本发明涉及植物生长素具有驱杀病菌病毒和解除病菌病毒产生多种毒素的新用途。
植物生长素现有用途是:促进生根生长,提高果实品质,防止落花落果,抑制发芽,杀除杂草。
有机合成杀菌剂的防治原理都是:以某种方式直接作用于菌体,干扰其生物氧化或生物合成。但是由于病原菌与高等动植物细胞的结构和功能基本相似,所以在杀死病原菌的同时,或多或少都要对动植物产生影响,产生所谓“农药公害”。在化学生态学研究的基础上,以干扰昆虫、微生物特有生理机能为目标探索农药活性物质是新型农药开发的途径之一。(中国植物保护研究进展,第三次全国农作物病虫害综合防治学术讨论会文集,中国科学技术出版社,1996年,598和621页南开大学元素有机化学研究所,李树正)。
本发明的目的是提供一种能驱杀植物机体内病菌病毒和干扰植物机体内病菌病毒生态环境,能解除病菌病毒产生的多种毒素,对植物机体无害的药物。
长期对植物病理学、植物生理生化学和化学生态学以及防治病虫害的研究发现:植物、微生物和生态环境之间有协同平衡的关系,微生物和生态环境为植物提供生存条件,同时也威胁植物生长发育,引起植物发生病害,但植物经过长期进化,在一定程度上已具备抗拒微生物侵袭和恶劣生态环境的能力。植物生长和衰亡的主要调节物质有生长素、细胞分裂素、赤霉素、脱落酸、乙烯和多种酶,吲哚乙酸氧化酶能分解生长素,植物体内茎尖、根尖的生长素含时最高,茎基部的生长素含量最低;茎尖、根尖吲哚乙酸氧化酶含量最低,茎基部吲哚乙酸氧化酶含量最高。被农业科技人员称为植物癌症的维管束病害的枯萎病和青枯病的病菌,主要在植物体内生长素含量最低的,吲哚乙酸氧化酶含量最高的茎基部繁殖,分泌大量毒素,水解维管束细胞组织,破坏生理生化机能,导致植物发病死亡。植物体内病毒粒体很难扩散到生长素含量最高的基尖和根尖等组织。植物生长到中期,即结实期前后,植物生长素向果实输送,造成根茎叶中生长素含量下降,此时枯萎病、青枯病、水稻白叶枯、细菌性条斑病和细菌性基腐病的病菌,最容易侵染植物机体发生病害。从这一现象,可以推测植物生长素有驱病菌病毒和解除毒素的作用。
菊欧氏杆菌、黄极毛杆菌、黄单胞杆菌、尖胞镰刀菌、棉花枯萎菌、番茄尖镰孢菌、芝麻枯萎菌等病菌及其产生的毒素,在0.0000001ppm浓度以下生长素溶液中,病菌能生存,毒素分解缓慢,随着生长素浓度提高,病菌生存时间缩短,毒素分解加快。在0.0001ppm浓度以上生长素溶液中病菌大部分不能生存,毒素分解更快。小麦梭条花叶病毒、水稻黄矮病毒、瓜类花叶病等病毒的试验也得到相同结果。
间田试验:用10-20ppm生长素溶液分别在老病区农作物生长结实期前,对水稻细菌性条斑病、白叶枯病、细菌性基腐病田块,西瓜重茬枯萎病田块,芝麻枯萎病和青枯病,喷1次可推迟5-10天发病;喷2次可推迟10-15天发病(对比试验)。随着生长素浓度适当提高效果更好,生长素浓度60ppm时,易产生药害。
上述理论分析研究结果和试验结果,充分证明植物机体内存在天然的驱杀病菌病毒和解除病菌病毒产生多种毒素的物质——植物生长素。这将为人们开发无公害新型农药开辟新途径。

1、植物生长素现有用途是:促进生根生长,提高果实品质,防止落花落果,抑制发芽,杀除杂草;植物生长素新用途其特征是:驱杀植物机体内病菌病毒和解除植物机体内病菌病毒产生的多种毒素。
