Abstract

本发明涉及一种带内燃机自行车,特别涉及一种消音器的配置。
在车架下部配置内燃机的带内燃机自行车的例子正如图7所图示的日本特开平8-108875号公报所记载,车架由从前立管01延伸出的主梁02和鞍座柱管03形成V字形,在车架下部配置内燃机04。
主梁02和鞍座柱管03的V字形的弯折部装有燃料箱05,并在与鞍座柱管03的后方的后轮06之间配置上下为长度方向的载物筐07。
另外,在内燃机04和后轮06之间配置消音器08,从内燃机04的排气孔延伸出的排气管09在内燃机下方朝后大致水平延伸,并与前述消音器08连接。
对于带内燃机自行车要求基本上具有自行车的形状,车体宽度较窄,各仪器也安放在较窄的车体宽度内,以维持自行车轻巧的外观,在此,消音器08利用内燃机04和后轮06之间的空间配置,因此消音器08靠近内燃机04,排气管09变短,不能获得能确保良好排气效率的充足的排气管长度。
鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种在内燃机和后轮之间配置消音器的带内燃机自行车,它能获得确保良好排气效率的充足排气管长度。
为实现上述目的,本发明的带内燃机自行车,具有可以人力驱动的脚蹬,同时将内燃机设置在由主梁和鞍座柱管大致成V字形而成的车架下部,所述内燃机和后轮之间设置消音器,从所述内燃机的排气孔延伸出的排气管在所述内燃机的下方朝前后方向折返后与所述消音器连接。
由于排气管在内燃机下方朝前后方向折返后与配置在内燃机和后轮之间的消音器连接,故能够获得确保良好排气效率的充足的排气管长度。
权利要求2所述的发明是,在权利要求1所述的带内燃机自行车中,其特征在于所述排气管的折返部处于所述脚蹬宽度的左右宽度内。
排气管能够与脚蹬不干涉的同时,朝车体宽度方向突出,不会损坏自行车轻巧的外观。
权利要求3所述的发明是,在权利要求1或2所述的带内燃机自行车中,其特征在于,所述消音器由将隔板夹持在两半体之间成组合构成,任一半体上设置排气管和尾排气管。
只在一方的半体上设置排气管和尾排气管,而在另一方半体上没有必要安装任何部件,使组装简化。
权利要求4所述的发明是,在权利要求3所述的带内燃机自行车中,其特征在于,所述消音器由将隔板夹在成为上下半体的上侧半体和下侧半体之间的组合构成。

车架2从前立管3向后方略下斜地延伸出主梁4,在其后方设置略朝向后方延伸的鞍座柱管5,从而侧视看大致成V字形。
鞍座柱管5从与主梁4的接合部处稍微向下方延伸,左右一对后撑杆6从其下端部先向后方斜下延伸接着在中途水平弯曲之后向后方水平延伸,而左右一对后撑杆7从鞍座柱管5的上部朝后方斜下延伸,两后撑杆6,7的后端与后轮轴承部8结合。
后轮轴承部8轴支后轮9,后挡泥板10盖在后轮9的上侧。
另外,支架19可自由摆动地安装在后轮轴承部8上。

内燃机20,汽缸20b从曲轴箱20a斜着向上前伸,而曲轴箱20a的后方与变速箱21成一体设置。
从变速箱21朝左右突出的输出轴21a上,通过单向离合器,设有脚蹬曲柄轴22和驱动链轮23,并在与设置在前述后轮轴承部8上的被动链轮24之间架设链条25。
脚蹬曲柄轴22的左右端上分别嵌装脚蹬臂26,其前端可自由旋转地轴支着脚蹬27。
于是,由于内燃机20的驱动,通过变速箱,驱动链轮23旋转,经链条25,使后轮9旋转,能够实现行走,同时,靠脚蹬脚蹬27,同样,经链条25,使后轮9旋转,也能实现行走。
在鞍座柱管5的后方与后轮9之间的空间设置收纳在共用盒32内的空气滤清器30和电池31。盒32为上下分体状,上部扁平箱体构成空气滤清器盒32a,下部扁平箱体成为电池接受盒32b,右侧具有通用的矩形开口,盖部件33塞住该开口,盖部件33靠2处螺钉34拧紧到盒32上。
参照图2,盒32侧面看大致为矩形,嵌装在前后由鞍座柱管5和后轮9围住而上下由后撑杆6,7围住的矩形空间内。
在盒32的前面和下表面分别突出设置安装片32c,32d,前侧的安装片32c通过螺钉·螺母35拧紧到从鞍座柱管5突出设置的托架5a上(参照图3),而下侧的安装片32d通过螺钉·螺母36拧紧到从下侧后撑杆6突出设置的托架6a上(参照图4),盒32装到车架2上。
如图3,图4所示,空气滤清器30是由空气滤清器盒32a与盖部件33之间夹持空气滤清器件30a而成为组合体,内部通过空气滤清器件30a分隔成右侧脏侧部分30b和左侧干净侧部分30c。
鞍座柱管5在空气滤清器30的前面中央沿上下方向延伸,从空气滤清器30的前面将鞍座柱管5夹持在右侧的吸入管37和左侧的连接管38之间而朝前方延伸。
在鞍座柱管5右侧的吸入管37穿过盖部件33,插入脏侧部分30b内,在鞍座柱管5左侧的连接管38穿过空气滤清器盒32a,插入干净侧部分30c。
从空气滤清器盒32a的前面左侧朝前方延伸出的连接管38,沿鞍座柱管5的左侧面朝下方弯曲后再次朝前方弯曲,并沿托架17的左侧面延伸,前端的接合部38a与配置在曲轴箱20a上方的汽化器40接合。
另外,连接管38处于比左侧脚蹬臂26更靠右侧的托架17之间。
于是,从斜着前倾的汽缸20b朝后方斜上延伸出的吸气管39与位于汽缸20b斜上方的汽化器40连接。
由于汽化器40从车体中央略靠近左侧设置,并且与空气滤清器30连接的连接管38是沿着鞍座柱管5的左侧面,故连接管38沿前后方向平直延伸,能减少吸气阻力。
另外,由于采用了空气滤清器30和电池31设置在共用盒32内,盖部件33塞住右侧共用开口的结构,不仅部件少、组装效率高,开启盖部件33,就能容易地进行空气滤清器件30a的更换等维修和电池31的更换等作业。
电池31是从车体右侧插入电池接受盒32b中,并用盖部件33盖住,因此从外部不易看到。
由于作为重物的电池31设置在空气滤清器30的下方,能够降低重心。
另外,在变速箱21的弯曲的后表面和后轮9之间的下方遂渐扩张开放的空间内设置消音器50。
垂直设置在消音器50的上侧盒51上的安装片56通过螺钉·螺母拧紧到从变速箱21的弯曲后表面突出设置的托架21b上,吊设着消音器50。
从汽缸20b的前侧排气孔延伸出的排气管45沿斜前倾的汽缸20b的下表面,向后方斜下延伸,进一步在曲轴箱20a的下方大致水平弯曲地向后方延伸,在消音器50之间前后方向一次S状绕曲地与消音器50连接。
如图5所示,排气管45从比车体中央线L-L′更靠右侧的排气孔延伸出,在朝后方斜下延伸的倾斜部45a处朝左侧移动,在大致水平弯曲的弯曲部45b,与车体中央线L-L′平行地朝后方延伸,形成第1直线部45c,在消音器50前面,通过右侧弯曲成U字形的弯曲部45d朝前方延伸,以形成第2直线部45e,在与前述弯曲部45b相同的前方位置处,再次通过右侧弯曲成U字形的弯曲部45f朝后方延伸,以形成第3直线部45g,第3直线部45g朝后方延伸,并保持该状态地插入消音器50中。
排气管45的第1,第2,第3直线部45c,45e,45g均处于沿着曲轴箱20a和变速箱21的下表面的同一水平面上,弯曲部45d,45f处于消音器50的左右宽度内,使整体的左右宽度变窄,位于左右脚蹬臂26之间。
如图5和图6所示,消音器50俯视为矩形,将隔离器53夹持在上侧盒51和下侧盒52之间,同时通过焊接成组合体,由隔离器53隔开的上侧空间为第1膨胀室51a,而下侧空间为第2膨胀室52a。
上侧盒51为前面沿着变速箱21弯曲后表面,而后表面沿后轮9的形状并收容在这两者之间。
排气管45插入消音器50的下侧盒52内的第2膨胀室52a内,其延长管部45h在内部朝后方延伸,弯曲成U字形,并由支承柱58支承,稍微朝前方延伸后,朝上方弯曲,穿过隔离器53,上端从隔离器53在上侧的第1膨胀室51a内开口。
另设置穿过隔离器53的连通管54,并与第1膨胀室51a和第2膨胀室52a连通,贯通下侧盒52的后壁设置的尾部排气管55与第2膨胀室52a和外部连通。
于是,内燃机20的废气沿前后S形地通过确保给定距离的排气管45,首先进入第1膨胀室51a,并由第1膨胀室51a经连通管54进入第2膨胀室52a,从尾管55朝外部排出。
由于消音器50不是将排气管45和尾排气管55设置在上侧盒51上,而是设置在下侧盒52上,使组装简单、模具数目减少,提高组装性能。
另外,由于上侧盒51和下侧盒52是夹持着隔离器53焊接的,能够确保气密性。
再有,由于消音器50为上下两半地设置第1膨胀室51a和第2膨胀室52a的结构,使排气管45插入消音器50内的车体左右宽度方向的位置的设定自由度变大,容易实现沿前后方向S形的排气管45的设计。
本带内燃机自行车1基本上是自行车的形状,要求车体宽度窄,各仪器也收放在窄的车体宽度内,并维持自行车轻巧的外观。
在此,消音器50不配置在后轮9的侧方,而是利用前方的变速箱21和后轮9之间的空间配置在左右中央位置上,因此,使汽缸20b的排气孔与消音器50的距离近、排气管变短,通过在曲轴箱20a和变速箱盒21的下方使排气管沿前后S形设置,确保了有良好的排气效率的充足的排气管长度。
另外S形的排气管45由于其弯曲部45d,45f处于脚蹬宽度内,使整体左右宽度变窄地收放在脚蹬臂26之间,排气管朝车体宽度方向突出,不会有损自行车轻巧的外观。
此外,空气滤清器30和电池31也利用鞍座柱管5和后轮9之间的未利用空间而配置在左右宽度方向中央位置上。
由于将配置在鞍座柱管5后方的空气滤清器30的鞍座柱管5从左右夹持其间的吸入管37和连接管38延伸出,吸入管37和连接管38能够不干涉鞍座柱管5地收放在所需要的左右宽度内。
Claims (3)
1.一种带内燃机自行车,具有可人力驱动的脚蹬,同时将内燃机设置在由主梁和鞍座柱管大致成V字形而成的车架下部,其特征在于,所述内燃机和后轮之间设置消音器,从所述内燃机的排气孔延伸出的排气管在所述内燃机的下方朝前后方向折返后与所述消音器连接,所述排气管的折返部处于所述脚蹬宽度的左右宽度内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的带内燃机自行车,其特征在于,所述消音器由将隔板夹持在两半的两半体之间成组合体构成,任一半体上都设置排气管和尾排气管。
3.按照权利要求2所述的带内燃机自行车,其特征在于,所述消音器由将隔板夹持在成为上下两半的上侧半体和下侧半体之间的组合体构成。
