本发明涉及医疗用品，是一种医用抗菌纱布。
医疗上使用的纱布、绷带，均是纯棉制作。这种纯棉纱布，是传统的外伤包扎唯一选择物。它虽有许多优点，但近几年经有关部门统计，外科手术中最简单的阑尾炎感染率在许多地区已近50％，这虽与病毒感染等各种环境问题有关，但是也已经表明无菌状态的纯棉纱布已不能适应现代医疗的需求，因为这种纯棉纱布自身不具有抑菌、抗菌、杀菌等功能。因此，医疗界正在寻求一种天然植物，使它具有纯棉纱布的柔软等优点的同时，具有抑菌、抗菌、杀菌等功能，以增强人体对环境污染病毒感染等方面的抵抗。
本发明的目的是，提供一种医用抗菌纱布，它具有透气、吸湿、无菌的优点，同时具有抑菌、抗菌、杀菌等的优点。
本发明的医用抗菌纱布的原料包括麻纤维，所述的麻纤维是亚麻，也可以是罗布麻。本发明的纱布也可以是麻纤维与棉纤维的混织。
本发明经实验知，具有透气、吸湿、无菌的优点，同时具有抑菌、抗菌、杀菌的优点。本发明制作时，进行无菌及柔软性处理，使本发明的纱布，增加柔软度，使柔软性好，并处于无菌状态，以达到医用要求。
采用麻纤维制作医用抗菌纱布，彻底打破了医疗界长期以来认为，只有纯棉可以做医用纱布的传统习惯。经过常期研究发现，麻纤维具有抑菌、抗菌、杀菌的作用，经实验证明，本发明采用麻纤维制作的纱布，对白色念球菌的抑制率达60％以上，对大肠杆菌的抑制率达70％以上，对金色葡萄球菌的抑制率高达90％以上，麻纤维织物接触法抑菌检验结果如下：

上述结果是纯棉纱由所不具备的。
另具研究实验知，本发明的纱布，具有优良的透气性、吸湿性，其吸湿滞后值比纯棉纱布高，其散湿功能高于纯棉纱布。经实验知，本发明采用麻纤维制作的纱布具有抗静电、抗辐射、抗紫外及远红外线的功能，并能发射8-13微米的远红外光波，这种远红外光波能幅射皮下组织1-3厘米的深度，对人体产生生物效应，改善人体微循环，活化组织细胞，提高代谢机能，增强免疫能力。本发明所述采用罗布麻制作的纱布，还具有可防治褥疮、湿疹、慢性皮炎的疾病，对妇科疾病及习惯性皮肤瘙痒有明显的疗效，本发明罗布麻纱布，具有的另一优点是，洗涤三十次后无菌率仍高于棉纱布10-20倍。本发明麻棉混织纱布，具有麻纤维抑菌、抗菌、杀菌作用的同时，可以进一步提高纱布的柔软度。
本发明实施例如下：采用亚麻做原料，进行生物脱胶后，进行梳理，再进行湿纺、柔软处理，经织造后，漂白，最后进行无菌处理，得到本发明所述医用抗菌纱布。本发明制作工艺，未详尽描述之处，均为公知技术。

3、根据权利要求1所述的医用抗菌纱布，其特征在于：所述麻纤维是罗布麻。
4、根据权利要求1所述的医用抗菌纱布，其特征在于：纱布中的原料是麻纤维与棉纤维混织。
