如表4所示,在除了在镀液中添加至少一种易氧化元素外,在其它条件都相同的条件下,制备出与在实施例2和3中经过20小时恒温和恒湿度试验之后亮度值L降至约71的镀覆薄钢板类似的镀覆薄钢板,但这时,通过添加易氧化元素抑制了亮度L值的下降。当对添加Si的编号为C-7的含Mg热浸镀Zn薄钢板的镀覆表面层部分采用ESCA进行元素组成分析时,发现:几乎所有的Si均富集在镀层的最外层表面部分,而在镀层内部几乎没有Si存在。对在20小时恒温和恒湿度试验中亮度L值下降的镀覆薄钢板(编号C-10)的ESCA分析结果与亮度L值没有下降的镀覆薄钢板(编号C-5)的结果进行比较,发现:Mg趋于大量存在于前一个镀覆薄钢板镀层的最外表面层部分。As shown in Table 4, in addition to adding at least one easily oxidizable element in the plating solution, under the same conditions under other conditions, the brightness after the 20-hour constant temperature and humidity test in Examples 2 and 3 was prepared. Comparison of the ESCA analysis results of the coated steel sheet (Code C-10) with a decrease in the brightness L value in the 20-hour constant temperature and humidity test with the results of the coated steel sheet without a decrease in the brightness L value (Code C-5) , found that: Mg tends to exist in a large amount in the outermost surface layer portion of the previous plated steel sheet coating.
