Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving one or more of the problems of the prior art, including the shortcomings of the prior art. For example, one of the purposes of the present invention is to provide a casing-milling-fishing integrated combined joint and a downhole tool, which have high fishing success rate, are capable of fast and accurately fishing, and meet the requirements of different wellbore sizes for the casing-fishing tool to be lowered.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a milling and fishing integrated combined joint, which comprises an upper connecting part, a reducing part and a lower connecting part which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the upper end of the upper connecting part is provided with a first internal thread section for connecting an upper drilling tool, the lower end of the upper connecting part is in threaded connection with the upper end of the reducing part, the lower end of the reducing part is provided with a first external thread section for connecting a milling pipe for milling and fishing integrated operation, and the lower end of the lower connecting part is provided with a second external thread section for connecting a lower drilling tool.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of an aspect of the invention, the first external thread segment may comprise a bi-level external thread segment.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of an aspect of the present invention, the diameter varying portion may be provided with a high torque resistance button on an outer circumference thereof to accelerate connection with the drilling tool.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of an aspect of the present invention, the combination joint may further include an inner flow path disposed at a central axis thereof, the inner flow path penetrating the upper connection portion, the variable diameter portion, and the lower connection portion.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of an aspect of the present invention, the first internal thread section and the second external thread section may be connected to a drilling tool using the same button.
Another aspect of the invention provides a casing and fishing integrated downhole tool that may include a combination sub as described above.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of another aspect of the present invention, the downhole tool may further comprise a swaged tube comprising a collar and a tubular body, the collar being disposed on an upper portion of the swaged tube.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of another aspect of the present invention, a through hole may be provided at a central axis of the banded milling tube, and may be capable of circulating a working fluid and accommodating the fish being jacketed and milled.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of another aspect of the present invention, the upper and lower ends of the pipe body may be provided with a second female thread section and a third male thread section, respectively, the second female thread section being mated with the first male thread section to connect the banded milling pipe with the variable diameter portion.
According to one or more exemplary embodiments of another aspect of the present invention, the second internal thread segment and the third external thread segment may comprise a two-stage internal thread segment and a two-stage external thread segment, respectively.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that at least one of the following contents is included:
(1) The milling and fishing integrated combined joint provided by the invention can meet the requirements of different borehole sizes and different inter-annular gaps on milling and fishing operations, and can realize rapid and accurate fishing.
(2) The milling and fishing integrated combined joint provided by the invention is suitable for the requirements of different underground conditions, and is suitable for tools such as vertical drills, screws, shock absorbers, centralizers and the like in large wellbores and drilling tool fish sleeving and fishing operations.
(3) The sleeve milling pipe with the joint collar in the sleeve milling and salvaging integrated downhole tool can realize wellhead connection in the fastening state of the elevator, and the safety of the operation process is improved to the greatest extent.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a casing milling and fishing integrated combination joint and downhole tool of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments.
In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the directions or positional relationships indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of description and simplification of the description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or element in question must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first", "a second", or a third "may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
In the description of the present application, unless explicitly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "connected" and "connected" should be interpreted broadly, for example, as a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection, as a direct connection, as an indirect connection via an intermediary, or as a communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Example embodiment 1
Fig. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional structure of a combination joint according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment provides a milling and fishing integrated combined joint.
As shown in fig. 1, the combination joint mainly includes an upper connection portion 11, a variable diameter portion 12, and a lower connection portion 13, which are sequentially disposed from top to bottom.
Wherein, the upper end of the upper connecting part 11 is provided with a first internal thread section 111 for connecting an upper drilling tool, and the lower end of the upper connecting part 11 is in threaded connection with the upper end of the reducing part 12. The lower end of the reducing part 12 is provided with a first external thread section 121 for connecting a milling pipe for milling and salvaging integrated operation. Further, the first externally threaded section may comprise a dual stage externally threaded section. The lower end of the lower connection 13 is provided with a second external thread segment 131 for connection to a lower drilling tool, which may comprise a fishing tool or a safety joint.
In the present exemplary embodiment, high torque buttons 122 may be provided on the outer circumference of the variable diameter portion 12 to facilitate connection with the drilling tool. The outer diameter of the reducing part is consistent with the outer diameter of a sleeve pipe with the diameter of 508mm or 339.7mm connected with the reducing part, the connecting buckle can be in double-stage positive buckling, the outer circumference buckle of the reducing part can be in double-stage positive buckling, the workload and the heat influence of welding operation are reduced to the greatest extent, the coaxiality of the joint and the pipe is ensured in a machining mode, and the improvement of tool quality and normalized manufacturing and popularization are promoted.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the combination joint may further include an inner flow passage 14 provided at a central axis thereof, and the inner flow passage 14 penetrates the upper connection portion 11, the variable diameter portion 12, and the lower connection portion 13. Here, the inner flow path may satisfy the circulation of the working fluid.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the first female screw section 111 and the second male screw section 131 may be connected to the drill using different buttons so that the upper and lower connection parts have the necessary condition to be combined with any variable diameter part. The upper connecting part can be quickly interconnected with the salvage drilling tool by adopting a 630 or 410 conventional joint, the joint buckling type is as consistent as possible with the lower end buckling type of the salvage drilling tool, and unnecessary matched joints are reduced so as to simplify the structure of the casing and salvage drilling tool to the greatest extent. Likewise, the lower connecting part can be quickly connected with a fishing tool or a safety joint by adopting 521 or 411 conventional buckles, and a matched joint is not added in the middle, so that the fish is prevented from being blocked out of the safety joint to leave more fish.
Example embodiment 2
Fig. 2 shows a schematic cross-sectional structure of a banded milling tube according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
The present exemplary embodiment provides a casing and fishing integrated downhole tool that may include a combination sub as described in exemplary embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the downhole tool may further comprise a swaged tube consisting essentially of a collar 21 and a tubular body 22, the collar 21 being disposed on an upper portion of the swaged tube. The milling pipe with the joint collar is a hollow pipe, and a through hole 23 can be arranged at the central axis of the milling pipe with the joint collar and can be used for circulating working fluid and accommodating the fish which is sleeved and milled. The upper and lower ends of the tube body 22 may be provided with a second internal thread segment 221 and a third external thread segment 222, respectively, which may cooperate with the first external thread segment to connect the hooped milling tube with the variable diameter portion. Here, the second internal thread segment and the third external thread segment may include a two-stage internal thread segment and a two-stage external thread segment, respectively.
In this exemplary embodiment, the female coupling of the double-stage milling pipe with coupling is connected to the outer circumference of the reducing portion, and the connecting buckle of the outer circumference of the reducing portion is a double-stage positive pin, and if the length of the milling pipe is increased, multiple long double-stage milling pipes can be used for interconnection, and the short milling pipe is used as a welded junction nipple or a wall hook or a poking mouth. The external diameter of the milling pipe with the diameter of 508mm or 339.7mm is consistent and the milling pipe is provided with a joint hoop, thereby being beneficial to the hoisting of tools, the seat clamp during wellhead combination and the interconnection of a plurality of milling pipes and promoting the operation safety of the salvaging drilling tool assembly.
For a better understanding of the above-described exemplary embodiments 1-2, they are further described below in connection with specific examples.
Example 1
In the example, for boreholes with diameters of 406mm and 444.5mm, the applicable casing fishing tool assemblies are respectively drill rods, 6 weighted drill rods, jars, 6 weighted drill rods, a variable buckle joint, 3 drill collars, an upper connecting part, a reducing part with a diameter of 339.7mm, a lower connecting part, a milling pipe with a diameter of 339.7mm and milling shoes with a diameter of 365mm according to the connection relation, a slip fishing barrel or a safety joint, a male cone and a female cone are connected under a 131 joint, and if the risk of non-passing of a fish-eye exists, 1 normally open tool bypass valve is connected at the lower end of the 131 joint, and then other tools are connected. According to the distance from the fish to the fishing tool, the length of the milling pipe can be reasonably adjusted.
Example 2
In the example, for a borehole with the diameter of 558.8mm, the applicable casing fishing tool assembly is respectively provided with a drill rod, 6 weighting drill rods, a jar, 6 weighting drill rods, a variable buckle joint, 3 drill collars, an upper connecting part, a variable diameter part with the diameter of 473mm, a lower connecting part, a milling pipe with the diameter of 473mm and milling shoes with the diameter of 500mm according to the connection relation, a slip fishing barrel or a safety joint is connected under a 131 joint, and a casing milling and fishing integrated combined tool of a male cone and a female cone is connected under the 131 joint, if the risk of non-passing of the fish-falling water hole exists, a bypass valve of 1 normally open tool is connected under the 131 joint, and then other tools are connected. According to the distance from the fish to the fishing tool, the length of the milling pipe can be reasonably adjusted.
Example 3
In this example, for a well bore with a diameter of 660.4mm, the applicable casing fishing tool combination is respectively a drilling rod, 6 weighted drilling rods, a jar, 6 weighted drilling rods, a variant button joint, 3 drill collars, an upper connecting part, a variable diameter part with a diameter of 508mm, a lower connecting part, a milling pipe with a diameter of 508mm, a milling shoe with a diameter of 534mm, and a slip socket or a safety joint and a casing milling and fishing combination tool of a male cone and a female cone in the milling shoe, or a casing milling and fishing combination tool with a drilling rod, 6 weighted drilling rods, 6 jars, 6 weighted drilling rods, 3 variant button joints, drill collars, an upper connecting part, a variable diameter part with a diameter of 609.6mm, a lower connecting part, a milling pipe with a diameter of 609.6mm and a casing milling and fishing combination tool with a diameter of 635mm, wherein if a risk of non-passing exists in a fish water hole, 1 normally open bypass valve is connected under the joint 131. According to the distance from the fish to the fishing tool, the length of the milling pipe can be reasonably adjusted.
The method/process of using the casing fishing tool assembly of examples 1-3 above is as follows:
when a milling pipe is milled, the well wall under the well is stable, when the milling shoe is away from a theoretical fish top, working fluid is filled in the drilling tool, the idle torque value, the friction resistance value of lifting and lowering are tested at a low speed of 20r/min, the milling discharge capacity meets the requirement of carrying drilling cuttings and is stable, the torque is set to be idle torque +3-5 kN.m, the drilling tool is slowly lowered at a low speed of 20r/min, the drilling pressure is controlled to be below 20kN, the drilling tool fish head is sleeved, after the fish head is confirmed to enter the inside of the milling shoe, the rotating speed is adjusted to 40-45 r/min, the milling is started, when the milling tool is about to contact the fish top, the milling is stopped downwards, the annular drilling cuttings are circularly removed, the milling is continued, when the lifting of the pumping pressure and the torque shows that the fish enters the tool, the drilling tool is required to be buckled according to the buckling requirement of the fishing tool, the pump buckling or the lowering discharge capacity is selected in the buckling process, the drilling tool is slowly lifted after the buckling is finished, the fishing weight is larger than the fishing tool, the fishing tool is lifted, the fishing tool is stopped and the lifting tool is stopped, if the fishing tool is stopped, and the drilling tool is stopped after the drilling tool is stopped and the drilling tool is stopped. Here, the length of the fish is not more than 20 meters when the sleeve and drag integrated combination is used, the drill bit is conveniently lifted out of the turntable at one time, the drill bit is firstly unloaded, the fish is lifted out, the milling pipe is finally unloaded, the lower end of the joint 131 is not connected with a fishing tool when the fish exceeds 28 meters, and otherwise, the ground cannot unload the fish and the milling pipe.
In summary, the advantages of the present invention include at least one of the following:
(1) The milling and salvaging integrated combined joint provided by the invention can realize field zero welding operation, and the damage of welding heat influence to the tool strength is reduced to the greatest extent.
(2) The milling and fishing integrated downhole tool provided by the invention is connected by adopting the double-stage buckle and the high-torque-resistance buckle, the on-site connection operation is safer and faster, the preparation and connection operation time of the fishing tool is shortened as much as possible by quick connection of the screw threads (threads), other complex risks of long-time static of the fish in the downhole are reduced, the quality of the tool is fundamentally ensured by standardized manufacturing, the necessary condition is created for on-site quick combination by the screw threads connection, and the method is favorable for wide popularization and use.
While a casing and fishing integrated combination sub and downhole tool of the present invention has been described above in connection with exemplary embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and changes may be made to the exemplary embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
