蒸发托盘
本发明涉及一种蒸发托盘的新结构,所述托盘用于冷藏箱和冷冻箱的冷冻系统中的融化水,具体地说,本发明涉及一种这样类型的蒸发托盘的新结构,所述托盘固定在前述冷冻系统的密封压缩机的外壳上。
在本技术中周知有用于将托盘固定到密封压缩机外壳上的结构性方案,所述托盘的大小则能接收并存放在冷藏箱和冷冻箱中通常自动出现的因融化而产生的水。在这种结构性方案中,将托盘放置到压缩机外壳上会使得托盘承受有压缩机运转时产生的热量,从而促进所汇集的水的蒸发。
在这些周知方案的一个方案中,密封压缩机的外壳包括一上部支承件,蒸发托盘嵌在并被夹托在该上部支承件上,蒸发托盘的内部与外部均设计成能很容易且牢固地配合到压缩机外壳的上部支承件上。尽管能进行高机械强度的牢固固定,但这种结构方案因将支承件设置并固定到压缩机外壳上并因托盘和支承件为确保能容易和牢固的相互嵌合所必须有的特定形状而具有较高成本的缺点。上述方案的两个其它不方便性源于当压缩机外壳包括突出的上部支承件时难以将压缩机密封起来以及托盘与压缩机外壳之间的有限的热接触。
在另一种周知方案中,蒸发托盘具有下部部分,其形状能放置在压缩机外壳的较大区域上,利用对托盘及设置成穿过压缩机外壳的导管两者产生作用的夹持件来进行固定。尽管改善了压缩机外壳与托盘之间的热接触,但这种方案需要压缩机中的更多的空间以便组装和拆卸托盘,并且有较差的通用性,因为,特定的托盘不适用于不同的导管直径。
除了上述两种机械固定方案以外,还有其它方案,在这些方案中,用粘合剂将托盘固定于压缩机外壳。在用粘合剂进行固定的一个方案中,将液态或粘滞性粘合剂涂到压缩机外壳与托盘的底部之间。尽管改善了这两者间的热接触、便于将支承件设置到了压缩机外壳内、简化了托盘的下部轮廓并易于组装,但是,用粘合剂进行固定具有这样的不方便性即:固定取决于粘合剂的量和分布、需要对要粘合的表面进行一定程度的清洁并且在压缩机发热时会使这两部分彼此分离。
在又一种周知方案中,用“热—融”法将托盘固定到压缩机外壳上。这种方案的优点和不足与就使用粘合剂所述的方案相类似。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于冷藏箱和冷冻箱的冷冻系统的蒸发托盘,该托盘要安装到上述系统的密封压缩机上并具有简单且方便的结构,这种结构能在不需要使压缩机外壳包括额外的部件的情况下牢固地安装于压缩机外壳并且在当压缩机运转发热时没有部件彼此相分离的危险的情况下确保托盘与压缩机之间有较高的热接触。
通过提供一种这样的托盘来过到上述目的,所述托盘是用抗高温塑料材料模制而成的并且要被放置和固定在冷藏箱和冷冻箱的冷藏系统的压缩机外壳的上盖上。
依照本发明,所述蒸发托盘包括:一底部壁面,它配备有一下表面部分,此部分的尺寸可放置到压缩机外壳的上盖上;一边缘壁面;以及,至少一条双面胶带,它可同时连接于上述托盘的下表面部分和压缩机外壳的上盖。

如附图所示,本发明的托盘10包括一单体部件,它通常是用诸如抗高达120℃高温的丙炔烯(propilenc)之类的抗高温塑料材料模制而成的并且包括一底部壁面11,该底部壁面包括边缘壁面12,所述边缘壁面具有一定的高度,该高度足以限定托盘所应用到的冷藏系统需要的融化水收集容量。
底部壁面11最好配备有一下部凹陷部13,其尺寸能使底部壁面装嵌到并放置到压缩机外壳的上盖T上,因此,下部凹陷部13的边缘13a可最佳地保持位于压缩机的上盖T的周边上部边缘周围。
在所示的结构中,用底部壁面11的向上弯曲的形状来获得下部凹陷部13,底部壁面的这种形状是为了配合压缩机外壳的上盖T的上部部分的轮廓。
利用这种结构,可以使托盘10的底部壁面13以稳定、直接且有大的表面延展度的方式位于压缩机外壳的上盖T上,从而简化了组装过程中的相对定位并能显著地增加压缩机外壳与托盘10之间的热交换。
尽管提供下部凹陷部13会有利于组装托盘10、增加在使托盘定位时的稳定性并改善压缩机与托盘之间的热交换,但是,应该认识到,可将下部凹陷部13一般地限定为一下表面,该下表面的尺寸可放置到压缩机外壳的上盖T的端面的某一延伸部上。
为将托盘10安装到压缩机外壳的上盖T上,提供了至少一条双面胶带20,该胶带放置在前述下表面的预定位置处,通常是放置在托盘10的底部壁面11的下部凹陷部13上。在所述的实施例中,有两条胶带20,每条胶带都放置并固定在设置于下部凹陷部13内的相应下陷部13b中,下陷部13b的深度略小于胶带20的厚度,从而使胶带20的另一面略微向外突出,以便在组装托盘10时能放置并固定于压缩机外壳的上盖T上。利用这种结构,胶带20可同时作用于托盘和压缩机外壳,以便将托盘置于压缩机外壳上,从而确保两者间有充分的热交换。
如附图所示,在不影响将托盘组装到压缩机上或不影响托盘收集冷藏系统的融化水的容量的情况下,托盘10可具有任何的其它结构特征,目的是提高它的抗热性。

Claims (4)

1、一种蒸发托盘,该托盘是用抗高温的塑料材料模制而成的,并且要被放置和固定在冷藏箱和冷冻箱的冷藏系统的压缩机外壳的上盖(T)上,所述托盘的特征在于,该托盘包括:一底部壁面(11),它配备有一下表面部分(13),此部分的尺寸可放置到压缩机外壳的上盖(T)上;一边缘壁面(12);以及,至少一条双面胶带(20),它可同时连接于上述托盘(10)的下表面部分(13)和压缩机外壳的上盖(T)。
2、如权利要求1的蒸发托盘,其特征在于,一下部凹陷部限定了下表面部分(13),其边缘(13a)位于压缩机的上盖(T)的周边上部边缘周围。
3、如权利要求2的蒸发托盘,其特征在于,用底部壁面(11)的向上弯曲的形状来获得所说的下部凹陷部。
4、如权利要求1的蒸发托盘,其特征在于,胶带(20)放置并固定于相应的下部凹陷部(13b),所述下陷部设置在下表面部分(13)内并具有一定的深度,此深度略小于胶带(20)的厚度。
