Abstract
滋阴润燥降糖口服液为治疗II型糖尿的中药水煎制剂，由黄芪、山药、熟地、生地、葛根、黄精、玄参、枸杞子、黄连、地骨皮、丹参、王不留行、白芍、山萸肉、苍术、菟丝子、淫羊藿、荔枝核、蚕砂组成。经水煎取液，减压浓缩，装入无菌小瓶密封保存。每瓶煎液重10毫升。本发明以清热生津、益气养阴和纠正糖代谢紊乱为基本治则，服用20天至2个月可使症状减轻，体重增加，精神转好，血糖指标达正常范围直至痊愈。决无抗药性、药物依赖弊端及毒副作用。
Description
本发明为治疗II型糖尿的中药水煎口服液制剂。
糖尿病属中医消渴范畴。现代医学认为，其基本病理是由于胰岛素分泌绝对或相对不足所导致的糖代谢紊乱(也包括蛋白质、脂肪、水电解质等)，表现为高尿糖、葡萄糖耐量减低，胰岛素分泌释放实验异常等。临床常用降糖灵、优降糖或长期注射胰岛素等方法治疗，且药量越来越大，后期出现诸多合并症，终至无法救治。故西医称糖尿病是终生疾病，不可治愈。
中医认为阴虚燥热是消渴病病机的核心。其基本病理变化为阴津亏耗、燥热偏盛，且两者互为因果：燥热邪气必灼津液，久则伤阴，阴虚不能制阳，虚火内生，则燥热更甚。如此相互影响、形成恶性循环。虽然导致阴虚燥热的原因可有多种，但消渴一旦形成，则殊途同归。
阴虚，包含肺胃阴津与肾阴精虚；燥热，多属胃火实热、有阴虚火旺之存在。肺胃津伤，不能润泽，故口渴而多饮，饮水自救之理；胃火炽盛，热结阳明，火热消水谷精微，故消谷善饥；热结胃肠，耗伤津液，故大便燥结，水谷被热邪消耗不能营养肌肤，故见消瘦；肾阴不足，气化无源，故失其职，开合失司，不能统摄，而尿频量多。故而《临证指南医案三消》指出：“三消一证虽有上中下之分，其实不越阴亏阳亢，津涸热淫而已”
在治疗上，本发明恪守标本兼治之宗旨，以益气养阴、清热生津为常法。在辨证用药的基础上，结合现代药理实验研究选择了一些既能清热生津、益气养阴，又能降低血糖、消除尿糖，纠正代谢紊乱的药物。根据临床经验，服用本口服液的糖尿病患者，按病情轻重，20天至2个月可获治愈(指血糖指标达正常范围)，且无毒副反应。服药期间体重上升，精神好转。
本发明由黄芪60克、山药30克、熟地20克、生地30克、葛根30克、黄精15克、玄参10克、枸杞子30克、黄连6克、地骨皮20克、丹参15克、王不留行10克、白芍15克、山萸肉15克、苍术15克、菟丝子20克、淫羊藿20克、荔枝核15克、蚕砂10克等味中药组成。经水煎取液，减压浓缩，装入10毫升无菌小瓶密封即可。其中：黄芪、山药益气；生地、枸杞子、黄精、玄参、葛根滋阴生津；黄连、地骨皮佐甘寒养阴之药；丹参、王不留行活血化瘀；山萸肉、白芍以酸胜甘；苍术能治疗湿痰留饮，除湿化滞；菟丝子、淫羊藿激动命火蒸腾水液，使精微施布于上焦，收阴得阳助而源泉不竭的效果。蚕砂、荔枝核及方中大部分药物均有降糖作用，由于集中使用了降糖药，故有疗程短、治愈率高的特征，一般症状如口渴多饮、多食善饥、小便频多、乏力等，均能在服药20天内得到控制。有效率100％。
本发明经多年临床验证，用药精当，配伍严谨，治则明确，是集中优势药力、对因对证治疗的有效方剂。
无论是初患糖尿病者，还是经年日久的患者，只要没有形成胰岛素依赖均可治愈，即使用了胰岛素，只要不超过2-3个月的时间，服用滋阴润燥降糖口服液后，也可停用胰岛素，进而渐停降糖西药，最终获得救治。
滋阴润燥降糖口服液服用方法为日服3瓶，早、中、晚饭后各服1瓶，一个月为一疗程。服药期间禁饮酒、节房事、戒气恼，要坚持饮食控制，不吃含糖量高的食物，并加强活动，日步行1-2小时，以巩固疗效、防止复发。

1.滋阴润燥降糖口服液其特征在于由下列重量的原料配制而成：熟地20克、黄芪60克、山药30克、生地30克、葛根30克、黄精15克、玄参10克、枸杞子30克、黄连6克、地骨皮20克、丹参15克、王不留行10克、白芍15克、山萸肉15克、苍术15克、菟丝子20克、淫羊藿20克、荔枝核15克、蚕砂10克。
