Abstract
一种仿啤酒瓶外形的啤酒瓶安全性防护层,可选用多种材料制成,能有效的降低外力对啤酒瓶的撞击,并可减低或消除啤酒瓶爆裂后,碎片的杀伤力。
Description
本发明是防止啤酒瓶爆裂、伤人的安全性防护层。
啤酒是一种常见的饮品，很受人们的欢迎，但是它却一直有潜在的危险：容易因内部气压和本身暗伤等因素，发生爆裂、伤人。虽然国内许多厂家已经改用安全性较高的B型瓶，可由于啤酒瓶在清洗、灌装、运输等工序中，极可能会照成暗伤，从而大大的降低了它的安全性，尤其在销售运输中发生的暗伤，更难以检测。今年夏季，仅上海市就发生了多次B型瓶爆裂的伤人事故。本发明的目的就是，提供可以减低在销售运输中，啤酒瓶发生碰撞和爆裂伤人机率的安全性防护层。
为了达到上述目的，本发明是选用适当的材料，制成类似啤酒瓶外形的贴体式的防护层。其外形尺寸可参考啤酒瓶来定，以能套在啤酒瓶外为准。该防护层可设计成有底的、无底的、全颈的、半颈的和无颈的等多种规格。其材质可选用：纸品、纺织品、皮革、塑料、橡胶、金属、合成材料等有一定强度、韧性的材料制成。该防护层即可以降低外力对啤酒瓶的撞击，又可以减缓或消除啤酒瓶爆裂后，碎片的杀伤力。
本发明的优点在于：1、选料范围广；2、安全实用；3、基本不用改变啤酒的生产线；4、可以适当的保护啤酒瓶外观的清洁；5防护层外部可印刷宣传图片(增加了广告面积)。
下面结合实例，对本发明做进一步的描述：
实例1：选用较厚的或多层的纸、纺织品、皮革、软塑料或其它适当的合成材料制成有底或无底的圆桶，直径略大于啤酒瓶最粗的部位，长度不小于啤酒瓶底部到瓶颈部的渐细处的距离。使用时把圆桶套在啤酒瓶外后，扎紧上口即可。
实例2：仿照啤酒瓶的外形，选用纸、纺织品、皮革、塑料、橡胶、金属或其它适当的合成材料制成略大于啤酒瓶的无底的防护层，颈部可设计成全颈、半颈或无颈的，但长度不能小于啤酒瓶底到瓶颈部渐细处的距离。使用时将其从啤酒瓶上口套下即可。
实例3：选用实例2的材料，制成编织紧密的网状防护层，其它和实例2相同。
Claims (8)
1、一种啤酒瓶安全性防护层，其特征在于：选用纸品、纺织品、皮革、塑料、橡胶、金属、合成材料等适当的，有一定强度、韧性的材料，制成类似于啤酒瓶外形的贴体式的防护层，外型尺寸可参考啤酒瓶来定，以能套在啤酒瓶外为准，其可以降低外部对啤酒瓶的撞击力，并可减低或消除啤酒瓶爆裂后，碎片的杀伤力。
2、根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于：将上述材料中较为柔软的材料，制成略大于啤酒瓶直径的，有底或无底的圆桶，长度不小于啤酒瓶底部到瓶颈部渐细处的距离，使用时将其套在啤酒瓶的外部，扎紧上口即可。
3、根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于：选用权利要求1中所述的材料制成，略大于啤酒瓶，并类似于啤酒瓶外形的无底的防护层，颈部可设计成全颈、半颈或无颈的，但长度不能小于啤酒瓶底部到瓶颈部渐细处的距离，使用时将其直接从啤酒瓶上口套下即可。
4、根据权利要求1、2所述，其特征在于：该防护层可用较有韧性的纸或塑料纸制作。
5、根据权利要求1、3所述，其特征在于：该防护层可用较厚的、有韧性的泡沫塑料制作。
6、根据权利要求1、2、3所述，其特征在于：该防护层可为单层或多层，多层中的各层可用相同或不同的材料制作。
7、根据权利要求1、2、3所述，其特征在于：该防护层可用布品制作。
8、根据权利要求1、2、3所述，其特征在于：用权利要求1中所述的材料制成，编织紧密的网状的，权利要求2、3所述的防护层。
