Abstract
本发明公开一种骨质增生贴膏,由三十多味中药、细粉末和香油配制而成,将三十多味中药浸入香油内浸泡后,用铁锅温火将药炸枯黑炭色,将药捞出,稍凉后,药油过滤,加火升温,加入红丹,不停搅动,收膏,略冷后,投入凉水中去火毒,4小时后取出,文火熔化后,加入细粉末搅均成膏,涂敷于布或牛皮纸上即可。对骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出、风湿性关节炎和筋骨损伤等病症,疗效显著。
Description
本发明涉及外科和骨科治疗所用一种外敷贴膏。
骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出、关节炎、筋骨损伤等病症的治疗，均需一个较长的治疗过程，而且一般治疗方法都采用牵引、按摩的疗法，此方法仅能暂时缓解疼痛，不能彻底根治。
本发明的目的在于提供一种骨质增生贴膏及其制备方法，这种贴膏可以在较短的疗程内，根治骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出、坐骨神经痛、风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、跌打损伤、急性软组织扭坐伤和无名肿毒等病症。
本发明的原料及重量由：红花50g、天麻50g、骨碎补50g、元胡25、穿山甲15g、阿魏50g、金钱蛇5条、白花蛇50g、麻黄50g、防风50g、桂枝50g、白芨50g、细辛25g、牙皂25g、羌活50g、独活50g、木瓜50g、半夏10g、杏仁50g、白芥子20g、干姜50g、生川乌50g、生草乌50g、生南星50g、马前子25g、金蝎20g、蜈蚣20条、桃仁50g、川芎50g、当归30g、威灵仙50g、冰片20g、血竭25g、乳香50g、没药50g、肉桂50g、红丹2300g和香油7000g组成。
制备方法是：将血竭、乳香、没药、肉桂和冰片粉碎成细粉未混匀备用，红丹备用外，余下三十一味药浸入香油内，浸泡三天，用铁锅温火将药炸枯呈黑炭色，并药捞出，稍凉后，药油过滤，加火升温，按100g药油加红丹36g，不停搅动，当药变黑、滴水成珠、乌黑发亮、收膏略冷后，投入凉水中去火毒，4小时后倒水，用刀将膏药表皮白物刮去，用文火将膏药熔化，加入血竭、乳香、没药、肉挂和冰片细粉未，搅均成膏，涂敷于布或牛皮纸上即可。
本发明选用三十多味中药配制而成，全方药性辛温，活血化瘀，祛风散寒，镇痉止咳，清肿止痛，贴膏直接贴于患处及穴位，药物经皮下直接渗透至患处，对骨质增生、腰椎间盘突出、风湿性关节炎和筋骨损伤等病症，疗效显著。使用前将患处皮肤用温水洗净，将膏药中温至软，贴于患处或穴位，每贴使用4天，两贴为一个疗程。
自1995年至2000年使用本发明对骨质增生、坐骨神经痛40例，其中男性18例，女性22例；腰椎间盘突出30例，男性16例，女性14例。风湿性关节炎、急性扭挫伤20例，男性11例、女性9例；骨关节炎3例、男性1例，女性2例；无名肿毒7例，男性4例，女性3例进行临床应用，均达到了满意的效果。
以上100例患者中，用药最短一个疗程，最长五个疗程。其中痊愈64例，显效27例，好转8例，除一例患者腰椎间盘突出合并腰椎管狭窄，行手术治疗外，总有效率达100％。
另外，申请人在多年实践中，大量接触的病人都是市级医院治疗效果不佳的患者，经贴药后，均达满意疗效。
病例1：姓名，韩国志，性别：男，年龄：44岁，职业：司机。
资料：该患者4年前，不慎扭伤腰部，即感腰部剧痛，活动受限，经当地医院药物治疗后，症状不缓，且腰痛伴左下肢放射痛，痛性颠行，腰椎倒弯，活动受限，CT检查为腰椎间盘突出症，经多方治疗(牵引、按摩、药物)等效果不佳。
处置：使用该外敷贴膏。一个疗程后，腰痛及左下肢麻痛减轻，二个疗程后，能轻微体力劳动，连续四个疗程后痊愈。
结果，随访三年未复发，并能参加体力劳动。
病例2：姓名：刘明艳，性别：女，年龄：62岁。
资料：该患者七年前无明显诱因出现双膝关节肿胀疼痛，关节活动受限，行走困难，到医院经医生检查及X片显示，诊断为“膝关节骨性关节炎”，采取口服药，外敷药及理疗等治疗效果不明显，且症状不缓解，影响日常生活。
处置：外敷该贴膏，一个疗程后膝关节活动受限较治疗前有好转，继续敷二个疗程，膝关节活动稍受限，对日常生活无明显影响，五个疗程后膝关节活动正常。
结果：随访二年未复发。
病例3：姓名：赵亮，性别：男，年龄：32岁。
资科：该患者一年前无明显诱因出现腰部酸痛，尤其劳累后加重，不能参加体力劳动，到当地医院经医生检查诊断为“腰肌劳损”，经多方治疗采用药物及理疗无好转。
处置：使用该外敷贴膏，一个疗程后，腰部酸痛减缓，三个疗程后，腰部症状消失，活动自如，并能参加体力劳动。
结论：随访二年未复发。

1、一种骨质增生贴膏，其特征在于：本贴膏由红花50g、天麻50g、骨碎补50g、元胡25、穿山甲15g、阿魏50g、金钱蛇5条、白花蛇50g、麻黄50g、防风50g、桂枝50g、白芨50g、细辛25g、牙皂25g、羌活50g、独活50g、木瓜50g、半夏10g、杏仁50g、白芥子20g、干姜50g、生川乌50g、生草乌50g、生南星50g、马前子25g、全蝎20g、蜈蚣20条、桃仁50g、川芎50g、当归30g、威灵仙50g、冰片20g、血蝎25g、乳香50g、没药50g、肉桂50g、红丹2300g和香油7000g组成；
