Abstract
本发明提供的是一种医用复合甲壳胺凝胶液,其特征是:它由重量比为甲壳胺1-8%、海藻酸钠2-12%、甲硝唑0.1-0.6%和余量的注射用水组成。本发明将甲壳胺与海藻酸钠、甲硝唑等成分混合,组成的医用复合甲壳胺凝胶液,具有集术野冲洗、抗菌消炎、止血、减少瘕痕形成、预防组织粘连于一体的优点。可广泛用于临床各科各类型手术。安全、无毒副作用、对使用者不会产生不良影响。
Description
(一)、所属领域
本发明涉及的是一种医用手术术野冲洗液,特别是一种适合于临床各种手术的术野冲洗、防粘连液。
(二)、背景技术
外科手术过程中,包括创伤、烧烫伤的创伤面处理等术野冲洗是必要环节和手段,同时大部分手术需要做防粘连处理,全部手术需要控制受伤组织炎症及出血。目前,临床手术过程中的术野冲洗尚停留在以生理盐水为主、适当加入抗生素的传统方法上。已有的术后防粘连制品存在着剂量小(一般只有3ml-5ml),不能完全保证控制消除术野部位组织液渗出,受伤部位瘢痕形成造成的组织粘连。用生理盐水加适量抗生素、施用防粘连剂的传统方法的不足主要体现在:一是操作程序要分三步进行,不仅手术术程长,而且也增加了术后感染的几率。二是施用的防粘连剂普遍存在着剂量不足的缺陷。目前也有一些冲洗液的报道,但其效果并不理想,而且其中的一些成份对机体组织有一定的刺激和毒性。
(三)、发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种集术野冲洗、抗菌消炎、止血、减少瘢痕形成、预防组织粘连于一体的医用复合甲壳胺凝胶液。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它由重量比为甲壳胺1-8%、海藻酸钠2-12%、甲硝唑0.1-0.6%和余量的注射用水组成。
按比例备好原料后,先将甲硝唑溶于注射用水中,再相继加入甲壳胺、海藻酸钠,混合均匀后过滤、灌装、灯检、灭菌、检验后制成产品。
本发明中的主要成分是甲壳胺,甲壳胺又可称为壳聚糖、几丁糖、几丁质、几丁聚糖、甲壳质、甲壳素,是一种海洋生物高分子材料,具有无毒、生物相容性好,具有一定的成膜性、粘度,能有效杀灭病原微生物等特性。本发明中的另一种成份海藻酸钠亦是一种海洋生物高分子材料,具有与甲壳胺相近似的特性。甲硝唑为抗阿米巴药、抗滴虫药和抗厌氧菌药,能有效杀灭术野关闭后,特别是腹、盆腔关闭后滋生的厌氧菌等病原微生物等生物学特性。本发明将甲壳胺与海藻酸钠、甲硝唑等成分混合,组成的医用复合甲壳胺凝胶液的优点主要体现在:1、能够达到术野冲洗、防粘连术中操作一次完成,使术程缩短,减少感染机会。2、具有快速杀灭病原微生物、尤其是厌氧菌的效果,可减少或消除术野部位或吻合部位的炎性改变。3、具有止血、抑制组织液炎性渗出、减少瘢痕形成,达到预防组织粘连的目的。4、应用范围广,可广泛用于临床各科各类型手术。5、具有良好的生物学性能,能在效能发挥之后被人体吸收。6、安全、无毒副作用、对使用者不会产生不良影响。
(四)、具体实施方案
下面举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
1、按重量比为甲壳胺1-8%、海藻酸钠2-12%、甲硝唑0.1-0.6%和余量的注射用水备好原料,先将甲硝唑溶于注射用水中,在相继加入甲壳胺、海藻酸钠,混合均匀后过滤、灌装、灯检、灭菌、检验后制成产品。
2、按重量比为甲壳胺2-5%、海藻酸钠4-9%、甲硝唑0.25-0.4%和余量的注射用水备好原料,先将甲硝唑溶于注射用水中,在相继加入甲壳胺、海藻酸钠,混合均匀后过滤、灌装、灯检、灭菌、检验后制成产品。
3、按重量比为甲壳胺3-8%、海藻酸钠5-12%、甲硝唑0.3-0.5%和余量的注射用水备好原料,先将甲硝唑溶于注射用水中,在相继加入甲壳胺、海藻酸钠,混合均匀后过滤、灌装、灯检、灭菌、检验后制成产品。
4、按重量比为甲壳胺4%、海藻酸钠8%、甲硝唑0.3%和余量的注射用水备好原料,先将甲硝唑溶于注射用水中,在相继加入甲壳胺、海藻酸钠,混合均匀后过滤、灌装、灯检、灭菌、检验后制成产品。
Claims (2)
1、一种医用复合甲壳胺凝胶液,其特征是:它由重量比为甲壳胺1-8%、海藻酸钠2-12%、甲硝唑0.1-0.6%和余量的注射用水组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的医用复合甲壳胺凝胶液,其特征是:它由重量比为甲壳胺2-5%、海藻酸钠4-9%、甲硝唑0.25-0.4%和余量的注射用水组成。
