Abstract
本发明是一种结肠炎灌肠剂，它是由下列原料组成或者由下列原料的水和/或醇提取物作活性成份组成：仙鹤草11-13重量份、白头翁14-16重量份、黄柏14-16重量份、紫草根11-13重量份、苦参8-10重量份、甘草根9-11重量份、罂粟壳2-4重量份、白芨14-16重量份、诃子5-7重量份、丁香2-4重量份。以上组方结合后具有杀菌解毒、去腐生肌、止血止泻镇痛的作用，主治慢性结肠炎、慢性溃疡性结肠炎、慢性菌痢及阿米巴痢疾。

技术领域
本发明属于一种外用中草药方剂，特别是一种结肠炎灌肠剂。
背景技术
慢性结肠炎是常见病，目前内科尚无特效药治疗。中国专利申请公告中关于慢性结肠炎的治疗方剂有几种，但大多数属于口服制剂，其中“灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎中药制剂”(CN1176805)公开了一种以石榴皮、百部、五倍子、白头翁、白芨、大黄、赤石腊、明矾等药物粉剂加上适量的水和藕粉进行灌肠治疗的药剂，中国专利“治疗慢性结肠炎临床综合症的中成药制剂及制备方法”(CN1165008)公开了一种以苦参、大叶桉、青黛、珍珠层粉等制成的灌肠剂，以上两项专利申请的配方中均有无机盐类物质，特别是青黛煎后仍有许多沉淀物，某些成分治疗效果不明显，且加工和使用上均有不便之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效显著、使用方法简单、以纯草药或其提取物为主要成份的结肠炎灌肠剂。
本发明的目的按下述方案实现：
一种结肠炎灌肠剂，它是由下列原料组成或者由下列原料的水和/或醇提取物作活性成份组成：仙鹤草11-13重量份、白头翁14-16重量份、黄柏14-16重量份、紫草根11-13重量份、苦参8-10重量份、茜草根9-11重量份、罂粟壳2-4重量份、白芨14-16重量份、诃子5-7重量份、丁香2-4重量份。
本发明各成份的作用如下：
仙鹤草：含仙鹤草素，维生素K等，它能使凝血时间缩短，血小板增加，治疗出血症。对大肠杆菌，绿脓杆菌，痢疾杆菌，伤寒杆菌有抑制作用。
白头翁：含白头翁素，有镇痛、镇静作用，对肠粘膜有收敛，止泻止血作用，对阿米巴性痢疾，细菌性痢疾及滴虫均有效。
黄柏：含黄蘗硷，抗菌作用与黄连大致相同。对阿米巴原虫、真菌有抗菌作用，有降低血糖、血压和保护血小板作用。
紫草根：有解热、降压作用，可抗皮肤真菌。有明显抗垂体促性腺激素及抗绒毛膜促性腺激素作用。对绒毛膜上皮癌，妇女经绝期综合症也有作用。
苦参：含苦参碱，有抗菌抑菌，抗癌，增强人体免疫力等作用。
茜草根：有缩短凝血时间作用，对过敏性紫殿有效。对金葡菌、肺炎双球菌有抑制作用，有退黄清热作用。
罂粟壳：含吗啡、那可汀、可待因和罂粟碱等，有涩肠止泻、止痛作用。
白芨：含白芨胶质，对格兰氏染色阴性菌、结核杆菌有抑制作用，本品可使血细胞凝集，形成人工血栓，止血效果迅速确定。对某些杆菌的内毒素有抑制作用。
诃子：含诃黎酸、鞣质、脂肪油、氧化没食子酸等。体外实验对白喉杆菌、痢疾杆菌、肺炎双球菌、绿脓杆菌有较强的抑菌作用；对金葡菌、变形杆菌、伤寒、副伤寒杆菌也有抑制作用，并有收敛作用。
丁香：含丁香素，挥发油等。对金黄色葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌、伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、炭疽杆菌等有抑制作用，能刺激胃肠蠕动，促使胃液分泌。药理实验：它有抗组织胺、降低毛细血管通透性，改善微循环作用，同时有收敛，消肿的作用。
以上组方结合后具有杀菌解毒、去腐生肌、止血止泻镇痛的作用，主治慢性结肠炎、慢性溃疡性结肠炎、慢性菌痢及阿米巴痢疾。
本发明在治疗时，按配方量用水煎二次，各取汁200ml混匀，分早晚各一半温后保留灌肠，取臀部抬高体位，使药液全部吸收不排出，15天为一疗程，一般治疗2-3个疗程，每疗程间隔3-5天。
治疗效果：
1.病例选择：分治疗组和对照组，治疗组以本发明按上述方法治疗，对照组给口服黄连素片、氟哌酸或柳氮磺胺嘧啶片。
治疗组164例，男85例、女76例，年龄18-72岁，平均48.2岁，病龄1年到28.4年，平均5.5年，症状均有反复下腹疼、腹胀、粘液便或稀便与便秘交替，经常服用各种中西药治疗疗效不满意而来就诊，全部病例治疗前用纤维结肠镜检查，确诊为慢性结肠炎，其中慢性溃疡性结肠炎54例、慢性非溃疡性结肠炎110例。
对照组按与治疗组按1∶2的随机法设82例，全部病例治疗前均经纤维结肠镜检查，确诊为慢性结肠炎，其中溃疡性结肠炎28例，非溃疡性结肠炎54例。
2.治疗效果：
疗效判定标准：a.治愈：临床症状消失，每日成型软便1-2次，内窥镜检查肠粘膜正常。
b.显效：症状明显好转，内窥镜检查病变范围比原来缩小50％以上(包括50％)。
c.好转：症状改善，内窥镜检查病变缩小50％以下。
d.无效：症状无改善，内窥镜检查无好转。
经治疗后，治疗组164例，治愈68例(41.46％)，其中溃疡性结肠炎治愈率达64.8％，显效42例(25.60％)，好转48例(29.26％)，无效6例(3.65％)；总有效率达96.35％。
对照组82例，治愈11例(13.4％)，其中溃疡性结肠炎治愈率28.57％，显效14例(17.07％)，好转37例(45.12％)，无效20例(24.39％)，总有效率75.60％，对治疗组和对照组治愈率、总有效率进行统计及处理，有极显著差异。
截止目前为止已临床治愈慢性结肠炎患者1000余例。
具体实施方式
按下例组方配制本发明的灌肠剂：仙鹤草12g，白头翁15g，黄柏15g，紫草根12g，苦参9g，甘草根10g，罂粟壳3g，白芨15g，诃子6g，丁香3g，装袋后为一副药，用法：每次一袋，溶入温开水200毫升中，取臀部抬高位保留灌肠，每15天为一个疗程。
也可按上述配比扩大后制成速溶无糖颗粒剂，配备小灌肠器供家庭使用，也可用普通输液器在家庭内灌肠。
Claims (2)
1、一种结肠炎灌肠剂，其特征在于它的活性成分是由下列原料制成：仙鹤草11-13重量份、白头翁14-16重量份、黄柏14-16重量份、紫草根11-13重量份、苦参8-10重量份、茜草根9-11重量份、罂粟壳2-4重量份、白芨14-16重量份、诃子5-7重量份、丁香2-4重量份。
2、如权利要求1所述的结肠炎灌肠剂，其特征在于各原料的配比是：仙鹤草12重量份、白头翁15重量份、黄柏15重量份、紫草根12重量份、苦参9重量份、甘草根10重量份、罂粟壳3重量份、白芨15重量份、诃子6重量份、丁香3重量份。
