本发明为保健食品技术领域公开了一种黑豆浓缩丸,它是以黑豆、何首乌、当归、熟地、枸杞子、山楂、黄芪为原料,根据其各种原料的不同特性,分别以提取农缩、粉碎等预处理后,按比例配制,再经成型制粒、灭菌等制成丸剂。本发明配方及制作方法独特。与现有技术相比,具有能充分吸收黑豆的营养成份,可滋补肝肾、补血益精、改善机体免疫状况、提高机体免疫力等显著优点。

技术领域:
本发明属于保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种黑豆浓缩丸及其制备方法。
背景技术:
中国黑豆具有资源优势,品种类型多、数量大。黑豆在各种黑色作物中(如黑麦、黑玉米、黑谷子、黑芝麻等),分布最广,总产量也最大,我国黑豆资源将近3000份,占整个大豆资源的13.2%。黑豆具有特殊营养和经济价值,是重要的新兴工业原料。黑豆富含异黄酮和黄酮混合物,大量的食物纤维和不饱和脂肪酸、丰富的蛋顾质、多种矿物质和微量元素。在黑色食品开发中,具有很大的潜力。目前现有黑豆挂而、黑豆饮料、黑豆豆奶等以及各种保健食品添加剂,但由于其黑豆加工和添加量及人体吸收等问题,导致这些保健食品并不能起到较佳的效果。因此,现有的黑豆在保健食品技术领域的开发与应用中存在着:黑豆的药用价值设有得到充分利用,不能很好的起到滋补肝肾、补血益精、提高机体免疫力等不足。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是研制一种符合天然保健食品要求,能充分吸收黑豆的营养成分,具有滋补肝肾、补血益精、改善机体免疫状况、提高机体免疫力的黑浓缩丸及其制备方法。
为达上述目的,本发明是由下列组分制成的,按重量百分比计:黑豆10%-30%、何首乌18-25%、当归9%-12%、熟地5%-11%、枸杞子9%-12%、山楂4%-6%、黄芪18%-30%。
制备方法如下:
将当归、何首乌清洗,放入回流提取器内加入95%乙醇回流提取2小时,分离提取液,挥去乙醇、浓缩。将黄芪、山楂、熟地、枸杞子清洗,放入回流提取器内加入10倍水,加热煮沸2小时,分离提取液,加压过滤提取浓缩。将黑豆清洗,沥干,置于干燥箱中,加热至60℃,恒温干燥4小时、粉碎,过100目筛成干粉。后将两中提取液及干粉按比例放入混合机中混合搅拌均匀。将混合均匀的物料制成软料(手捏成团、轻弹即散)放入制粒机内制成颗粒;再将制得的湿颗粒置包衣锅内,旋转磨擦、撞击棱角,即成丸模。在包衣锅内,喷入少量水、撒少量药粉,转动包衣锅使药粉被润湿的丸料完全吸附,再喷水,撒粉吸附,反复多次,使药丸模增大至直径8-9mm的球型水颗粒。将泛制的小颗粒放置在药扁中均匀铺开,放入烘房内干燥,温度控制为60℃以下,等干后取出置选粒机内,选出过大或过小或异形的丸。将筛选后的半成品置包衣锅内,以冷开水喷撒,使丸模充分润湿,转动使丸面光滑,再将盖面粉撒于丸面,快速转动至粉粒全部粘附于丸面,至表面呈湿时,即迅速取出。将盖面后的丸粒,置扁筛中,置烘房内干燥,干燥温度不应超过60℃,使含水量在6%-10%为宜。后经包装、灭菌、检验入库。
本发明为保健品技术领域提供了一种理想的黑豆浓缩丸。经检验实验有以下功能:
①、经动物实验检验证明;核美牌黑豆农缩丸对细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核一巨噬细胞功能和NK细胞活性有促进作用,即具有增强免疫力的功能;无毒性;技术指标稳定性;卫生学检验符合各项规定。
②、产品配方依据:黑豆具有特殊的营养和经济价值,富含异黄酮和黄酮物,大量的食物纤维和不饱和脂肪酸、丰富的蛋白质、多种矿物质和微量元素,黑豆食品有清除自由基,延缓衰老、改善营养性贫血,增强免疫力。黄芪多糖、枸杞多糠,能调节机体免疫力,通过促进健康人淋巴细胞转化的作用,增加淋巴细胞数。直接提高细胞的比值,从而提高细胞免疫功能。黄芪还可以增进网状内皮系统的功能,增加白细胞和血小板的作用,以提高机体非物异性免疫功能,具有抑制病毒繁殖的功能,对诱生干扰素有促进作用,促进细胞在体外的生长,并延长细胞的寿命。何首乌所含的二苯乙烯苷类化合物具有抗衰老、降低胆固醇、提高免疫功能、防止动脉硬化及保肝等作用,对造血干细胞CFU-S有明显促进作用,对分化幼稚的红系祖细胞CFU-E和分化较成熟的CFU-E的增殖有较强的促进作用,此为何首乌养血肝补肾的机理。“气为血之帅、血为气之母”“气血互根互用”补气药必配补血药、补阴药,故方中辅以当归、熟地为臣,补血活血、滋阴补血,益精填髓,帮助君药发挥作用,使其阳生阴长、益气生血,达到既补气又补血,气血双调之目的。现代药理研究证明,当归多糖,阿魏酸,对非特异性免疫功能有显著的刺激作用,对免疫功能处于抑状态的机体,也有调节和恢复的作用。当归多糖还有对细胞免疫功能有一定的促进作用,对外周T、B淋巴细胞数量有明显的影响,阿魏酸能明显促进机体的体液免疫反应,当归直接激活胸腺细胞,诱导T淋巴细胞产生IL-2的增强作用;当归多糖有限镪的干扰素(IFN)诱生作用。熟地提取物F108明显抑制淋巴细胞的DNA的合成以及T、B淋巴细胞的转化。依据“黑色入肾”的理论,佐以黑豆、山楂、活血、解百毒的同时,行气健脾消食调畅气机,助脾胃运化水谷精微,使气血生化有源,则气旺血行、血脉充盈。再代药理研究证明,山楂具有显著增强体液免疫及细胞免疫功能的作用;熊果酸为山楂核调正血脂,预防实验性动脉粥样硬化的有效成分。本配方充分考虑了黑豆、何首乌、黄芪、当归的免疫调节功效及对人体的安全性,经过研究实验确定目前的配方,经功能学实验证明,本产品具有增强免疫功能的作用。与现有技术相比,具有滋补肝肾、补血益精,能改善机体免疫状况,可提高机体免疫力等显著优点。

参见图1,本发明的制备工艺如下:
1、提取物的制备
1.1.1第一次提取:将当归、何首乌用清水清洗后,置回流提取器内加入95%乙醇回流提取2小时,分离提取液,挥去乙醇,浓缩液备用。
1.12第二次提取:往提取器内加入黄芪、山楂、熟地、枸杞子加入10倍量的自来水,加热煮沸2小时,分离提取液,加压过滤,滤液备用。
1.1.3第三次提取;往提取器内加入5倍量的自来水,加热煮沸提取1小时,分离提取液,加压过滤,滤液备用。
1.2浓缩。将1.1.2、1.1.3项下滤液合并,置于B-500型三效真空高能蒸发浓缩器内,减压(负200mm Hg)加热至80℃浓缩稠液(相对密度1∶1.25,80℃)。

2、干粉的制备
2.1将黑豆用淡水清洗干净。
2.2将清洗后的原料沥干后,置于干燥箱中,加热至60℃,恒温条件下干澡4小时。
2.3粉碎。将干燥后的原料置于不锈钢磨中粉碎,过100目筛后备用。
3、配料。在10万级洁妆车间内操作,干粉与浓缩液按一比例置混合机中充分温合搅拌均匀。
4、起模。将混合均匀的物料制成软材(手捏成团,轻弹即散)置制粒机内制成颗料;再将制得的湿颗料置包衣锅内,旋转摩擦,撞击棱角,即成丸模。
5、成型。在包衣锅内,喷入少量水,使其润湿,撒布少量药粉,转动包衣锅,使药粉被润湿的丸剂完全吸附,再喷水湿润,撤粉吸附,反复多次,使丸模增大至直径8-9mm的球型水颗粒。
6、干燥选粒。将泛制的小颗粒置药扁中均匀铺开后,放入烘房内干燥,温度控制在60℃以下,等于后取出置选料机内,选出过大或过小或扁形或异形的丸模即得。
7、盖面。将筛选后的半成品置包衣锅内,以冷开水喷撒,使丸模充分润湿,转动使丸面光滑,再将盖面用粉撒于丸面,快速转动至粉粒全部粘附于丸面,至表面呈湿时,即迅速取出。
8、干燥。将盖面后的丸料,置扁筛中,置烘房内干燥,干燥温度不应超过60℃,使含水量在6%-10%为宜
9、包装、灭菌、检验、入库。
具体服用方法为:口服,一次8g,每日2-3次,可长期服用。

1、一种黑豆浓缩丸,其特征在于是由下述重量百分比范围的原料制成的丸剂:黑豆10%-30%、何首乌18-25%、当归9%-12%、熟地5%-11%、枸杞子9%-12%、山楂4%-6%、黄芪18%-30%。
2、根据权利要求1的一种黑豆浓缩丸,其特征是所述的重量百分比是:黑豆10%、何首乌25%、当归12%、熟地5%、枸杞子12%、山楂6%、黄芪30%。
3、根据权利要求1的一种黑豆浓缩丸,其特征是所述的重量百分比是:黑豆30%、何首乌18%、当归9%、熟地8%、枸杞子9%、山楂4%、黄芪22%。
4、根据权利要求1的一种黑豆浓缩丸,其特征在于制备方法为:将当归、何首乌清洗,放入回流提取器内加入95%乙醇回流提取2小时,分离提取液,挥去乙醇、浓缩,将黄芪、山楂、熟地、枸杞子清洗,放入回流提取器内加入10倍水,加热煮沸2小时,分离提取液,加压过滤提取浓缩,将黑豆清洗,沥干,置于干燥箱中,加热至60℃,恒温干燥4小时、粉碎,过100目筛成干粉,后将两种提取液及干粉按比例放入混合机中混合搅拌均匀,将混合均匀的物料制成软料手捏成团、轻弹即散放入制粒机内制成颗粒;再将制得的湿颗粒置包衣锅内,旋转磨擦、撞击棱角,即成丸模,在包衣锅内,喷入少量水、撒少量药粉,转动包衣锅使药粉被润湿的丸料完全吸附,再喷水,撒粉吸附,反复多次,使药丸模增大至直径8-9mm的球型水颗粒,将泛制的小颗粒放置在药扁中的均匀铺开,放入烘房内干燥,温度控制为60℃以下,等干后取出置选粒机内,选出过大或过小或异形的丸,将筛选后的半成品包衣锅内,以冷开水喷撒,使丸模充分润湿,转动使丸面光滑,再将盖面粉撒于丸面,快速转动至粉粒全部粘附于丸面,至表面呈湿时,即迅速取出,将盖面后的丸粒,置扁筛中,置烘房内干燥,干燥温度不应超过60℃,使含水量在6%-10%为宜,后经包装、灭菌、检验入库。
