Technical Field
The invention relates to a pond mechanized fishing device, and belongs to the technical field of pond culture fishing.
Background
The fishing of adult fish in a pond is an important link in the cultivation of the adult fish in the pond and is also the most important factor for consuming manpower. The mechanization and automation level of pond culture is lower than other industries relative to the quantity and scale of the development of the Chinese aquaculture industry. More than 90% of ponds in China still adopt a manual net pulling operation method. The fishing net is put into the pond from the shore, usually 8-12 (4-6 on one side) fishing workers need to pull the net while stepping on the bottom line of the net (preventing fishes from escaping from the bottom line), when the net is pulled to the other end of the pond, the net pulling workers at the two ends respectively retract the net and the net sheet slowly, thereby shrinking the surrounding ring and finally capturing the fishes. Usually, the fishing rate of one-time net pulling operation is 30-50%, and the fishing net has the advantages that the whole net of the fish net cannot be guaranteed to be attached in the net pulling process, in addition, the situation of incapacity of pulling can occur in the net pulling process, and the problems of large labor intensity, low efficiency and the like are caused by too heavy net, too small artificial net pulling force due to the fact that fishes are concentrated. Pond fishing workers are generally older and follow-up unmanned, and the phenomenon of labor shortage has occurred. The trawl fishing mode is difficult to arrange, the operation efficiency is low, the requirements on a fishing pond are high, and the application scene is very few. Therefore, the fishing in the culture pond is urgently required to mechanically replace the traditional operation mode.
In other non-trawl ponds, fish are typically attracted to a designated area by means of lights, sounds, lasers, electrical stimulation, etc., and then the netting gear is used to pen the fish. The existing non-artificial trawl fish collecting mode of the pond mainly comprises the following modes:
1) The pulse electric fish catching device can catch the gathered fish through a pulse electric fish catching machine arranged in the pond. The pulse electric fish driving machine is placed in a section of the pond, the equipment is started, pulse electricity is released, fish in the pond is stimulated by the pulse electricity to escape and avoid the fish to a blank area, and as the equipment continuously advances, the action space of the fish is continuously compressed until the fish is driven and concentrated to a catching area, and the operation is finished. But the operation is complex, the fish-catching efficiency is low, and the application is less.
2) Inflation net lifting and mechanical net lifting. The principle of the two fish collecting modes is basically the same, the fish is induced to enter a preset net lifting area by stimulus signals such as sound and light or physiological signals such as feeding, after the fish enters the area, the preset purse net is lifted out by a mechanical device (such as a simple crane) or an air charging device, so that the fish is concentrated in the net lifting area. The catching operation can then be performed. The mode has the advantages of small operation range, convenient operation and flexible arrangement of the catching positions. But the catching range is limited, the full pond can not catch, and the large-area popularization and application can not be realized.
3) A mechanical trawl fishing device. The trawl fishing device is more suitable for replacing the manual trawl operation mode by equipment, and is also the research direction of the application. The trawl machine is fixed on the shore, the customized net is placed in water and connected through a special mechanism, and the trawl machine works to drag the net to carry out trawl operation. At present, the mechanized trawl fishing device generally depends on the condition of good conditions of a pond ridge (the pond ridge is required to be flat and straight, even rails are paved on the pond ridge), and a tractor is used for dragging a trawl to carry out trawl fishing on two sides of the pond ridge, but at present, the non-artificial trawl fishing mode does not meet the national conditions of the pond ridge conditions in China, so that the trawl fishing device is extremely few in application, the fishing efficiency is only about 10% -20%, the environment requirement is high, the application scene is limited, and the trawl fishing device cannot be applied on a large scale.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of multi-terrain walking of the pond fishing device, is suitable for complex terrains such as the hardness of pond ridges and the uneven height of embankments, has stronger terrain adaptation capability, and can realize stable and efficient fishing walking operation by pasting edges and pulling nets.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
A mechanized fishing device for a pond comprises a running device 1, connecting ropes 2, a trawl device 3 and a fishing net 4, wherein the running device 1 is arranged on the bank or the pond ridge at two sides of the pond, the trawl device 3 is arranged at the bottom of a side slope of the pond, the tail part of the running device 1 is connected with the front part of the trawl device 3 through the connecting ropes 2, the running device 1 is provided with two groups of screw propellers 101 which are arranged in an opposite-supporting mode, the running device 1 advances or retreats when the two groups of screw propellers 101 rotate reversely, the running device 1 advances leftwards or advances when the two groups of screw propellers 101 rotate in the same direction, the trawl device 3 is provided with a floating vessel 302 and a counterweight ship 303 which enable the floating device to float in the pond, the front part of the trawl device 3 is provided with a first screw deflection rudder 304, the connecting ropes 2 are connected with the outer end of the first screw deflection rudder 304, the first screw deflection rudder 304 has a trend of moving inwards in the rotating process so as to provide a component force F for balancing the connecting ropes 2 to the tail part of the trawl device 4, and the trawl device 3 is connected with the fishing net 4.
Preferably, the running gear 1 includes a fixed bracket 105, and the fixed bracket 105 is fixedly provided with a direct current motor 103, a screw speed reducer 104, a storage battery 102, a control box 106 and the screw propeller 101.
Preferably, the trawl device 3 has a parallelogram pivotally-connected bracket body, two sides of the bracket body are respectively fixed on the floating vessel 302 and the counterweight vessel 303, the front side of the bracket body is fixed on the first spiral deflection rudder 304 through a pivotally-connected connecting rod, the rear side of the bracket body is fixed on the second spiral deflection rudder 304 'through a pivotally-connected connecting rod, the second spiral deflection rudder 304' has a tendency to move outwards during rotation, and a component force for balancing the inward traction of the fishing net 4 is provided.
Further, the direct current motor 103 drives the worm reducer 104 to reduce the speed, and the speed after the speed reduction is 40-60r/min.
Further, the forward rotation, backward rotation, left rotation and right rotation of the traveling device are realized by controlling the respective forward rotation and reverse rotation of the 2 augers 101 by the controller 106.
Furthermore, the bracket body is pivoted with an inclined rod for limiting the maximum deformation degree of the parallelogram.
Preferably, each set of augers 101 includes two augers 101 in tandem.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The spiral running gear realizes the rugged and muddy pond bank many topography walking, realizes horizontal vertical walking and 360 degrees rotations through the corotation of screw propeller, and the operation is reliable and stable, and the traction force reaches more than 500kg, satisfies domestic inland most ponds and catches pond bank soil property requirement and pulling force demand, solves the problem that the requirement that the pond is mechanized to catch can't be satisfied to most pond bank rugged.
2) The wireless control system of the fishing running device realizes steering, retreating, speed regulation and the like by adjusting the speed and steering of the motor, realizes free running of the running device and meets the requirements of different fishing speeds in ponds.
3) The shoreside pond trawl device can walk along the water surface of the shoreside of the pond all the time through the development of the pontoon, the balancing weight and the deflection rudder, and a fishing net device is built to realize the mechanized trawl of the pond, so that the trawl requirement of all inland ponds with special shapes can be met.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the pond mechanized fishing device comprises a walking device 1, a connecting rope 2, a trawl device 3 and a fishing net 4. The walking device 1 is arranged on the bank sides or the pond ridge on two sides of the pond, the trawl device 3 is arranged on the bottom of the pond slope, and the tail part of the walking device 1 is connected with the front part of the trawl device 3 through the connecting rope 2.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the walking device 1 is provided with two sets of screw propellers 101 which are arranged in a shaft opposite supporting way, the walking device 1 advances or retreats when the two sets of screw propellers 101 rotate reversely, the walking device 1 advances leftwards or rightwards when the two sets of screw propellers 101 rotate in the same direction, the trawl device 3 is provided with a floating vessel 302 and a counterweight vessel 303 which enable the floating vessel to float in a pond, the front part of the trawl device 3 is provided with a first screw deflection rudder 304, a connecting rope 2 is connected with the outer end of the first screw deflection rudder 304, the first screw deflection rudder 304 has a trend of moving inwards in the rotating process, so as to provide an outwards component force F (shown in fig. 4) for balancing the connecting rope 2, and the tail part of the trawl device 3 is connected with the fishing net 4.

Referring to fig. 4, the trawl device 3 has a parallelogram pivotally-connected bracket body, two sides of the bracket body are respectively fixed on the floating vessel 302 and the counterweight vessel 303, the front side of the bracket body is fixed on the first spiral deflection rudder 304 through a pivotally-connected connecting rod, the rear side of the bracket body is fixed on the second spiral deflection rudder 304 'through a pivotally-connected connecting rod, and the second spiral deflection rudder 304' has a tendency to move outwards during rotation, so as to provide a component force for pulling the second spiral deflection rudder 304 inwards.
In this embodiment, the forward, backward, left-hand and right-hand turns of the running gear are achieved by controlling the respective forward and reverse turns of the 2 augers 101 by the controller 106.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a diagonal rod is pivotally connected to the bracket body for limiting the maximum deformation degree of the parallelogram.

The invention aims at solving the problems that the current pond fishing operation is completely dependent on manpower and the working efficiency is low. By analyzing the technical problems of the traditional fishing mode, such as structural characteristics, traction force change rules, the walking mode in the fishing process and the like, the pond fishing device which is suitable for various terrains and is wirelessly controlled is developed. When the device works, a set of fishing devices are respectively placed on two sides of the pond, and the fishing net 4 is pulled to carry out pond trawl. The walking device 1 walks on the pond ridge of the pond, pulls the trawl device 3 on the bank of the pond, and the trawl device 3 pulls the fishing net 4 through the supporting frame 301 to carry out trawl operation.
The running gear 1 mainly comprises 4 groups of screw propellers 101, a storage battery 102, 2 groups of direct current motors 103, 2 groups of worm speed reducers 104, a fixed support 105, a controller 106 and the like. During operation, the storage battery 102 provides a power source for the whole device, the direct current motor 103 drives the worm reducer 104 to reduce speed, the speed after the speed reduction is about 40-60r/min, the reducer drives the transmission shaft to drive the spiral propeller 101, and the controller 106 controls the respective forward rotation and reverse rotation of the 2 spiral propellers 101 to realize the forward rotation, the backward rotation, the left rotation and the right rotation of the running gear. The walking device 1 can replace manpower in the net pulling process, so that the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the running gear 1 has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, large and stable traction force, 360-degree free rotation, stable running of multiple terrains on the bank of the pond, wireless accurate control and the like.
The trawl device 3 mainly comprises a floating vessel 302, a trawl support 301, a counterweight vessel 303, 2 groups of spiral deflection rudders 304 and the like. When the traveling device 1 pulls the trawl device 3 to run, the trawl support 301 fixes the floating pontoon 302, the balancing weight 303 and the spiral deflection rudder 304, the floating pontoon 302 is used as a trawl platform to travel on the bank of the pond during running, the spiral deflection rudder 304 always faces the water surface of the pond, the spiral deflection rudder 304 can freely move left and right, and when the traveling device 1 drives the trawl device 3 to pull to the bank, the trawl device 3 deflects to the water surface due to the action of the spiral deflection rudder 304, so that the traveling device 1 pulls the trawl device 3 to the bank, and the whole trawl device 3 can always travel close to the bank of the pond. The counterweight ship 303 mainly counterweights the floating ship platform, so that the whole device can be semi-submerged on the water surface, and can sink into the water surface too heavily to be towed, and can float on the water surface too lightly, and the rudder can not act, so that the whole device can be easily pulled up on the pond bank.
Adult fish fishing is an important link in fishery cultivation and is also the most important factor for labor consumption. Harvesting and catching are one of the most heavy production links of labor operation in pond culture, a trawl fishing method is generally adopted in pond harvesting at present, and a large amount of labor is needed for traditional fish gathering and catching operation. For large-scale farms of thousands of acres, the trawl fishing term is large in labor and management expenditure. Secondly, the member of the net hauling team is older, potential safety hazards exist in the operation in water, and net hauling is a 'skill' requiring experience and technology. At present, 10-12 people are needed for fishing in a trawl of a fish pond, the labor intensity is high, the working efficiency is low, difficulty is brought to fishing in the fish pond, and the fishing method is not suitable for fishing in a large-scale fish pond. Pond fishing workers are generally older and follow-up unmanned, and the phenomenon of labor shortage has occurred. At present, the mechanization rate of pond fishing is less than 5%, and the mechanical rate level of aquaculture is greatly influenced. Therefore, the fishing in the culture pond is urgently required to mechanically replace the traditional operation mode. The pond mechanized fishing device can adapt to the shape and the topography of a non-cultured pond, realize land mud multi-topography, realize 360-degree free steering walking and wireless control, and solve the problem that most inland ponds cannot meet the requirement of mechanized fishing. The shoreside pond trawl device is developed, and through the development of a pontoon, a balancing weight and a deflection rudder, the trawl device can walk along the water surface of the shoreside pond all the time, and a fishing net device is built to realize the mechanized trawl of the pond, so that the trawl requirement of all inland ponds with special shapes can be met.
The catching efficiency and the catching quality are improved. The manpower dependence is reduced through the mechanized means, the enough tension of the fish net in the fishing process is ensured, and the mechanized fishing of the trawl is realized. Meanwhile, the walking device adopts a wireless remote control module, and only through wireless remote control, the walking of the fishing device is realized, and the fishing efficiency is improved. Reduces labor intensity and saves labor cost. The mechanical fishing device replaces manual net pulling operation, so that the physical burden of fishing workers is reduced, and the problem of labor shortage is solved. The flexibility and the application range of the fishing operation are enhanced.
