Abstract
本发明涉及用于在砌砖建筑中的钻孔内注入式锚定未示出的锚杆的锚套(筛套10)。本发明规定,锚套(10)装备有向内突出的且用于锚杆的支承肋(18),所述支承肋不是径向布置的,而是沿弦向布置的。支承肋(18)将锚杆同轴线地保持在锚套(10)内并且因能变形而适应于不同的直径。通过把支承肋(18)布置在弦向上,可以更容易地把支承肋(18)压向一侧并且能够适应更广的直径范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于注入式固定的锚套。在这里,注入式固定是指用如灰泥在砌砖建筑中的一个钻孔内锚定一个锚杆。
背景技术
这种锚套本身是已知的。它们例如成塑料筛套的形式并且为了锚定而被装入砌砖建筑中的一个钻孔内。最后,灰泥被注入锚套内并且通过成筛套形式的锚套的筛眼流出锚套。所述筛眼形成了注入锚套内的灰泥的流出口。随后,锚杆被装入该锚套内。它前移并压缩灰泥并且在灰泥变硬后就被锚定在砌砖建筑的钻孔内。
已知的锚套具有只被设计用于特定直径的锚杆的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,如此设计上述类型的锚套,即它能适用于不同直径的锚杆。
为此,本发明提供一种用于注入式固定的锚套,所述锚套具有让注入所述锚套内的灰泥流出的出口,所述出口形成在所述锚套的圆周壁上,所述锚套具有多个向内突出的支承件,所述支承件在所述锚套内支承一个被插入所述锚套的锚杆,其特征在于,所述支承件成在纵向上延伸的或成螺旋形延伸的支承肋的形式,所述支承肋布置在所述锚套的割线方向上,所述割线在弦向上延伸,而不是沿径向延伸。
本发明的锚套具有向内突出的支承件,这些支承件在锚套内支承一个在它们之间被插入锚套内的锚杆。所述支承件可以是榫头、突起、肋等。它们使插入锚套内的锚杆保持在规定位置上。所述支承件最好被布置并构造成它们能至少大致同轴地在锚套内支承被插入锚套内的锚杆。由此一来,可以获得锚定在砌砖建筑中的锚杆的规定位置。避免了在锚套内的锚杆的偏心和/或倾斜的锚定。
本发明的一个实施例设有可弹性变形和/或塑性变形的支承件。通过支承件的形状并通过支承件的材料如塑料,获得了可变形能力。该支承件可变形的优点是,支承件能容纳不同直径的锚杆。
所述支承件可以例如成榫头、突起、肋等的形式。本发明的一个实施例设有作为支承件的支承肋,其在锚套的纵向上延伸或成螺旋形延伸。当通过注塑或相似的制造方法用塑料制造锚套时,这具有锚套易于脱模的优势。另外,作为支承件的支承肋具有在将锚杆插入锚套时可变形的优势。
本发明的一个改进方案规定,支承肋被布置成相对锚套的假想轴平面横错开。因此,支承肋不是沿径向,而是沿弦向向内突出。本发明的这种构造的优点是,支承肋不是垂直地而是沿割线方向抵靠在插入锚套内的锚杆的圆周面上并因此容易被锚杆压向一侧并变形。这允许锚套容易适应不同的直径并且扩大了可以插入锚套内的锚杆的可行的直径范围。不同粗细的锚杆容易同轴支承在锚套内。

具体实施方式
在图1中示意表示的且用于注入式锚定的本发明锚套10由塑料整体制成。锚套10成筛套形状,就是说,它的圆周壁成筛状地有多个筛眼,所述筛眼形成了注入锚套10的灰泥流出的出口12。锚套10后部是开口的,以便插入一个在图1中未示出的锚杆,并且该后部具有一成环板形式的向外突出的定位凸缘14,它与锚套10形成一体。锚套10的前端或插入端16被设计成是封闭的。所述锚套10以其前端向前插入在砌砖建筑中的未示出的钻孔内。
在它的内侧面上,本发明的锚套10具有支承肋18,它们形成了把锚杆插入锚套10的支承件。在所示和所述的本发明示范实施例中,锚套10有四个支承肋18,它们均匀分布在圆周上。支承肋18在锚套10的纵向上延伸;它们与该锚套10形成一体,就是说,它们由塑料构成并且可弹性变形和/或塑性变形。支承肋18没有沿径向布置在锚套10内,就是说,没有在锚套10的假想轴平面内,而是如图2所示,在横向或切向上相对锚套10的假想轴平面错开。这四个支承肋18在此都在相同方向上错移相同距离。所述支承肋18被布置在弦向上并且是对称布置的。
支承肋18同轴线地在锚套10里保持一个被插入锚套10内的一锚杆20如螺纹杆。当锚杆20被插入锚套10内时,锚杆把支承肋18压向一侧,这通过将支承肋18布置在弦向上而得以简化。由于布置在弦向上,所以支承肋18没有垂直地而是沿割线方向接触锚杆20的外周面,这使得支承肋18更容易被压向一侧。尽管如此,仍保证了锚杆20在锚套20内的同轴支承。支承肋18使得不同粗细的锚杆20可以被插入锚套10内。较粗的锚杆20比较细的锚杆20更远地将支承肋18压向一侧。图3示意表示了不同粗细的锚杆20的同轴支承情况,其中图的上半部示意表示较粗的锚杆20的一半,而图的下半部示意表示较细的锚杆20的一半。
锚套10的用法如下:为了锚定一个锚杆20,锚套10被插入砌砖建筑中的一个未示出的钻孔内,从而它以定位凸缘14安放在砌砖建筑上。随后,灰泥且尤其是合成树脂灰泥通过锚套10的开口后部被注入锚套10内。注入灰泥经出口12流出锚套10并流入在锚套10和未示出的钻孔之间的一道缝隙内。在灰泥注入之后,锚杆20被插入锚套10内,锚杆20前移并压缩注入的灰泥。支承肋18同轴地引导锚杆20并且保证了锚杆20在锚套10内的同轴对准。在灰泥变硬后,锚杆20就被牢牢地锚定到该钻孔内。
Claims (2)
1、用于注入式固定的锚套,所述锚套具有让注入所述锚套内的灰泥流出的出口(12),所述出口形成在所述锚套的圆周壁上,所述锚套(10)具有多个向内突出的可变形的支承件,所述支承件在所述锚套(10)内支承一个被插入所述锚套(10)的锚杆(20),其特征在于,所述支承件成在纵向上延伸或成螺旋形延伸的支承肋(18)的形式,所述支承肋(18)布置在所述锚套(10)的割线方向上,所述割线在弦向上延伸,而不是沿径向延伸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锚套,其特征在于,所述支承件大致同轴线地在所述锚套(10)里支承一个被插入所述锚套(10)的锚杆(20)。
