Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及应用于衣服类物品的一种排气装置,以允许人体透气。本发明还涉及生产该装置的方法。
背景技术
已知人们穿衣着鞋主要是为了保护自己免受天气影响并御寒免冻。
根据外界温度和环境条件,为了使身体适应周围的环境,必须借助于多“层”衣着。
这种保护系统只要通过添加或脱去一层或几层衣服就特别容易使身体适应可能发生的温度的变化。
人体天生具有一系列“机制”,以让身体去适应周围环境的温度变化。
在过热的情况下,人体事实上通过大量出汗来作出反应,这种出汗通过蒸发保证了人体温度的自然下降。
然而,如果水蒸气不能从包裹人体的多层衣服中散逸出来,就会增加潮气且使蒸汽凝结,返回到汗的液体状态,因此从构成第一层的衣服(内衣)开始,一层一层潮湿。
解决这个缺点的唯一办法是尽可能快地用干衣服替换湿的衣服,然而,存在身体突然受冷的风险。
近来已设计出一种可透气的衣服物品,它已在1999年7月6日提出的意大利专利申请PD99A000149以及在相应的WO 01/01803A1中公开,其包括一带有内层的保护性的外罩,这种内层可影响所述外罩的延伸物的至少一部分,并在内部限定了一空间。
内层至少在人体出汗最多的区域具有通往所述空间的诸孔,该空间用于出汗所产生蒸汽。
内层和外罩在物品的顶部具有排空蒸汽的诸孔,蒸汽在所述的空间内通过一种“堆叠效应”进行传送,还附有截留水、不洁物或其它物质的装置。
该截留水的装置是由一种薄膜组成,该薄膜透蒸汽和/或空气,但不透水,它设置在形成有蒸汽出口孔的止部区域,且夹在所述外罩和所述内层之间。
作为一种变型,这种截留水的装置是由一排气元件组成,该元件设有在适当的开口处固定于一衣物的织物的装置。
排气元件在其向外布置的部分,具有一从中心朝向周缘区域倾斜的取向以及一顶部开口。
一外部保护性的圆顶,大致从排气元件突起,固定在元件的周缘,且在不是中心的位置上具有至少一个不与中心开口对准的孔。
虽然已发现所述截留水的装置是有用的,即使在1999年7月6日提出的意大利专利申请PD99A000149以及在相应的WO 01/01803A1中的其它实施例也是如此,但它们业已发现具有诸多缺点,包括制造和/或生产的难度,但最根本的是,其合成的或固有的颜色难于和衣物的颜色相配,这造成了视觉冲击上相当大的问题,这是市场销售的基本要素。
同样重要的一个要素还在于其高的成本。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目标是提供一种适合应用于衣物类型的排气装置,该装置允许透气,同时保证完全的不透水,且视觉冲击明显好于现有技术的装置。
在此目标内,本发明所要达到的一目的是提供一种排气装置,它在各方面都让人体能自然调节温度。
另一个目的就是获得一种结构非常简单的排气装置。
本发明的还有一个目的是提供一种适用于任何类型衣物的排气装置。
通过将排气装置应用于衣物中,可以实现在下文中更加明白的目标以及其它诸目的,其特征在于,该排气装置包括:
一带有通孔的组件,包括至少部分透明和不渗透并设置在外部的外部带材;一可见设置的层,其由天然织物或合成织物、天然皮革或人造革制成;至少一个由聚合物粘接材料构成的层,用来将所述外部带材和所述可见设置的层互相粘接在一起,层插在上述两者之间;
提供一不透水而透蒸汽的薄膜,将其设置在内部,并至少密封在位于所述可见设置的层一侧的所述组件的周缘上。
最好在所述组件和所述薄膜之间有一开孔的膨胀塑料层。

具体实施方式
参照附图,按照本发明的一排气装置的优选实施例一般用标号10指明。
排气装置10包括一带有通孔12(目的是使蒸汽通过)的组件11,组件由一带材13和可见设置的层14组成,所述带材至少是部分透明且不渗透的材料并设置在外部,所述层最好是与构成装置所应用的衣物(未示出)相同类型的材料,因此例如是天然织物或合成织物、天然皮革或人造革或相当物,所述层14借助于由热密封聚合物材料组成的至少一个层15,通过加热而粘接到所述带材13上,所述层15夹在上述两者之间。
例如,根据高频粘接(下文援引)的要求,层15的厚度最好为0.1mm的量级,且由与带材13的材料相容的材料制成,因而要求有低熔点。
较佳地,在本例中该材料可由PU组成。
作为替代,层15可由一种在压力或热量下重新活化的粘接剂的涂复或扩散而形成。
带材13的作用还在于,在造成诸孔12之后,避免用于可见设置的层14的织物的散开。
带材还必须由一种与高频粘接相容的材料制成,如果采用这种类型的粘接的话,例如是PVC。
一种不透水而透蒸汽的薄膜16(例如延展性的PTFE和/或亲水性的聚合物)设置在内部,该薄膜通过高频粘接至少在周缘密封在所述层14一侧的组件11上。
或者,也可通过热成形法(在模具内热压)或其它合适的方法进行密封。
为方便起见,薄膜16可与支承层(网)17层压结合,在本例中薄膜示为内部部分,但也可设置为朝向外部。
薄膜16还可与防护材料(未示出)层压结合,该防护材料在任何情况下都朝内放置。
较佳地,在可见设置的层14和薄膜16之间,有一层由开孔膨胀塑料制成的层18,它能够将上述两层分离而形成一空间,以使蒸汽能更好地通过。
层18还可用来产生垫的效果,它通过能产生压缩区域和膨胀区域的高频粘接,提供了各种外装饰、形状、标记等等。
就生产过程来说,提供了如下步骤:
通过连续或不连续的热成形法,借助于层15将带材13连接到可见设置的层14上;
贯穿组件11形成诸通孔12,其外观示于图3;
薄膜16(或附加网17)通过高频粘接(图4)连接到组件11上(或附加层18插在其间)。
在实践中,发现本发明达到了远超过所期望的目标和目的的满意度。
由本发明所达到的一个相当大的优点在于,提供了一种适合用于衣物的排气装置,它允许最大程度的透气,同时保证完全的不透水,因此特别适合于以防水为主要特性的各种衣着物品。
应该注意到带材13(其为透明)放在可见的层14上,这给予组件有极佳的视觉冲击。
所达到的另一个非常重要的优点在于,提供了一种排气装置,它从各个方面保证了人体的自然温度调节。
此外,还应认识到这样的事实:本发明设计的排气装置结构上非常简单。
还值得指出的事实是,所设计的排气装置易于应用于任何类型的衣物。
所有的细节可进一步由其它技术上相当的元件来取代。
只要所用的材料和尺寸与所定的用途相容,可根据要求采用任何材料。
意大利专利申请No.PD2001A000016(本申请主张对其的优先权)中的公开内容在本文中引入以作参考。
Claims (19)
1.一种应用于各种衣物的排气装置,其特征在于,它包括:
一带有通孔(12)的组件(11),包括至少部分透明和不渗透并设置在外部的外部带材(13);一可见设置的层(14),其由织物或皮革制成,所述织物和所述皮革是天然的或合成的;至少一个由聚合物粘接材料构成的聚合物粘接材料层(15),用来将所述外部带材(13)和所述可见设置的层(14)互相粘接在一起,所述聚合物粘接材料层(15)插在上述两者之间;
提供一不透水而透蒸汽的薄膜(16),将其设置在内部,并至少密封在位于所述可见设置的层(14)一侧的所述组件(11)的周缘上。
2.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,在所述组件(11)和所述薄膜(16)之间,设置一开孔的膨胀塑料层(18)。
3.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述聚合物粘接材料层(15)由热封材料制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述由热封材料制成的聚合物粘接材料层(15)由PU构成。
5.如权利要求3所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述由热封材料制成的聚合物粘接材料层(15)的厚度为0.1mm的量级。
6.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述聚合物粘接材料层(15)通过在压力或热量下重新活化的粘接剂的扩散或涂复而构成。
7.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述薄膜的所述密封是通过高频粘接进行的。
8.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述薄膜的所述密封是通过热成形进行的。
9.如权利要求3所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述由热封材料制成的聚合物粘接材料层(15)由与设置在外部的所述外部带材(13)的材料相容且符合高频粘接要求的材料制成。
10.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,设置在外部的所述外部带材(13)由与高频粘接相容的材料制成。
11.如权利要求10所述的排气装置,其特征在于,设置在外部的所述外部带材(13)由PVC制成。
12.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述排气装置还包括一支承层(17),所述支承层是一网,所述薄膜(16)与所述支承层(17)层压结合。
13.如权利要求1所述的排气装置,其特征在于,所述排气装置还包括布置在向内一侧的防护材料,所述薄膜(16)与防护材料层压结合。
14.一种用于生产如权利要求1所述的应用于各种衣物的排气装置的方法,包括如下步骤:
借助于一聚合物粘接材料层(15)将由至少部分透明和不渗透的材料制成的外部带材(13)连接到一可见设置的层(14);
提供形成在组件(11)上的诸通孔(12);
将一不透水而透蒸汽的薄膜(16)密封地连接在组件上。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述由至少部分透明和不渗透的材料制成的外部带材(13)和可见设置的层(14)通过聚合物粘接材料层(15)的连接,是通过热成形法进行的。
16.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述由至少部分透明和不渗透的材料制成的外部带材(13)和可见设置的层(14)通过聚合物粘接材料层(15)的连接,是通过利用压力或热量重新活化粘接剂而进行的。
17.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,通过高频粘接进行所述薄膜(16)的密封。
18.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,通过热成形进行所述薄膜(16)的密封。
19.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:在所述组件(11)和所述薄膜(16)之间插入一开孔的膨胀塑料层(18),随后进行高频粘接以密封所述薄膜(16)。
