On this basis, the clamping convex parts 1022 can form a guiding inclined plane on one side of the conductive elastic sheet 102, which faces the guiding needle, and the guiding inclined planes of the two clamping convex parts 1022 incline along the direction of approaching each other along the direction of inserting the conductive needle 203 into the conductive elastic sheet 102, so that the guiding effect on the conductive needle 203 can be achieved, and the smooth insertion can be ensured when the placement angle of the heating module 2 is deviated.
In one embodiment, the mating end of the conductive pin 203 is formed with a rounded corner 2033.
By this arrangement, the conductive pin 203 can be easily inserted between the two engaging protrusions 1022, and the conductive spring 102 is prevented from being scratched by the end of the conductive pin 203.
In one embodiment, a guide section 1011 is formed at the notch of the second plugging section 1013, and an inner Zhou Sujing of the guide section 1011 is provided along the direction in which the conductive pin 203 is plugged with the second plugging section 1013.
By so doing, the notch of the second plug section 1013 can guide the conductive pin 203, thereby facilitating the insertion of the conductive pin 203 into the second plug section 1013.
The disassembly flow of the electric heating cooking device according to the embodiment of the invention is described as follows:
first, the power supply of the electrically heated cooking apparatus is turned off, and the apparatus is waited for cooling.
Then, the heating module 2 is pulled along the extending direction of the second plugging section 1013 so that the conductive pins 203 are separated from the two clamping pieces 1021 (see fig. 4), and then the heating module 2 is pulled along the first direction so as to be separated from the device main body 1;
finally, the heating module 2 is taken out for cleaning or maintenance.
Next, an installation procedure of the electric heating type cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described:
Firstly, the cleaned heating module 2 is placed into the first plugging section 1012 along the first direction, and then the heating module 2 is moved along the extending direction of the second plugging section 1013, so that the conductive pin 203 is clamped between the two clamping pieces 1021 until the sealing ring 204 touches the push rod 301 of the micro switch 3, and then the power is turned on, so that the electric heating cooking device can normally operate.
In one embodiment, the electrically heated cooking device is preferably, but not limited to, an oven or air fryer or the like.
In summary, the heating module 2 of the electric heating cooking device according to the embodiment of the present invention can be detached from the device main body 1 and directly washed with water, so that the cleaning efficiency of the heating module 2 is improved, the sanitation of the electric heating cooking device can be improved, and the service life of the electric heating cooking device can be prolonged.
