Abstract

一种天线安装方法包括：1)提供笔记本电脑，其中笔记本电脑包括扩展装置和抽取盒，抽取盒设置有用以安装扩展装置的收容空间和安装扩展装置后在抽取盒内形成的空余空间；2)提供天线单元，其中天线单元包括天线本体；3)将天线本体组装在所述抽取盒的空余空间内。由于本发明天线安装方法充分利用抽取盒的空余空间来收容天线本体，从而实现一种既能有效保护天线本体不受外界损坏又便于更换的天线安装方法。

天线安装方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种天线安装方法，尤其涉及一种将天线组装到电子设备上的天线安装方法。
【背景技术】
随着通信技术的发展，尤其是无线局域网络(Wireless Local AreaNetwork，WLAN)的高速发展，越来越多的笔记本电脑上装设有用以发射及接收讯号的天线，从而具备在无线局域网络内通信的功能。通常，笔记本电脑包括显示器、主机和转轴，其中转轴用来连接显示器及主机，从而使显示器相对于主机可旋转地处于开、合状态。英特尔2000年第二季技术期刊(Intel Technology Journal Q2，2000)的“将蓝牙技术整合到移动产品中(Integrat ing Bluetooth Technology into Mobile Products)”中建议采用三种方式将天线安装到笔记本电脑上。第一种方式是：将天线组装在显示器的上边缘，通常细长天线(例如半波偶极天线)采用这种安装方式。安装在该位置的天线可以隐藏在显示器的边缘。然而，这种安装方式有两大缺点：当显示器在开、合位置变换时，会导致天线的辐射极性变化90度；当显示器被制造的越来越薄时，将很难为天线提供收容空间。第二种方式是将杆状天线组装到主机侧边，采用该种方式安装的天线不会随显示器的开、合发生变化，但天线通常处于暴露状态，容易受到外界因素的损坏。第三种方式是将外形扁平的天线与无线网络卡固定组合在一起，二者一同组装在电脑内部，从而有效保护天线不受外界因素影响。然而，这种安装方式的缺点是当天线或无线网络卡其中之一被损坏时，只能更换整个组合，造成资源浪费。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种既能有效保护天线不受外界损坏又便于更换的天线安装方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的，所述天线安装方法包括：1)提供电子设备，其中电子设备包括扩展装置和抽取盒，抽取盒设置有用以安装扩展装置的收容空间和安装扩展装置后在抽取盒内形成的空余空间；2)提供天线单元，其中天线单元包括天线本体；3)将天线本体组装在所述抽取盒的空余空间内。
相较于现有技术，由于本发明天线安装方法充分利用抽取盒的空余空间来收容天线本体，从而实现一种既能有效保护天线本体不受外界损坏又便于更换的天线安装方法。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1和图2所示，本发明天线安装方法包括以下步骤：
1)提供笔记本电脑1，其中笔记本电脑1包括显示器10、主机11、扩展装置4和抽取盒20，其中显示器10通过转轴12可旋转地安装在主机11上，而主机11的前表面凹设有可抽拉地收容抽取盒20的收容槽13。扩展装置4可以是光盘驱动器、软盘驱动器或硬盘驱动器等装置。抽取盒20设置有收容空间21，其内可根据使用者的实际需求择一地安装所需扩展装置4。由于前述每一种扩展装置4的大小均不相同，为能保证容纳每一种扩展装置4，抽取盒20的尺寸通常大于每一种扩展装置4，因此当收容空间21收容扩展装置4后，抽取盒20在收容空间21的旁侧还留有空余空间22。
2)提供天线单元3，其中天线单元3包括天线本体31、连接器33以及连接天线本体31和连接器33的线缆32。
3)将天线单元3的天线本体31通过螺接或粘贴等方式安装在抽取盒20的空余空间22内。
4)将连接器33固定在抽取盒20的后部上。
5)将抽取盒20插入主机11的收容槽13内，同时天线单元3的连接器33与主机11内的相应的对接连接器(未图示)形成电性连接。

Claims (5)

1.一种天线安装方法，包括：
1)提供笔记本电脑，其中笔记本电脑包括主机、可枢转得安装于主机上的显示器、扩展装置和抽取盒，主机的一侧凹设有可抽拉地收容抽取盒的收容槽，抽取盒设置有用以安装扩展装置的收容空间和安装扩展装置后在抽取盒内形成的空余空间；
2)提供天线单元，其中天线单元包括天线本体及连接器；
3)将天线本体组装在所述抽取盒的空余空间内；
4)天线单元的连接器与笔记本电脑内相应对接连接器形成电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天线安装方法，其特征在于：所述笔记本电脑的所述收容槽设置于主机前表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天线安装方法，其特征在于：所述扩展装置是光盘驱动器、软盘驱动器或硬盘驱动器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天线安装方法，其特征在于：所述天线单元还包括连接天线本体与连接器的线缆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天线安装方法，其特征在于：所述连接器可以固定在抽取盒上。
