Abstract
本发明公开的一种肿瘤消痛膏及其制备方法,它是以穿山甲、三七、重楼、蜈蚣、全蝎、蕲蛇、延胡索、马钱子、山慈菇、牡丹皮、赤芍、当归为原料,根据每味中药的不同特性,分别以砂炒制、酒炒制、醋炒制及熟制后按比例混合,粉碎后进行泡制、熬膏而成膏贴。本发明采用外用药治疗肿瘤病痛,方法独特,无成瘾性,无依赖性,止痛效果明显持显著。
Description
本发明涉及一种缓解疼痛的药物组合物，特别是涉及一种以植物中药为原料制成的缓解肿瘤病人疼痛的外用药肿瘤消痛膏及其制备方法。
癌症病人特别是在癌症晚期时倍受剧烈疼痛的折磨。目前，对癌症病人的病痛主要采用注射麻醉药止痛或内服镇痛剂缓解疼痛。长期注射麻醉药止痛存在注射疼痛及对药物的成瘾性或依赖性的缺陷；而内服镇痛剂也存在引起胃肠道反应及耐药性等不足。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有软坚散结、解毒止痛、搜风通络、化瘀消症的外用药肿瘤消痛膏及其制备方法。
本发明的解决方案是基于中医学对肿瘤病及其疼痛的机理认识和治疗原则，参考现代药理研究成就，筛选出具有软坚散结、解毒止痛、搜风通络、化瘀消症、扶正培本的天然动、植物药，按中药理论组方，提取精华，使其对瘀血阻络，气滞不通，癌瘤邪毒，风湿痰浊所致的各种疼痛痞胀满闷，麻木不仁，肿块症积等症发挥生物活性，使其适用于肺癌、食道癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、淋巴癌、鼻咽癌、皮肤癌、脑肿瘤和骨关节疼痛等病症。
本发明的药物是由下列的组分制成的：(用量为重量百分比)
穿山甲 9～11％ 三七 6～8％ 重楼 9～11％
蜈蚣 3～6％ 全蝎 3～6％ 蕲蛇 6～8％
延胡索 9～11％ 马钱子 10～13％ 山慈菇 9～11％
牡丹皮 6～8％ 赤芍 6～8％ 当归 6～8％
本发明的最佳重量百分比是：
穿山甲 10％ 三七 7．5％ 重楼 10％
蜈蚣 5％ 全蝎 5％ 蕲蛇 7．5％
延胡索 10％ 马钱子 12．5％ 山慈菇 10％
牡丹皮 7．5％ 赤芍 7．5％ 当归 7．5％
将上述各组分制成本发明药物的生产方法是：
1．将有些组分进行预处理，即分别对穿山甲、马钱子用砂进行制炒，对蕲蛇、当归用酒进行炒制，延胡索用醋炒制，将三七蒸熟备用；
2．将预处理后的组分和其它组分按配比混合、进行干燥后粉碎至大约120目细度；
3．将粉碎后的细粉用麻油浸泡3日；
4．加黄丹熬膏，收膏时加少许冰片；
5．将膏体涂敷于沙布上成膏贴。
使用时将上述膏贴通过外用贴在人体的阿是穴或相关的穴位即可。但皮肤溃烂处慎用及孕妇和小孩禁用。
该膏贴剂通过外用贴在阿是穴或相关穴位的特殊途径使用，不会出现严重的胃肠道副反应。
中医认为″痛则不通，通则不痛″凡血瘀、气滞、痰浊、毒邪、肿块阻遏血脉经络，不通畅均可导致疼痛症状。故本发明以″通″为法，君药选用善于走窜的穿山甲、味咸、性微寒、通经络、消肿块，搜风邪、止疼痛，比较全面地针对所治病症的基本病机；采用臣药三七化瘀消肿、重楼解毒消肿止痛，蜈蚣、全蝎解毒散结、通络止痛；采用佐使药山慈菇消热解毒，化痰散结；蕲蛇乃蕲州之乌蛇、功能祛风通络、善治麻木恶疮、延胡索、活血利气，功专止痛，马钱子有毒，功专以毒攻毒，通络止痛，散结消肿，牡丹皮，赤芍药活血散瘀止痛、当归为血中之气药，补血活血，止痛，其补血养血之功，可以预防大队破血克伐伤血之虑。诸药合用，共奏软坚散结，解毒止痛，搜风通络，化瘀消症之功。
现代药理研究表明：穿山甲有升高白细胞的作用，对于癌瘤放、化疗期间的康复有着特殊的治疗效果；三七抗炎镇痛、重楼抑癌镇痛、蜈蚣具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇痛作用；全蝎治各种神经痛，马钱子所含的马钱子碱具有显著的镇痛作用，延胡索镇痛，催眠，镇静等作用明显，当归含有多种人体所必需的氨基酸，维生素等，有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
综上所述，本发明对于多种癌瘤的主要症状″疼痛″，通过大量确有止痛，镇痛的药物的协同作用，肯定有好的疗效，同时还通过活血，软坚散结，搜风攻毒以治其本，在一定程度上可以使癌瘤缩小、软化、血络通畅，诸症缓解，可谓标本兼治。
本发明通过外用的特殊途径，不会出现严重的胃肠道副反应，且经皮吸收药效有持久稳效的优点。而且，药物的经皮吸收还可免于胃酸对药效的破坏，免于肝脏对药物的一系列作用，其药效肯定较之内服药更高。与杜冷丁相比，本发明的优点是：
1．无成瘾性，无依赖性，止痛效果明显持久；
2．对胃肠道无副反应，可免无胃酸对药效的破坏，免于肝脏对药物的一系列副反应；
3．与目前放疗、化疗相比，不损伤白细胞，不损伤，不破坏免疫系统。

1．一种肿瘤消痛膏，其特征在于：它的药物组分是由下述重量百分比的原料制成：
穿山甲 9～11％ 三 七 6～8％ 重 楼 9～11％
蜈 蚣 3～6％ 全 蝎 3～6％ 蕲 蛇 6～8％
延胡索 9～11％ 马钱子 10～13％ 山慈菇 9～11％
牡丹皮 6～8％ 赤 芍 6～8％ 当 归 6～8％
2．根据权利要求1所述的肿瘤消痛膏，其特征在于：其中各原料的重量百分比是：
穿山甲 10％ 三 七 7．5％ 重 楼 10％
蜈 蚣 5％ 全 蝎 5％ 蕲 蛇 7．5％
延胡索 10％ 马钱子 12．5％ 山慈菇 10％
牡丹皮 7．5％ 赤 芍 7．5％ 当 归 7．5％
3．根据权利要求1或2所述的肿瘤消痛膏，其特征在于：为外用膏贴剂型。
4．根据权利要求3所述的肿瘤消痛膏外用药物的制备方法，其特征在于：由以下的步骤构成：
(1)．先分别对穿山甲、马钱子用砂进行制炒，对蕲蛇、当归用酒进行炒制，延胡索用醋炒制，将三七蒸熟备用；
(2)．将预处理后的组分和其它组分按配比混合、进行干燥后粉碎至大约120目细度；
(3)．将粉碎后的细粉用麻油浸泡3日；
(4)．加黄丹熬膏，收膏时加少许冰片；
(5)．将膏体涂敷于沙布上成膏贴。
