Abstract
本发明专利技术采用优质两性表面活性剂为促进剂，通过乳化反应后，与乳蜡、复合硅油、研磨剂、促进剂等有机结合后，所得优质去污上光产品，以实现汽车及家用皮革、家具等的表面去污上光的目的。原材料及配方：三乙醇胺15克、油酸15克、十二烷基甜菜碱15克、液体石蜡20克、二甲基硅油10克、柠檬酸钠10克、硫脲5克、EDTA二钠5克、香精适量、水30克。具体操作工艺：将油酸缓加入三乙醇胺，强力搅拌使之混合并反应乳化，继续搅拌中徐徐加入十二烷基甜菜碱，使溶液呈乳白色，再加入液体石蜡、二甲基硅油、柠檬酸钠、硫脲、EDTA二钠，搅拌混匀后，最后加入香精和水的混合液即得成品。
Description
本发明专利技术涉及一种多功能去污亮光乳液的制作方法。随着我国轿车数量的增加，汽车美容装饰保养迅速发展成为一个新兴的朝阳产业，汽车清洗时所用的清洁剂是关系到汽车漆面寿命的关键所在，优质的清洁用品不但起到清洁去污的目的，还应对汽车漆面有很好的保护作用。同时对家庭优质皮革、家具、家用电器等用品也有很好的去污上光、保洁的功能。
本发明采用优质两性表面活性剂通过乳化反应后，与乳蜡，复合硅油、研磨剂、促进剂等有机结合后，所得优质去污上光产品，以实现上述目的。
原材料及配方：三乙醇胺15克、油酸15克、十二烷基甜菜碱15克、液体石蜡20克、二甲基硅油10克、柠檬酸钠10克、硫脲5克、EDTA二钠5克、香精适量、水30克。
具体操作工艺：将油酸缓慢加入三乙醇胺，强力搅拌使之混合并反应乳化，反应乳化后，液体呈白色，继续搅拌中徐徐加入十二烷基甜菜碱和液体石蜡、二甲基硅油后，此时液体乳白色。最后加入柠檬酸钠、硫脲、EDTA二钠于溶液中。同时加入香精和水的混合液即得本品。
实践证明，本技术产品用于汽车、皮革等表面，均具极好的去污效果，由于采用两性表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂充分乳化后，使研磨剂混合于液体中，使污垢清除更加彻底，同时优质石蜡和二甲基硅油通过液体在汽车表面形成光亮的保护膜，以达到清洁光亮的目的。
Claims (2)
1、一种去污亮光乳液，其特征在于原材料及配方为：三乙醇胺15克，油酸15克，十二烷基甜菜碱15克，液体石蜡20克，二甲基硅油10克，柠檬酸钠10克，硫脉5克，香精适量，水30克。
2、如权利要求1所述一种去污亮光乳液的制备方法，其特征在于将油酸缓慢加入三乙醇胺，强力搅拌使之混合并反应乳化，续搅拌中徐徐加入十二烷基甜菜碱使溶液乳白色，再加入液体石蜡，二甲基硅油，柠檬酸钠，硫脲，EDTA二钠搅拌混合后，最后加入香精和水的混合液即得成品。
