Abstract
一种瓶型容器,为具有用以排出内容物的口部(1),且其与接续于口部(1)的肩部(2)、躯干部(3)及底部(4)一体成形而成的容器。于肩部(2)与躯干部(3)的边界上设置围绕躯干部(3)且突出躯干部(3)表面的环状凸部(5)。沿着环状凸部(5)的两侧分别配设环状的细沟渠(6a、6b)。
Description
技术领域
本发明关于一种由热塑性树脂所构成的瓶型容器(bottlecontainer),且此容器可以有效地避免随着容器的重量轻化(薄壁化)而造成的强度的降低。
背景技术
以宝特瓶(pet bottle)为代表的合成树脂制的容器,由于在重量轻的情形下容易处理、在确保透明性的情形下所呈现的外观不会比玻璃制的容器逊色、成本低廉等的理由,近年来大多用以作为充填食品、饮料、化妆品或药剂等的容器。
可是,合成树脂制的容器对外力的强度比较小。例如,当把持容器的躯干部而将其内容物倒出时,把持部分发生变形是无法避免。
通常,在此种容器中,为了改善对容器的外力的抵抗(刚性或抗弯强度(buckling strength)等),而对容器的壁厚进行适当的变更,并且在躯干部形成纵肋、横肋或腰部(围绕着躯干部的圆周方向沟渠)等。
然而,近年来,从资源有效利用以及垃圾减量等的观点来看,使用于每一个容器的树脂量应加以减少,以使容器厚度变薄(轻量化)。为了处理此期望,使容器的强度更加地降低是不可避免。
较特别的是,近年来,自动贩卖机中所贩卖的几种商品有逐渐改用填充容量为500毫升左右的宝特瓶的趋势,如此在瓶被轻量化的情形下,由于从自动贩卖机的商品储存部分到取出口是通过滑行道而落下,因此,此时的冲击会有导致瓶侧边(特别是肩部)产生凹陷等不适合的疑虑。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新式的瓶型容器,以使重量轻化后的薄壁容器可以保持其刚开始的形状。
本发明提出一种瓶型容器,为具有用以排出内容物的口部,且其与接续于口部的肩部、躯干部及底部一体成形而成的容器。从在瓶型容器侧面的投影轮廓来看,该肩部(2)倾斜连接于该躯干部(3),且于肩部与躯干部的边界上设置围绕躯干部且突出躯干部表面的环状凸部。沿着环状凸部的两侧分别配设环状的细沟渠。
在本发明的瓶型容器中,环状凸部较佳具有容器的最大尺寸(当容器的截面形状为圆形时,为相对的最大内径)。

具体实施方式
图1所示为本发明的瓶型容器以填充容量为500毫升的容器为例的示意图。
于图中,标号1表示排出内容物的口部,标号2表示接续于口部1的肩部,标号3表示躯干部,标号4表示底部。前述各部分利用双轴延伸吹炼成形法,将由聚乙烯对苯二酸脂(polyetylene terephthalate)等热塑性合成树脂所构成的塑坯预塑(preform)一体成形而成。
标号5表示形成于肩部2与躯干部3间的边界上的一实例所示的环状凸部。对此环状凸部5而言也可在吹炼成形过程中一体成形,而设成围绕躯干部3(一周)的形式。
标号6a、6b表示沿着环状凸部5的两侧(图中所示的上下侧)的环状细沟渠。在此实例中,细沟渠6a与细沟渠6b相较之下,其沟渠宽度较广且其沟渠深度较深。
此种尺寸的容器,一般来说,每一个容器所使用的树脂量大约为30克左右,此种程度的树脂量可确保一定程度的强度,为了使容器重量轻化,而削减20%左右的树脂使用量,因此所得到的容器必然会变成薄壁,特别是,从肩部2至躯干部3间的区域强度会降低,因而当假定适用于以横向的方式落下容器的自动贩卖机等情形下,无法避免此区域的变形。
在本发明中,由于环状凸部5具有对容器侧边的强度进行补强的功能,因此无论是在受到落下等冲击的情形下或强力把持的情形下,皆不会产生变形,而可稳定的保持于开始的形状。
邻接配置于环状凸部5的两侧的细沟渠6a、6b具有作为用以吸收环状凸部5所受到的冲击的减震器的功能,以使环状凸部5所受到的冲击不会传递至肩部2或躯干部3。图2所示为上述图1所示的容器在床面上落下的状态的模式图。
为了可以有效地发挥环状凸部5与细沟渠6a、6b的功,环状凸部5的尺寸需大于容器的最大尺寸,例如当容器为具有圆形截面的物体的情形时,环状凸部5的内径比容器的最大内径还大为重要的。
在上述图1中,虽然以填充容量为500毫升且具有圆形截面的容器为例,然并不以图1所示的容器为限,本发明也可以适用具有四角形截面、五角形截面等多角形截面的容器,另外,也可以适用于填充容量小于500毫升的小型瓶或是填充容量超过500毫升的大容量的各种瓶。
再者,图中,虽以细沟渠6a与细沟渠6b相比较的下沟渠宽度较广且沟渠深度较深为例进行说明,然本发明并不以此例为限,细沟渠6a、6b的沟渠宽度与沟渠深度也可以对应环状凸部5的宽度或突出替代物(或内径)等容器尺寸而进行适当的设定。再者,为了避免应力集中于细沟渠6a、6b、环状凸部5的各角部上,较佳不要设成直角。另外,关于环状凸部5的个数并不限于图式中所示的一个,也可以设置多个。
在本发明中,虽以在瓶型容器的肩部2与躯干部3的边界上设置环状凸部5及与环状凸部5相邻接的细沟渠6a、6b的情形为例进行说明,然并不以此为限,也可以在必需要进行强度改善的部位适当的设置环状凸部5、细沟渠6a、6b。
在上述叙述中,本发明可在为使容器重量轻化而使用较少树脂量而形成薄壁的情形下,通过环状凸部确保容器的强度,进而使容器稳定的维持于其原本的初期形状。
Claims (2)
1.一种瓶型容器,为具有用以排出内容物的一口部(1),且其与接续于该口部(1)的一肩部(2)、一躯干部(3)及一底部(4)一体成形而成的一容器,其特征在于,
从在瓶型容器侧面的投影轮廓来看,该肩部(2)倾斜连接于该躯干部(3),且于该肩部(2)与该躯干部(3)的边界上设置围绕该躯干部(3)且突出该躯干部(3)表面的一环状凸部(5),沿着该环状凸部(5)的两侧分别配设环状的细沟渠(6a、6b)。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓶型容器,其特征在于,该环状凸部(5)具有该容器的最大尺寸。
