Abstract
本发明涉及保健品技术领域的一种减肥茶及其制作方法,主要特点是将中国绿茶、决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花经清洗、烘干、粉碎后按一定的配比制作成袋泡茶,方便饮用,利于吸收,经日常饮用,在循序渐进中实现预防和治疗肥胖,不泄腹,不厌食,不乏力,无毒副作用。

本发明涉及保健品技术领域的一种减肥茶及其制作方法。
现代社会肥胖者增多，减肥已成为肥胖者梦寐以求的事，为此各种减肥方法、诸多的减肥食品、用品应运而生，实践的结果表明，上述大量的方法、食品或用品中，很大一部分减肥是通过泄腹、厌食来实现的，由于损害了人们的健康，因而也能以被人们接受。现代医学证明，肥胖是一种慢性病。对慢性病的预防和治疗，不能贪图急功近利，一朝一夕解决问题，而是应循序渐进，通过调节人体血脂，消除脂肪沉积，清除肠道废渣，降低血压，从而从根本上改善人的身体状况，实现预防和治疗肥胖的目的。
本发明的目的是遵循减肥应不泻腹、不厌食、不乏力的三个标准，提供一种通过调节人体血脂，消除脂肪沉积，清除肠道废渣、降低血压进而达到减肥目的的减肥茶及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是：一种减肥茶及其制作方法，其特征是以中国绿茶为主料，以决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花为辅料，主辅料呈粉末状按比例组合制成，制作方法是将主、辅料分别清洗、烘于和粉碎，按比例混合后杀菌并袋装成袋泡茶；中国绿茶、决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花按10∶4∶3∶2∶1的比例混合；中国绿茶、决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花的配比误差不超过百分之十。
本发明将中国绿茶和中医宝库中几味常见的中草药组合，采用最简单的制作工艺制成袋泡茶，方便饮用，利于吸收，不失中国绿茶的清香、各味中草药的功能，将预防和治疗肥胖在人们十分乐意接受的持之以恒的日常饮用中通过调节人体血液的血脂、消除脂肪沉积、清除肠道废渣、降低血压来实现，达到表本兼治，改善人的身体状况。本发明的机理对动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、心血管病变、慢性便秘、痔疮、关节痛等常见病和多发病同样具有预防和治疗作用。
结合实施例进一步说明本发明，本发明由中国绿茶、决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花的粉末按一定配比构成，决明子具有清热明目，润肠通便的功能，山碴具有消食健胃，行气散瘀的功能，荷叶具有清热解暑，升发清阳，凉血止血功能，菊花具有散风清热，平肝明目的功能，长期饮用几味中草药和茶叶合理配比组合制成的袋泡茶，在循序渐进中实现预防和治疗肥胖。
Claims (3)
1、一种减肥茶及其制作方法，其特征是以中国绿茶为主料，以决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花为辅料，主辅料呈粉末状按比例组合制成，制作方法是将主、辅料分别清洗、烘干和粉碎，按比例混合后杀菌并袋装成袋泡茶。
2、根据权利要求1所述的减肥茶及其制作方法，其特征是中国绿茶、决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花按10∶4∶3∶2∶1的比例混合。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的减肥茶及其制作方法，其特征是中国绿茶、决明子、山碴、荷叶、菊花的配比误差不超过百分之十。
