body portions (41) of the adjacent fastener elements (40) of the pair of fastener elements (10) are in contact with each other.
[2] A zippered product comprising:
[1] The zipper chain component for the zipper;
A slider (30) for engaging the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) for a slide fastener, and
And fastener attachment members (7, 7) to which the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) are attached.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, when a pair of engaged element rows are bent in the longitudinal direction, the body portions of the elements adjacent in the longitudinal direction on the same element member are brought into contact with each other, whereby the engagement release of the elements can be prevented.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a chain member for a slide fastener and a product with a slide fastener according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In the present specification, "vertical direction" means a sliding direction of the slider, and means a longitudinal direction of the fastener element and a width direction of the fastener element, and in particular, a direction in which the slider slides so as to engage a pair of left and right fastener element rows is referred to as "upper" and a direction in which the slider slides so as to disengage the left and right fastener element rows is referred to as "lower".
The "right-left direction" refers to a direction in which a pair of fastener element rows are arranged, and refers to a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slider, and may be changed to a front-rear direction of the fastener element, and a direction toward the fastener element on the side opposite to the engagement side is referred to as "front", and an opposite side thereof is referred to as "rear".
The "back surface direction" refers to a direction orthogonal to the up-down direction and the left-right direction, and can be also referred to as a height direction of the fastener element. In addition, a pair of components is sometimes referred to as "left and right" components based on the drawings.
The structure of a product 1 with a slide fastener to which the present invention is applied will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. Fig. 1 is a plan view schematically showing a main part of a zippered product of an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a main part bottom view schematically showing the slide fastener product shown in fig. 1 enlarged from the back side. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the zippered product taken along line A-A of fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a top view of a main portion showing an engaged state of a pair of element members.
The zipper product 1 of the present embodiment is a zipper garment (clothing article), and a zipper 5 as shown in fig. 1 is formed on the front piece portion of the front piece of the zipper product 1.
In addition, left and right fastener element attaching edge portions 7 for attaching left and right fastener element members 10 to be described later are provided on left and right fabric 6 of a front piece (in particular, a front piece portion) which is formed as an opening/closing portion in the slide fastener product 1.
In this case, the front panel 6 (also referred to as a garment panel) constituting the front panel portion of the fastener-incorporated product 1 becomes a fastener attaching member to which the element member 10 is attached. Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, the slide fastener 5 formed in the present embodiment includes a pair of right and left fastener elements 10 directly fixed to the fabric 6 to form a pair of fastener element rows 11, and a slider 30 capable of engaging and disengaging the pair of right and left fastener element rows 11.
In the present embodiment, the properties such as thickness, shape, and flexibility of the fabric 6 serving as the fastener attaching member are not particularly limited, but the fabric 6 is preferably formed so that a sewing machine needle can pierce when a sewing process by a sewing machine is performed.
In the present embodiment, the element attaching edge portion 7 provided on the face material 6 is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the element member 10, with a predetermined dimension in the width direction of the element member 10, from the opposite side edges of the face material 6 constituting the right and left front piece portions toward the inside of the face material 6 in the finished slide fastener product 1.
In the case of the present embodiment, the element attaching edge portion 7 is a portion including at least a range from the opposite side edge to the distal end of the folding-back side attaching edge portion 9 in the width direction. This structure can be seen with reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3, for example, each of the left and right element attaching edge portions 7 is formed by folding back a side edge portion, which is a cut end portion of the fabric 6, in a U shape toward the back surface side. In this way, by forming the element attaching edge portion 7, the element attaching edge portion 7 is formed to be thicker locally than the other portions of the thin fabric 6, and the strength of the element attaching edge portion 7 can be improved.
As a result, even if the fastener element attaching edge portion 7 is pierced by the sewing thread 21 (the upper thread 21a and the lower thread 21b described later) of the fixing sewing portion 20 as described later, the fastener element attaching edge portion 7 is less likely to be cut by the sewing thread 21, and the durability of the fastener element attaching edge portion 7 can be improved. Further, by increasing the strength of the element attaching edge portion 7, the element member 10 can be firmly fixed to the element attaching edge portion 7, and the position and posture of each fastener element (hereinafter, also referred to as element) 40 fixed to the element attaching edge portion 7 can be stabilized.
Further, by folding back the side edge portion of the face material 6 in a U-shape, even if, for example, a ravel is generated at the side edge of the face material 6, the ravel can be hidden on the back side of the element attaching edge portion 7 and not exposed to the outside. Thus, the garment 1 can have a good appearance quality (beautiful appearance). Further, the engagement of the left and right element rows 11 is prevented from being deteriorated due to the fraying occurring at the side edges of the fabric 6, and the sliding property (smoothness of sliding) of the slider 30 is prevented from being lowered.
In the present embodiment, a reinforcing sheet member such as a resin film (not shown) may be attached to or sewn together with the element member 10, for example, to at least one of the front and rear surfaces of the element attaching edge 7 and/or the inside (between the upper and lower folded portions) of the side edge of the element attaching edge 7 folded back in a U shape. This also reinforces the element attaching edge 7. In the present invention, the structure of the fabric of the garment is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed according to the use of the garment or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the slider 30 attached to the element row 11 of the present embodiment includes a slider body 31 and a tab 32 held by the slider body 31. The slider body 31 of the present embodiment has substantially the same structure as a conventional slider body commonly used for the fastener element 40 for injection molding.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the slider body 31 of the present embodiment includes an upper blade 33, a lower blade 34 disposed in parallel with the upper blade 33 separately from the upper blade 33, a connecting column (not shown) connecting a tip end portion of the upper blade 33 and a tip end portion (shoulder-opening-side end portion) of the lower blade 34, upper and lower flange portions 36, 37 disposed on left and right side edge portions of the upper blade 33 and left and right side edge portions of the lower blade 34, and a tab attachment portion 38 disposed on an upper surface of the upper blade 33 and holding the tab 32.
Left and right shoulder openings are formed at the front end portion of the slider body 31 so as to sandwich the coupling column, and a rear opening is formed at the rear end portion of the slider body 31. A substantially Y-shaped element guide path is formed between the upper wing plate 33 and the lower wing plate 34 to communicate the left and right shoulder openings with the rear opening. By using the slider 30 having such a structure, the engagement and disengagement of the right and left fastener elements 10 directly fixed to the fastener element attaching edge portion 7 of the garment 1 can be smoothly performed.
Next, a specific structure of the fastener element member 10 for a slide fastener will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5 to 9. Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a fastener element attached to a fixing member for use in the product with a slide fastener shown in fig. 1. Fig. 6 is a plan view of the fastener element shown in fig. 5. Fig. 7 is a rear view of the fastener element shown in fig. 5. Fig. 8 is a right side view of the fastener element shown in fig. 5. Fig. 9 is a bottom view of the fastener element shown in fig. 5.
The fastener element member (hereinafter, also simply referred to as element member) 10 in the present embodiment includes a linear fixing member 15 and a plurality of individual elements 40 attached to the fixing member 15.
The fixing member 15 has a linear shape. The plurality of individual fastener elements 40 are attached to the fixing member 15 at constant intervals in the width direction of the fastener elements 40, forming the fastener element row 11.
The fastener element 10 is a pair (two) and the pair of right and left fastener element 10, 10 is also referred to as a fastener element for slide fastener. The left and right element members 10 in fig. 1 are sewn and fastened along the end portions of the left and right element attaching edges 7 provided on the slide fastener product 1, respectively.
The fixing member 15 is a string body (also referred to as a braided string (knit cord)) formed by wrapping a core yarn composed of a plurality of multifilament yarns which are doubled by using a bag-braided part braided with a plurality of braided wires, and has flexibility. The fixing member 15 used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can mount a plurality of fastener elements 40, and may be formed of, for example, a monofilament or a twisted wire (twisted string).
The fixing member 15 is a member having a substantially circular cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and has a flat cross section shape by deforming in the fastener element 40 as shown in fig. 3. However, in the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member is not particularly limited.
The fastener elements 40 of the fastener element member 10 are integrally formed with the fixing member 15 by injection molding a thermoplastic resin such as polyacetal resin into the fixing member 15, for example, and are formed so as to cover the entire outer peripheral surface of a part of the fixing member 15.
In the present invention, the material of the element 40 is not limited to the synthetic resin described above, and the element may be formed of, for example, another synthetic resin or metal. The fastener element 10 of the present invention is not limited to the fastener element 40 formed by injection molding to the fixing member 15, and may be formed by fixing the fastener element 40 formed in advance into a predetermined shape to the fixing member 15 by welding, adhesion, or the like, for example.
As shown in fig. 5, each element 40 of the present embodiment includes an engagement portion 42 that engages with the element 40 of the element member 10 on the opposite side of engagement, and a main body portion 41 that extends from the engagement portion 42 in the front-rear direction (direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the fixing member 15 in plan view) of the element 40 and is fixed to the fixing member 15.
Each element 40 of the present embodiment has an element front half 43 and an element back half 44 that are distinguished based on the substantially middle position in the height direction of the element 40 (in the present embodiment, the center position of the fixing member 15 in the height direction of the element 40).
In this case, the surface of the element front half 43 and the element back half 44 are disposed so as to be orthogonal to the height direction of the element 40 and parallel to each other.
A recess 45 extending in the width direction of the element 40 is formed between the element front half 43 and the element back half 44 at the rear end portion of the element 40.
The engaging portion 42 of each fastener element 40 includes a shaped portion 43b on the element front half 43 side and locking portions 44b and 44c on the element back half 44 side.
The element half 43 has a front side engagement head portion (shaped portion) 43b which engages with the element on the opposite side of engagement to form a front side half of the engagement portion 42, and a front side body portion 43a which extends from the front side engagement head portion 43b toward the rear of the element member 10, and sandwiches the fixing member between the front side body portion 43a and the element back half 44.
The front side engagement head 43b has a pair of tapered portions 46, and the pair of tapered portions 46 are formed on the side surface of the front side engagement head 43b in a shape in which the element width gradually decreases toward the tip of the front side engagement head 43 b.
As shown in fig. 5, a head-side inclination 46a for gradually decreasing the element width toward the element surface is formed on the element side surface (upper surface and lower surface) of the front-side engagement head 43b (tapered portion 46). The element side surface of the front-side engagement head 43b may be formed into an R-shaped curved surface on the head-side inclined surface 46a.
The front-side main body 43a is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a gentle width toward the rear. In other words, the front-side main body portion 43a has a pair of incremental portions 47, and the pair of incremental portions 47 are formed on the side surface of the front-side main body portion 43a in a shape in which the element width gradually increases toward the rear end of the front-side main body portion 43 a.
As shown in fig. 5, a body portion inclined surface 47a is formed on the element side surface (upper surface and lower surface) of the front side body portion 43a (increasing portion 47) so that the element width gradually decreases toward the element surface. The inclination angle of the body portion inclined surface 47a is larger than the inclination angle of the head inclined surface 46 a.
In other words, as shown in fig. 4, the chamfer width L1 of the head-side inclined surface 46a is wider than the chamfer width L2 of the body-portion inclined surface 47 a.
The element front half 43 is formed with the head side inclined portion 46a in the tapered portion 46, whereby the 1 st gap S1 is formed in the up-down direction (element width direction) without contact between the end portion (edge portion) of the front side engaging head portion 43b on the element surface and the end portion (edge portion) of the front side engaging head portion 43b on the element surface of the element on the opposite side of engagement in the state where the pair of element members 10 are engaged. This structure can be seen with reference to fig. 4.
In addition, the element 40 may be configured such that the center portion in the thickness direction of the side surface of the element 40 contacts the center in the thickness direction of the side surface of the element 40 on the opposite side to the engagement in a state where the pair of element members 10 are engaged.
In addition, a predetermined gap is formed between the plurality of fastener elements 40 constituting the same fastener element 10.
That is, the 2 nd gap S2 is formed between the end portions of the front side main body portion 43a on the element surface of the adjacent elements 40 on the same element member 10 along the up-down direction (element width direction).
At this time, the 1 st gap S1 is larger than the 2 nd gap S2 on the surface of the element 40 with respect to the pair of element members 10 in the engaged state. At this time, since the chamfer width L1 of the head-side inclined surface 46a is wider than the chamfer width L2 of the body-portion inclined surface 47a, the 1 st gap S1 can be made larger than the 2 nd gap S2. This structure can be seen with reference to fig. 4.
According to this configuration, when the pair of element members 10 in the engaged state are bent in the direction in which the surfaces of the elements 40 face each other along the longitudinal direction, the element width direction end portion X of the front side body portion 43a of the element 40 can be brought into contact with the element width direction end portion X of the front side body portion 43a of the adjacent element 40 in the same element member 10 before the front side engagement head portion 43b of the element 40 is brought into contact with the front side engagement head portion 43b of the element 40 on the engagement opposite side. Details will be described later.
The element half 43 is a portion that appears as an external appearance when the pair of element members 10 (element rows 11) are engaged, and has an excellent external appearance by the front-side main body portion 43a formed as a rear portion having a substantially rectangular shape and the front-side engagement head portion 43b formed as a triangular shape in which the element width gradually decreases toward the tip end portion. Specifically, when the slide fastener 5 is in the engaged state, the elements 40 engaged with each other are arranged in a honeycomb shape.
As shown in fig. 6, the tooth surface half 43 may be configured such that the front engagement head 43b is inclined downward so that the thickness thereof gradually decreases from the vicinity of the boundary with the front main body 43a toward the tip. This reduces the sliding resistance of the slider 30, and the fastener element 40 can easily and smoothly enter the slider 30, so-called fastener element rolling can be prevented.
The element back half 44 has a back engagement head 44c which engages with the element on the opposite side of engagement, a back neck 44b which has a shape extending from the back engagement head 44c toward the rear of the element and necked down, and a back body 44a which extends from the back neck 44b further toward the rear of the element. In the present embodiment, the back neck portion 44b and the back body portion 44a sandwich the fixing member 15 between the fastener element surface half 43.
The front body 43a and the back neck 44b and the back body 44a are located on the front and back sides of the fixing member 15 in the height direction of the fastener element 40, respectively. That is, in the fastener element 40, the main body 41 is fixed to the fixing member 15, and at the same time, a part of the engagement portion 42 may be fixed to the fixing member 15.
The back side main body portion 44a is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a gentle width and being directed rearward, like the front side main body portion 43 a. In other words, the back side main body portion 44a has a pair of increasing portions 48, and the pair of increasing portions 48 are formed on the side surface of the back side main body portion 44a in a shape in which the element width gradually increases toward the rear end of the back side main body portion 44 a.
The fastener width W2 of the widest part of the back side body portion 44a is smaller than the fastener width W1 of the widest part of the front side body portion 43 a. This structure can be seen in fig. 7.
The back engagement head 44c and the back neck 44b are formed in a tumbler (daruma) shape together, and constitute an engagement portion as the engagement portion 42 of the element back half 44. Thus, the engagement portions of the engagement portions 42 and the engagement portions of the engagement portions 42 of the teeth 40 on the opposite side are engaged with each other by the engagement of the pair of the fastener elements 10.
The recess 45 is provided on a side surface portion of the main body 41 which is disposed opposite to the fabric 6, that is, on a side surface portion of the main body 41 on the side of the reverse engagement portion (rear side of the fastener element 40) opposite to the engagement portion 42 with respect to the fixing member 15. The recess 45 is formed so that the rear end portion of the fastener element 40 is recessed toward the fixing member 15, and is provided along the width direction of the fastener element 40. In the case of injection molding the fastener element 40, the recess 45 is formed together with a coupling portion 50 described later by a slide core (not shown) used in injection molding the fastener element 40.
Specifically, the recess 45 is formed in a tapered shape in which the interval in the height direction gradually widens from the fixing member 15 side toward the counter-engagement portion side by inclined surfaces 45a, 45b which are facing surfaces formed on the front side main body portion 43a and the rear side main body portion 44a, respectively. Further, flat surfaces 45a1, 45b1 parallel to each other are formed adjacent to the inclined surfaces 45a, 45b at the opening edge of the recess 45.
Further, a coupling portion 50 is provided in the recess 45, and the coupling portion 50 couples the front side main body portion 43a and the rear side main body portion 44a to each other at a widthwise central portion of the fastener element 40, and contacts the fixing member 15 at the counter engaging portion side.
The coupling portion 50 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape in a cross section along the height direction of the fastener element 40, and has a flat side surface 50a on the counter-engagement portion side, which is coupled to the inclined surfaces 45a, 45b of the front-side main body portion 43a and the back-side main body portion 44 a.
Thus, as shown in fig. 9, the main body 41 of the fastener element 40 covers the entire outer peripheral surface of the fixing member 15 held at the center portion in the height direction of the fastener element 40 at the center portion in the width direction of the fastener element 40.
The coupling portion 50 may be of a size capable of ensuring rigidity of the body portion 41 of the fastener element 40, and has a thickness T1 (see fig. 9) of 1/4 or more of the depth D2 of the recess 45 at both widthwise end portions of the fastener element 40, preferably a width W3 (see fig. 8) of 1/4 or more of the width dimension of the fastener element 40 in the widthwise direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the recess 45 is formed such that the depth D2 of both end portions in the width direction is deeper than the depth D1 of the central portion in the width direction of the fastener element 40. Thus, when the fastener element 10 is sewn to the element attaching edge portion 7 of the face material 6, the element attaching edge portion 7 of the face material 6 accommodated in the recess 45 can be brought closer to the engaging portion side at both end portions in the width direction than at the widthwise central portion of the fastener element 40.
As a result, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing member 15 between adjacent fastener elements 40 and the element attaching edge portion 7 of the face material 6 facing the fixing member 15 do not have a gap or the gap is sufficiently small as seen in the front-back direction of the fastener element member 10, and the appearance of the fastener-attached product 1 can be improved.
In fig. 2, for convenience of explanation, a gap is provided between the fixing member 15 and the element attaching edge portion 7 of the face material 6, but in reality, the fixing member 15 slightly bulges in the front-rear direction of the element 40 due to the elasticity of the fixing member 15, and the gap is not noticeable. Further, since the depth D1 of the recess in the widthwise central portion of the element 40 is shallower than the depth D2 of the widthwise both end portions, rigidity at the main body portion 41 of the element 40 can be ensured.
On the other hand, at the widthwise central portion of the fastener element 40, the opposite side edge 7a of the element attaching edge 7 is in contact with the connecting portion 50, and the tip end portion is formed in a shape bulging in the height direction of the fastener element 40 and is accommodated in the recess 45. This structure can be seen with reference to fig. 3.
As described above, in the slide fastener product 1 according to the present embodiment, the depth of the recess 45 formed on the counter-engagement portion side of the main body 41 is formed deeper at both ends in the width direction than at the widthwise central portion of the fastener element 40, and therefore the element attaching edge portion 7 of the fabric 6 accommodated in the recess 45 can enter the engagement portion side at both ends in the width direction than at the widthwise central portion of the fastener element 40.
Therefore, the fixing member 15 between adjacent fastener elements 40 and the element attaching edge portion 7 of the face material 6 opposed to the fixing member 15 are free from or sufficiently small in the front-back direction of the fastener element member 10, and the appearance of the fastener-incorporated product 1 can be improved.
Next, the operation and effect of the pair of element members 10 in the engaged state when they are bent in the longitudinal direction will be described with reference to fig. 10 to 13.
Fig. 10 is a front view of a main portion of the element member showing an engaged state of being bent in the longitudinal direction. Fig. 11 is a rear perspective view of the main portion of fig. 10. Fig. 12 is a side view of fig. 10. Fig. 13 is a B-B sectional view of fig. 10. The fixing member 15 is a linear member extending in the longitudinal direction so as to bridge between the elements 40, and in fig. 11 and 12, the representation between adjacent elements 40 is omitted for convenience of reference.
According to the element member 10 of the present embodiment, when the pair of element members 10 (element rows 11) in the engaged state are bent in the direction in which the element front half portions 43 (surfaces of the elements 40) oppose each other, the element width direction end portions X of the front side body portions 43a can be brought into contact with the element width direction end portions X of the front side body portions 43a of the adjacent elements 40 on the same element member 10 before the front side engagement head portions 43b are brought into contact with the front side engagement head portions 43b on the engagement opposing side. At this time, the end portion X of the front body portion 43a becomes the width direction end portion of the portion where the element width W1 is the widest.
In other words, when the pair of element members 10 in the engaged state are bent in the direction in which the element front half portions 43 face each other, as shown in fig. 12, the element width direction end portion X of the front side main body portion 43a contacts the element width direction end portion X of the front side main body portion 43a of the adjacent element 40 on the same element member 10 (on the fixing member 15). On the other hand, as shown in fig. 13, the engaging portion 42 (front side engaging head portion 43 b) of the element 40 is not in contact with the engaging portion 42 (front side engaging head portion 43 b) of the element 40 on the opposite side of engagement, and a gap S is formed.
According to this structure, even when the pair of fastener elements 10 in the engaged state are bent in the longitudinal direction, the posture of the main body portion 41 of the fastener element 40 is more stable, and therefore, the main body portion 41 (the widthwise end portion of the front side main body portion 43 a) of the fastener element 40 can be prevented from entering the concave portion 45 of the adjacent fastener element 40.
That is, the element member 10 is configured such that the element width of (the rear end portion of) the front side main body portion 43a of the element front half 43 is made wide as shown in fig. 7, and the pair of element members 10 in the engaged state are configured such that the 1 st gap S1> 2 nd gap S2 as shown in fig. 4, whereby occurrence of chain separation can be prevented efficiently.
In addition, with the fastener element 10, when the pair of fastener elements 10 in the engaged state are bent in the direction in which the back half portions 44 (the back surfaces of the fastener elements 40) face each other, the element width direction end portions of the back side main body portions 44a come into contact with the element width direction end portions of the back side main body portions 44a of the adjacent fastener elements 40 on the same fastener element 10. On the other hand, the engagement portion 42 (the back engagement head portion 44c and the back neck portion 44 b) of the element 40 may not be in contact with the engagement portion 42 (the back engagement head portion 44c and the back neck portion 44 b) of the element 40 on the opposite side to the engagement.
The engagement portion 42 (the back side neck portion 44b and the back side engagement head portion 44 c) of the back half portion 44 formed in a tumbler shape may be brought into contact with the engagement portion 42 formed in a tumbler shape on the engagement opposite side in a fitting manner.
According to this structure, the elements 40 of the element member 10 constituting the engaged state are brought into contact with each other at a plurality of positions from various angles, compared with the case where the pair of element members 10 in the engaged state are bent in the direction in which the element surface half portions 43 face each other. Therefore, the posture of the element 40 is stable, and chain separation is less likely to occur.
In addition, regarding the shape of the engaging portion 42 of the element front half 43, the 1 st gap S1 between the front side engaging head portions 43b on the surfaces of the adjacent engaging opposite side elements 40 is larger than the 2 nd gap S2 between the front side main body portions 43a on the surfaces of the adjacent elements 40 attached to the same fixing member 15, and is not limited to the above example. That is, the shape of the front engagement head (shaped portion) 43b of the fastener element 40 can be changed according to the design of the slide fastener 5.
In the above-described embodiment, the shaped portion 43b is disposed on the front side of the element 10, but the shaped portion 43b may be disposed on the rear side of the element 10.
In the above embodiments, the clothing has been described as a slide fastener product, but the slide fastener product of the present invention includes not only clothing (clothing), but also various products such as daily necessities such as footwear and bags, products such as industrial materials, and various clothing such as automobiles, trains, and aircraft.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately changed, modified, and the like within a practical range.
As described above, the following matters are disclosed in the present specification.
(1) A fastener chain member for a slide fastener, comprising a pair of left and right fastener elements (10), wherein the fastener element (10) comprises a linear fixing member (15) extending in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of fastener elements (40) attached to the fixing member (15) and forming a fastener element row (11),
The pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) can be engaged with each other,
The fastener element (40) has an engagement portion (42) which engages with the fastener element (40) on the opposite side of engagement, and a main body portion (41) which extends from the engagement portion (42) in the right-left direction and is fixed to the fixing member (15),
In the main body (41), a recess (45) recessed toward the fixing member (15) is provided along the longitudinal direction on the side of the reverse engagement portion located on the opposite side of the engagement portion (42) from the fixing member (15),
When the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) are engaged, and the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) are bent in the longitudinal direction in a direction in which the front surfaces or the rear surfaces of the fastener elements (40) face each other, the engaging portions (42) of the adjacent fastener elements (40) of the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) are not in contact with each other when the main body portions (41) of the adjacent fastener elements (40) of the pair of fastener elements (10) are in contact with each other.
According to this configuration, when the pair of engaged element rows are bent in the longitudinal direction, the body portions of the elements adjacent in the longitudinal direction on the same element member come into contact with each other first, and thus the posture of the element is stabilized, and hence the engagement release of the element can be prevented.
(2) The slide fastener chain member according to (1), wherein,
The element widths (W1, W2) of the main body (41) in the longitudinal direction are formed to be wide as they go toward the end of the counter-engagement portion side,

According to this configuration, when the pair of engaged fastener elements are bent in the longitudinal direction, the body portions of the fastener elements adjacent in the longitudinal direction on the same fastener element are likely to come into contact with each other first.
(3) The slide fastener chain member according to (1) or (2), wherein,
The engagement portion (42) has locking portions (44 b, 44 c) provided on the back side of the fastener element (40) and formed in an elliptical shape, and a shaped portion (43 b) provided on the front side of the fastener element (40) and formed so as to be narrow toward the distal end portion,
When the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) are engaged with each other and the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) are bent in the longitudinal direction in a direction in which the surfaces of the fastener elements (40) face each other, the deformed portions (43 b) of the adjacent fastener elements (40) of the pair of right and left fastener elements (10, 10) do not contact each other when the body portions (41) of the adjacent fastener elements (40) of the pair of fastener elements (10) contact each other.
According to this structure, the appearance of the front side of the tooth element visually recognized in the engaged state is improved. Even when the deformed portion is provided, the posture of the fastener element when the pair of fastener element members is bent is stabilized, and the occurrence of chain separation can be prevented.
(4) The slide fastener chain member according to (3), wherein,
In the main body (41), the front side of the element (40) provided with the profiled section (43 c) has a larger element width than the back side of the element (40) provided with the locking sections (44 b, 44 c).
According to this structure, the appearance of the tooth surface side visually recognized in the engaged state can be improved, and the occurrence of chain separation can be prevented efficiently.
