s2, wall surface treatment: repairing a substrate, polishing, cleaning a wall surface and adjusting color;

In this embodiment: when coating, the parts should be from top to bottom and the parts should be at the joint. Before the coating is coated, the coating is fully mixed and stirred or shaken. s28, detecting the flat state, the color and the edges and corners of the internal and external corners of the whole surface layer of the wall surface;
s29, open seam repairing: and repairing the reserved member when the open seam has defects.
In one embodiment: in the step S2, the surfaces of all clear water are finely ground by using abrasive cloth during grinding treatment until the original concrete substrate is exposed;
when the phenomenon of putty falling off occurs during polishing, the putty with more glue is prepared again for repairing and polishing until the completion.
In one embodiment: in the step S2, when the concrete wall is cleaned, a broom or a cleaning cloth is adopted to clean all the wall surfaces, the broom or the cleaning cloth is used to clean the wall surfaces, and no dust or sticky and floating impurities are left on the concrete wall surfaces before the concrete wall surfaces are cleaned, repaired, adjusted and coated;
the parts with greasy dirt on the wall surface are cleaned by neutral detergent and then cleaned by high-pressure water.
If the wall surface needs to be cleaned, the next procedure can be carried out only after all the wall surface is completely dried after the wall surface is cleaned.
In one embodiment: in step S2, the part adjusted during color adjustment is limited to a repaired part or a part with extremely serious chromatic aberration, the repaired color is close to the surface color around the repaired part, and floating dust and fine particles are removed by the back of an abrasive cloth after the color adjustment;
adjusting the color area to be larger than 2m 2 。
When in adjustment, the repaired part and the serious color difference area are adjusted firstly, and the whole adjustment is carried out after the parts are consistent;
when the color of the serious part is allowed to be kept inconsistent during adjustment, the area of the reserved part is not more than 0.1m 2 ;
After the adjustment is finished, the fine particles of the adjusting material are ground off by using the back of the sand paper.

In one embodiment: the hydrophilic cosolvent is one or more of methanol, ethanol, n-butanol and propylene glycol n-butyl ether.

the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin emulsion, 4-8 parts of fluorosilicone resin emulsion, 5-8 parts of phenolic resin emulsion, 3-5 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin emulsion, 6-8 parts of amino-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, 5-8 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.6-0.8 part of silane coupling agent, 4-6 parts of nano titanium dioxide solution, 0.8-1.2 parts of graphene ink, 0.2-0.3 part of defoaming agent and 0.3-1.2 parts of hydrophilic cosolvent;
s2, wall surface treatment: repairing a substrate, polishing, cleaning a wall surface and adjusting color;
in step S2, the substrate repairing process includes the following steps:
s21, polishing the part which influences the visual effect by an angle grinder;
s22, removing fine steel bars, iron wires, small screws and nails remained on the wall body before construction: marking the place needing to be repaired with a substance which can be removed by cloth;
s23, repairing the part where the honeycomb is concentrated, wherein the repairing material is repairing putty, and the color of the repairing putty is as consistent as possible with the color of the surface of the concrete;
s24, filling and repairing honeycomb holes with the diameter of the concrete surface larger than 3mm and cracks with the width larger than 0.2 mm; for holes smaller than 3mm and cracks smaller than 0.3mm, no repair is carried out;

in the step S2, the surfaces of all clear water are finely ground by using abrasive cloth during grinding treatment until the original concrete substrate is exposed;

s36, finishing paint II: the second finish paint is dustproof and antifouling nano finish paint, and clear water concrete dustproof and antifouling nano finish paint is uniformly constructed after 2-4h intervals;
s37, observing the wall surface finish degree, and selecting whether to use an angle grinder for grinding.
