Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mobile communication, in particular to a method for realizing user number change notification in a mobile communication system.
Background
The mobile network has been developed to a certain stage, and a concept of a Wireless Intelligent Network (WIN) is introduced, and the WIN provides seamless terminal service, personal mobile service and advanced network service for a user in a mobile environment by introducing the capability of the intelligent network based on a CS2 protocol (bearer independent call control protocol).
The original WIN standard describes the structure of the distributed function plane, a call model, a mobility management model and some advanced network services. Later WIN standards have added some WIN capabilities and services.
TIA (Telecommunications industry Association)/EIA (electronic industry Association)/IS-771 protocol defines basic concept, frame structure, basic call model, trigger mechanism and description of processing detection point of WIN, and provides an operation specification between systems to make wireless user use the capability of intelligent network after roaming; IS-771 also defines the service characteristics and message flow of some services, which include: (1) incoming Call Screening (ICS): blocking or allowing calls for a specified call, or specifying an alternate route, forwarding the call to voicemail or another telephone number or a specific canned notification; (2) calling name display: when the call is continued, the name of the calling subscriber can be displayed to the called subscriber; (3) voice control services: the use of speech recognition technology allows the user to control speech and characteristics by means of voice commands.
The TIA/EIA/IS-826 protocol defines prepaid services. The protocol rules of WIN about prepaid service include service characteristics of prepaid service, messages and parameters required by service flow under various service characteristics, etc. Depending on the needs of the prepaid service, some new trigger points and new information flows are defined to support the prepaid service.
The development of WIN is also the process of the evolution of the second generation mobile system to the third generation mobile system. Currently, through the tracking research of wireless intelligent network, some relevant device specifications, service specifications and test specifications have been made.
For example, an intelligent CDMA (code division multiple access) mobile communication system network is shown in fig. 1, and other wireless intelligent networks are similar thereto. Wherein,
MSC (mobile switching center)/SSP (service switching point) is a core control device of the network, and is a control center for realizing basic functions of user call connection, call control, service realization, and the like. It detects control triggers for WIN services and communicates with an SCP (service control point) to respond to requests from the SCP, allowing service logic in the SCP to affect call processing and modify call and connection processing under control of the SCP. The SSP may provide various dedicated resources and private dedicated resources (the function is optional) required by the WIN service, including: a digital collection device, a tone generator, a recorded announcement, etc.
The HLR is a home location register, which is a central database of the system, and stores the relevant information of all existing mobile subscribers controlled by the HLR, including the basic information (including the relevant information of various services subscribed by the subscriber) when the subscriber opens an account.
The SCP is a service control point, a real-time database and a transaction processing system which provide service control and data functions. It provides intelligent service logic based on SDP and based on information fed back by the SSP. It communicates with the SSP through some of the signaling defined in the IS-41 protocol and the IS-771 protocol. When providing intelligent service for user, SCP sends signaling to SSP to issue service control indication; the SSP specifically executes the content indicated by the operation information in these signalings and sends the execution result or error to the SCP for it to determine the further service trend.
The IP is an intelligent peripheral, provides various special resources and private special resources required by intelligent services, and comprises the following steps: digital collection control, recorded notification, etc. May contain certain logic and processing capabilities to accept information from a user, send information to a user, and manage bearer connections to dedicated resources.
The BSS is a base station subsystem, is directly connected to the mobile station via a wireless interface, and is responsible for wireless transmission and reception and management of wireless resources. And the MSC is connected with the Mobile Switching Center (MSC), so that the communication connection between mobile subscribers or between the mobile subscribers and fixed network subscribers is realized, and system information, user information and the like are transmitted.
The MS is a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a car-mounted mobile station, or the like.
In the current network intelligent protocol IS-826, the basic description IS made on the playing of variable voice of intelligent service, the SCP instructs the MSC to play voice through IP, and specific parameters are described in the IS-771 protocol, the protocol implementation flow IS as shown in fig. 2:
SCP sends special resource function indication message (SRFDIR message) to IP, wherein, it contains playback script (EXESCR) parameter to indicate the played changeable recording notice; after receiving the message, the IP can play the recording notification to the mobile terminal through the MSC. The EXESCR parameter specifies a script that needs to execute the special resource function indication, such as playing notification, collecting number, voice recognition, etc., and the specific parameters are described as follows:
the script name specifies the name of the script that needs to execute the special resource function instruction, the script parameter specifies the parameter used by the script that executes the user interaction instruction, both parameters adopt the standard IE (information element) format as shown below, but each byte carries different content:
ip sends a dedicated resource function indication response message (srfdir message) returning the result to the SCP, where the scresult parameter indicates the voice announcement played.
The existing intelligent voice playing scheme needs to be realized through SCP and IP, and if the system does not support intelligence, variable number changing voice notification cannot be played.

in order to make the present invention more understandable to those skilled in the art, a brief description of a call flow in a related art wireless intelligent network will be given first before describing the present invention in detail.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 depicts a calling signaling flow of a prepaid (PPC) subscriber in a prior art wireless intelligent network: the PPC user is used as a calling party to call a PSTN (public telephone network) user, and the calling party is firstly hung up without recording notice before calling.
Wherein, MSC/SSP represents mobile switching center/service switching point; SCP represents service control point; PSTN represents public telephone network users, and the call flow is as follows:
(1) the mobile station initiates a call and the serving MSC receives the called number.
(2) The serving MSC triggers an initial call attempt authentication trigger and sends a message to the SCP associated with this trigger.
(3) The SCP determines that the subscriber has activated the PPC service and that the subscriber's account has a balance, the SCP sends a return result message to the serving MSC indicating that call processing should continue, wherein the parameter indicates that the PPC service is to be performed.
(4) The serving MSC analyzes the called number and prepares to route the call, and the MSC triggers a call routing address available trigger and sends a message to the SCP associated with the trigger.
(5) SCP sends back result message to MSC.
(6) The MSC follows the mobile originated call.
(7) The call connection is successful.
(8) The called party answers the phone.
(9) The serving MSC triggers an initial answer trigger and sends a message to the SCP associated with this trigger, which starts charging for the caller after receiving the message.
(10) The calling party hangs up and the call is ended.
(11) The service MSC triggers the on-hook trigger and sends a message to the SCP related to the trigger, and the SCP stops charging for the calling after receiving the message.
(12) SCP sends hang up response message to service MSC, and releases call.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a signaling flow of a prepaid (PPC) subscriber called in a related art wireless intelligent network: the PPC user is called, the terminals between the systems are connected, the called party hangs up first, and there is no recording notice before calling.
Wherein MSCa/SSP represents mobile switching center a/service control point; HLRb denotes home location register b; SCPb represents service control point b; MSCb/VLR represents mobile switching center b/visitor location register, and the call flow is as follows:
(1) the originating MSCa receives a call that includes the address digits, i.e., directory number, of the called mobile station.
(2) The originating MSCa triggers the mobile terminal trigger and sends a message to the HLRb associated with the mobile station to retrieve the list of service items associated with the subscriber.
(3) HLRb sends a return result message to the originating MSCa indicating in the service item list parameters that the relevant trigger (originating terminal, location, called answer, called hang-up, etc.) is configured.
(4) The originating MSCa triggers the initial terminal trigger and sends a message to the SCPb indicated in the service item list parameter, which triggers the initial terminal trigger in the trigger type parameter.
(5) SCPb determines that the user activated the PPC service and the account balance is sufficient, SCPb sends a return result message to the originating MSCa indicating that the PPC service is to be executed.
(6) The originating MSCa triggers the location trigger and sends a message to HLRb indicating in the parameters that the location trigger was triggered.
(7) HLRb determines that call processing should continue and sends a find called route (ROUTREQ) message to MSCb/VIR.
(8) The serving MSCb/VLR assigns a called roaming (TLDN) number and returns to HLRb.
(9) HLRb sends a return result message to the originating MSCa instructing the call to be established to the subscriber.
(10) The originating MSCa prepares to terminate the call, triggers a called routing address available trigger, and sends an analysis information (ANLYZD) message to SCPb associated with the trigger.
(11) The SCPb sends a return analysis message (anlyzd) result to the originating MSCa indicating that the originating MSCa has established a call to the subscriber, and the mobile station answers the call.
(12) The originating MSCa establishes the call.
(13) The call setup was successful.
(14) The called party answers.
(15) The originating MSCa triggers the called answer trigger, sending the called answer message to SCPb associated with this trigger; the SCPb starts charging for the called party after receiving this message.
(16) The called party hangs up, and the conversation between the two parties is finished.
(17) The originating MSCa triggers the disconnect trigger and sends a called hang-up (tdiscont) message to SCPb which stops charging for the called party after receiving the message.
(18) SCPb sends a called hangup return result (tdiscoct) message to the originating MSCa, releasing the call.
The above description of the call flow of the wireless intelligent network is helpful for understanding the present invention, and the following is a detailed description of the present invention:
referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 describes the flow of the method for implementing the user number change notification service in the mobile communication system of the present invention, wherein the called number is the mobile subscriber number of the home zone:
first, a description will be given of the number change notification service. The number-changing notification service is that when the called party telephone number is changed, the exchanger transfers the incoming call to the voice mailbox, the voice mailbox and the exchanger exchange signals to obtain the called number, the system checks the corresponding database to search the new number corresponding to the number, and notifies the calling party in a voice synthesis mode. If the corresponding telephone number is not searched, the telephone change information is prompted.
Similarly, the mobile terminal MS may sign a number change notification service at the HLR. The process of the mobile terminal MS signing the number change notification service in the HLR is the process of setting the corresponding relation between the number before the mobile user is changed and the number after the mobile user is changed in the HLR. When the calling user dials the called mobile user number before changing, the MSC plays the voice notice to the user. According to whether the called user signs a contract to make the calling user directly transfer to the changed called mobile user number, HLR decides whether to continue after playing the voice notice for the calling user, and the content of playing the voice notice is decided by the playback script brought down by the HLR. And after the voice notification is played, if the called party does not sign the call and transfers the call to a new number, the call is disconnected. If signing up, HLR responds message with called new number to calling party through logreq (location request), similar to unconditional forwarding service. The processing flow is as follows:
a. the user initiates a call, and the called number is the mobile user number before changing.
b. The originating MSC analyzes the called number and results in a mobile number. The originating MSC sends a location request message (LOCREQ message) to the HLR according to the called number. The LOCREQ message includes a parameter handling capability parameter (TransactionCapability) indicating whether the system supports the number change notification service. Wherein the parameter transfactioncapability specification is shown in figure 6.
After HLR receives LOCREQ message, it judges if the called user has changed user number, if the number has changed and the called user signs the number change notification service, it constructs playback script (EXESCR), and brings it to MSC through RUIDIR message. The playback script can be flexibly configured, for example, whether a user signs a contract after changing the number or not can inform the service of playing the voice: "your dialed number has changed to 133 XXXXXXXX" or "your dialed number has changed to 133XXXXXXXX, we are switching you for a short time". Since the parameters ANNLIST (Notification List of record parameter) and DGTCC (digital Collection control parameter) are mandatory IEs in the RUIDIR message, these two parameters are also brought to the MSC. The playback script contains the voice coding of the variable sound, and the description of the playback script parameters is as follows:
the DGTCC parameter may contain a prompt voice message allowing the calling subscriber to select whether to connect to a new called number by pressing a button, for example, a voice prompt is given to the subscriber to input an x key to connect to a new number, if the subscriber presses the x key, the result of the number receiving operation is brought to the HLR by the ruidir message, and the HLR brings a new number to the MSC for connection by the logreq message according to the selection result of the calling subscriber.
After receiving RUIDIR, MSC finds that the message has playback script (EXESCR), the priority is higher than ANNLIST, it will decode and play the sound, and after playing the sound, it will reply Ruidir message to HLR.
After receiving the ruidir message, the HLR replies a position request response message (logreq message) to the MSC, if the called user signs a contract and allows the calling user to directly transfer to the new mobile user number after the change, the logreq response message brings back the new called number through a terminal list parameter TERMLIST, and the subsequent flow is the same as the common call; otherwise, the logreq response message carries back the call disconnect parameter ACCDEN, which disconnects the call.
Fig. 6 is a description of a processing capability (transactionability) parameter in a LOCREQ message (location request message) sent by an MSC in the present invention.
The TransactionCapability parameter is specified in protocol detail as follows:
