Description

移动通信设备以及与其通信的 无线电发射机
本发明涉及移动通信设备以及与这种移动通信设备通信的无线电发射机。
移动通信设备,例如移动电话机或者更先进的、还具有某种类型的计算机部分的智能移动电话机的无线电部分可能以危险的方式干扰具有高裕度的抗无线电频率干扰要求的例如飞机、机场终点建筑物、医院和其它建筑物中的电子设备。
目前,这种移动通信设备的各个用户在进入这种受限制区域时都有责任关闭所述设备。
由于关闭所述设备,所以,计算机部分,如果有的话,当然也将被关闭。但是,可能希望在这种受限制区域中使用这种设备的计算机部分而又不冒干扰敏感的电子设备的危险,即使已经关闭所述无线电部分。
本发明的一个目的是提供这样的移动通信设备,在对无线电频率发射的有限制的区域也可以使用其中的计算机部分,如果有的话。
这是通过根据本发明的移动通信设备来实现的,其方法是:使它们备有这样的装置,该装置用来在用户可能使用该设备的非无线电频率发射部分时主动地避免该设备的无线电发射部分产生干扰。
另一个目的是,一方面,提供这样的移动通信设备,在进入对无线电发射有限制的区域时至少自动地关闭其中的无线电部分,而另一方面,提供这样的无线电发射机,它与这种移动通信设备合作,以便在进入所述受限制区域时关闭所述移动通信设备。
根据本发明,这是通过以下方法实现的:提供具有检测器的移动通信设备,该检测器用来检测由位于对无线电发射有限制的区域中或其附近的无线电发射机发射的电源断开信号。发射所述电源断开信号是为了断开至少通向进入所述受限制区域的移动通信设备的无线电部分的电源。
因此,在受限制区域中,用户将有可能在不干扰该区域中敏感的电子设备的情况下使用这种移动通信设备的其它部分,例如计算机部分。

图1示意地举例说明本发明的用来主动地避免来自总的用1标示的移动通信设备的无线电频率辐射的第一实施例。除了无线电部分(未示出),该设备1还可以包括智能部分,例如计算机部分(未示出)。
根据本发明的该实施例,移动通信设备1备有可拆卸的天线2。当从移动通信设备1取下天线2时,弹簧加载的、电气上接地的盖子3自动地移动到这样的位置,使得盖子3盖住取下天线2时在移动通信设备框架顶部留下的开口4。
盖子3和移动通信设备1的框架中的屏蔽层(未示出)一起适合于有效地屏蔽移动通信设备1中的所有无线电频率发射部分。因此,有可能在不发射干扰的无线电频率能量的情况下使用移动通信设备1的其它部分,例如计算机部分,如果有的话。
根据本发明,可以在移动通信设备1中设置开关(未示出),用来在取下天线2时断开至少通向移动通信设备1中的无线电频率发射部分的电源。当然,所述开关可以适合于断开整个设备1的电源。
根据本发明,还可以把这种开关与盖子3结合起来,以便进一步确保在取下天线2时移动通信设备1中的无线电频率发射部分不发射干扰的无线电频率能量。
图2举例说明本发明的第二实施例。
图2中所示的实施例包括无线电发射机5和移动通信设备6。无线电发射机5可以是常规的基地台。它也可以是单独的无线电发射机,尤其是位于如下区域中或者其附近的单独的无线电发射机:在该区域中,移动通信设备、例如图2中的设备6必须不发射无线电频率能量。
根据本发明的这个实施例,无线电发射机5适合于发射预定的电源断开信号,后者用于至少自动地断开存在于该区域中的任何移动通信设备、例如设备6的无线电频率发射部分。可以由无线电发射机5不断地产生这种电源断开信号。作为另一种方案,可以代之以在无线电发射机5检测到移动通信设备到达或者进入受限制区域时发射电源断开信号。
为了便于至少断开到达或者进入受限制区域的移动通信设备6的无线电频率发射部分,根据本发明的移动通信设备6包括检测器7。检测器7连接到移动通信设备6的天线8,并且适合于检测由无线电发射机5发射的电源断开信号。
检测器7适合于在检测到电源断开信号时产生断电信号。该信号被输送到移动通信设备6的电源(未示出)。当接收到断电信号时,设备6的电源至少断开通向移动通信设备6的所有无线电频率发射部分的电源。当然,可以断开整个设备6的电源。
为了避免移动通信设备6被无意识地中止,根据本发明,由无线电发射机5发射的电源断开信号可以包括编码的消息。在这种情况下,移动通信设备6包括检测器9,后者在所示的实施例中连接到检测器7的输出端。检测器9适合于将由无线电发射机5发射的编码消息解码。只有当接收到有效的电源断开消息并且将它解码时,才把断电信号输送到设备6的电源。
当移动通信设备6中检测器7不再检测到由无线电发射机5发射的电源断开信号时,例如,由于移动通信设备6已经移动到受限制区域外面或者已经离开受限制区域这一事实,移动通信设备6中所述电源将重新被接通。其无线电频率发射部分(未示出)将回到其有效状态,而移动通信设备6将为正常工作做好准备。
根据本发明的这个实施例,由于接收到来自无线电发射机5的电源断开信号而至少停止移动通信设备6的无线电频率发射部分的工作。因此,移动通信设备6的用户将可以使用移动通信设备6的其余部分,例如计算机部分,如果有的话。
如上所述,由无线电发射机5发射的并且由检测器7检测到的电源断开信号可以导致整个移动通信设备6的电源被断开而不仅仅针对无线电频率发射部分。这样,希望在受限制区域中使用设备6的非无线电频率发射部分的用户就必须接通设备6。但是,在那种情况下,仅仅设备6的非无线电频率发射部分被接通,而各无线电频率发射部分将仍然是断开的。此外,当离开受限制区域时,用户必须再次接通设备6。
在本发明的第三实施例中,移动通信设备备有适合于识别由用户在该设备的键盘上键入的预定的代码的控制装置。所述控制装置适合于对检测到这种代码作出反应而断开至少通向所述设备的无线电频率发射部分的电源。如果备有例如计算机部分,则移动通信设备将工作在网外(off-net)方式,其中,它仍然有可能使用计算机部分。此外,在这个实施例中,可以断开整个设备的电源。
这样,正如应当从上文明白的那样,借助于根据本发明的移动通信设备,显著地减小了无意中干扰对无线电频率敏感的电子设备的危险。

Claims (3)

1.一种移动通信设备,其特征在于包括:
可拆卸天线(2),以及适合于在取下所述天线(2)时断开至少通向所述设备的无线电频率发射部分的电源的开关;或者
可拆卸天线(2),以及适合于在取下所述天线(2)时自动地以屏蔽的方式盖住留在所述设备(1)中的开口(4)的弹簧加载的盖子(3);或者
检测器(9),它连接到检测器(7)的输出端,并且适合于在至少通向所述设备(1)的无线电频率发射部分的电源被断开之前对与电源断开信号一起接收到的消息进行解码和确认,或者
控制装置,它适合于识别在所述设备的键盘上键入的预定的代码,并且,适合于对此作出反应而断开至少通向所述设备的无线电频率发射部分的电源。
2.根据权利要求1的移动通信设备,其特征在于:断开所述整个设备的电源。
3.一种用于与移动通信设备(6)通信的无线电发射机(5),其特征在于:所述无线电发射机(5)适合于与用来断开所述设备的电源的电源断开信号一起发射一种编码消息,后者被所述移动通信设备(6)有效地解码,以便断开所述设备中的电源。
