Abstract
本发明公开了一种燃油添加剂，该添加剂为多种成份的组合物，添加剂的成份和重量份数为：乙醇60～95份，六次甲基四胺6.5～9.6份，异戊醇13～20份，正辛醇6.5～8.3份，硝基苯14.5～22份，将六次甲基四胺置于乙醇中，搅拌至全部溶解，再依次加入异戊醇、正辛醇、硝基苯，充分搅拌1.5～2.5小时即可，解决了燃油降低一氧化碳和碳氢化合物的排放清除积碳等问题，使尾气排放完全符合国家标准，具有工艺简单和使用效果好等优点，广泛适合于汽油机车和柴油机车的燃油使用。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种燃油添加剂，更具体地说，涉及一种用于汽油机和柴油机的燃油添加剂。
背景技术 众所周知，使用汽油和柴油的各种车辆排放的尾气中含有CO，HC和NOx等有害气体，在现有技术中，对尾气中有害气体含量的控制主要有两种方法，一是机外净化，即在尾气出口处加设带有催化剂的过滤器，将尾气中污染物转化成低害物质；另一种是机内净化，即直接在燃油中加入添加剂，促进燃油充分燃烧，减少CO，HC和NOx等有害气体的生成，后一办法是当前普遍采用的较好办法，但现有的燃油添加剂有的效果欠佳，作用不能持久，有的成本较高。
发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种能促进燃油在汽车燃烧室内充分燃烧，降低一氧化碳和碳氢化合物的排放，能有效清除积碳的燃油添加剂。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：研制一种用于汽油机和柴油机的燃油添加剂，该添加剂为多种成份的组合物，添加剂的成份和重量份数为：乙醇60～95份，六次甲基四胺6.5～9.6份，异戊醇13～20份，正辛醇6.5～8.3份，硝基苯14.5～22份，将六次甲基四胺置于乙醇中，搅拌至全部溶解，再依次加入异戊醇、正辛醇、硝基苯，充分搅拌1.5～2.5小时即可。
本发明的乙醇是溶剂，是无色透明易挥发和易燃的液体，密度0.7893，沸点78.4℃，溶于水、甲醇、乙醚和氯仿等，使用乙醇作溶剂，可有效溶解添加剂的其他成份，形成液态混合物，便于加入至燃料油中使用；六次甲基四胺即乌洛托品，是白色结晶粉末或无色有光泽的晶体，相对密度1.27，在263℃升华并部分分解，溶于水，乙醇，氯仿，不溶于乙醚，燃油添加剂加入的六次甲基四胺是一种表面活性剂，可以降低燃油的粘度和分子的表面张力，利于燃油的充分燃烧；异戊醇是无色液体，密度为0.81，沸点132℃，微溶于水，与乙醇和乙醚混溶；正辛醇是无色液体，密度为0.827，194～195℃，不与水混溶，但与乙醇、乙醚、氯仿混溶；由于加入的乙醇、异戊醇和正辛醇沸点分别为78.4℃、132℃和194～195℃，具有较大的沸点差，则其气化温度差距大，可以满足燃油在不同温度下使用并充分燃烧，硝基苯的纯品是几乎无色至淡黄色的油状液体，密度为1.2073，几乎不溶于水，与乙醇、乙醚和苯混溶，在一般条件下比较稳定，是有机合成的良好溶剂，硝基苯可对燃烧产生的灰分起净化作用，有效减少尾气的烟度和燃油油箱内积碳。
本发明较好的技术方案是：燃油添加剂的成份和重量份数为：乙醇70～80份，六次甲基四胺7.5～8.5份，异戊醇15～17份，正辛醇7.0～7.5份，硝基苯17～20份。各成份的含量适中，使用效果较好。
与现有技术相比，本发明的燃料油添加剂具有能促进燃油在汽车燃烧室内充分燃烧，降低一氧化碳和碳氢化合物的排放，能有效清除积碳等优点，使尾气排放完全符合国家标准。国家规定的汽油的尾气排放标准(汽油)：小车：CO含量4.5％，HC含量1200PPM以下；大车：CO含量5％，HC含量2000PPM以下，使用本发明的添加剂后，经检测，小车排放的尾气中CO含量1.5％～3.7％，HC含量230～960PPM；大车尾气中的CO含量1.6％～4.3％，HC含量320～1540PPM。依据GB14761-1999《汽车排放污染物限值及测试方法》和GB/T18927-2001《汽车发动机性能试验方法》以及GB17691/2001《车用压燃式发动机排气污染物限值几测量方法》，在相同条件下，用工况法测定0#柴油及加剂柴油的排放，CO降低15～43％，HC降低16～41％，NOx降低5～13％，烟度降低17～38％。以上数据说明：本发明的添加剂能促进燃油在汽车燃烧室内充分燃烧，降低一氧化碳和碳氢化合物的排放，能有效清除积碳。
具体实施方式 以下通过具体的实施方式对本发明进行更加详细的描述：
实施例1
取浓度为95％的乙醇1立升(折合790克)，加入六次甲基四胺80克，搅拌至全部溶解，然后先后加入异戊醇220毫升(折合178克)，正辛醇80毫升(折合66克)，硝基苯140毫升(折合169克)14.5～22份，充分搅拌2小时。
实施例2
方法同实施例1，乙醇600克，六次甲基四胺68克，异戊醇180克，正辛醇70克，硝基苯145克，充分搅拌1.5小时。
实施例3
方法同实施例1，乙醇950克，六次甲基四胺96克，异戊醇150克，正辛醇83克，硝基苯220克，充分搅拌2.5小时。
实施例4
方法同实施例1，乙醇850克，六次甲基四胺86克，异戊醇130克，正辛醇65克，硝基苯150克，充分搅拌2.0小时。
实施例5
方法同实施例1，乙醇800克，六次甲基四胺80克，异戊醇200克，正辛醇75克，硝基苯200克，充分搅拌2.5小时。
实施例6
方法同实施例1，乙醇750克，六次甲基四胺80克，异戊醇175克，正辛醇70克，硝基苯180克，充分搅拌2.0小时。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于汽油机和柴油机的燃油添加剂，为多种成份的组合物，其特征在于：添加剂的成份和重量份数为：
乙醇 60～95份
六次甲基四胺 6.5～9.6份
异戊醇 13～20份
正辛醇 6.5～8.3份
硝基苯 14.5～22份，
将六次甲基四胺置于乙醇中，搅拌至全部溶解，再依次加入异戊醇、正辛醇、硝基苯，充分搅拌1.5～2.5小时。
2、根据权利要求1所述的燃油添加剂，其特征在于：添加剂的成份和重量份数为：
乙醇 70～80份
六次甲基四胺 7.5～8.5份
异戊醇 15～17份
正辛醇 7.0～7.5份
硝基苯 17～20份。
