The working principle of the invention is as follows:
Firstly, the pipe wall 202 of the sampling pipe 2 is inversely placed into the threaded through hole 1011, so that the pipe wall 202 is positioned in the disinfection storage cavity 101 until the base 201 is in contact with the threaded through hole 1011 and is fixed by screwing, the pipe wall 202 is positioned in the annular wall 403, the spray pipe 404 is positioned in the pipe wall 202, meanwhile, the end part of the pipe wall 202 is in contact with the upper surface of the cross-shaped fixed block 401 and applies pressure to the pressure sensor 402, thereby triggering the pressure sensor 402 to send a signal to the controller, the controller firstly starts the heater 409 to heat the water in the water storage heating cavity 103, then starts the water pump 407, the water pump 407 sends the heated water into the annular wall 403 and the spray pipe 404 through the water supply pipe 408 and the branch pipe 406, the inner wall and the outer wall of the pipe wall 202 are washed and disinfected by spraying the high temperature through the spray pipe 405, after a period of time, the heater 409 and the water pump 407 stop working, and the disinfected waste water falls into the drainage cavity 102 through the holes, and is discharged from the water outlet 1021 to the box body 1 through the inclined plane, thereby completing disinfection and storage of the sampling pipe 2;
When a livestock urine sample is required to be collected, a worker rotates the base 201, the sampling tube 2 is taken out from the threaded through hole 1011 and placed below an animal, at the moment, the pressure sensor 402 detects pressure change, a signal is immediately sent to the controller, the controller starts the driving motor 501 after receiving the signal, the output end of the driving motor 501 drives the threaded rod 603 to rotate, meanwhile, the driving motor 503 and the driving chain 504 drive the rotating shaft 502 to rotate, at the moment, the square sleeve 604 moves upwards along with the rotation of the threaded rod 603, the moving square sleeve 604 pushes the sealing plate 601 to move upwards through the vertical rod 605, the rotating shaft 502 transmits rotating force to the screw rod 506 through the magnetic coupler 505, the lifting plate 507 moves upwards along the inner wall of the placing groove 104 along with the rotation of the screw rod 506, at the moment, the lifting plate 507 and the sealing plate 601 synchronously ascend, the placing groove 104 is gradually exposed until the lifting plate 507 reaches the limiting plate 508, the limiting plate 508 is limited, the lifting is stopped, the driving motor 501 can continue to control the sealing plate 601 to move upwards until the movement of the square sleeve 604 forms a preset upper limit position on the threaded rod 603, the driving motor stops pushing the sealing plate 605, and then the sealing plate 605 is manually placed along the placing groove 104, and the upper side of the placing groove 601 is exposed;
Then after sampling is completed, placing the sampling tube 2 containing urine into the placing groove 104, enabling external threads 2011 of the base 201 to be matched with the thread grooves 5071 on the lifting plate 507, recovering the sealing plate 601 to the original position after screwing and fixing, finally enabling a worker to start the driving motor 501 to work reversely through the control panel, enabling the lifting plate 507 and the sealing plate 601 to descend synchronously, placing the sampling tube 2 into the placing groove 104, after the lifting plate 507 is reset, continuing to descend the sealing plate 601 until the opening of the placing groove 104 is completely covered, sealing the top of the tube wall 202 of the sampling tube 2 by the rubber sealing block 602, and maintaining a low-temperature environment by the ice bag at the inner side of the placing groove 104, so as to ensure that the urine sample in the sampling tube is kept at a proper preservation temperature;
Finally, the box body 1 is sent into a detection chamber, the lifting assembly 5 is controlled to be started by the control panel arranged outside the box body 1, the sampling tube 2 with urine samples is lifted again, a worker takes out the sampling tube 2 to detect the urine samples in the detection chamber, the urine samples are transmitted to analysis equipment through a special channel after detection, the sampling tube 2 is simply washed and then reversely buckled and installed in the disinfection storage cavity 101 for high-temperature disinfection, and the cleaning of the sampling tube 2 and the sterile condition before the next use are ensured.
