In an enterprise, in order to facilitate communication between employees, in general, each enterprise is configured with enterprise cooperative work software, and a user can perform real-time communication and cooperation between two or more persons through a client installed with the cooperative work software. The cooperative software refers to a suite software integrating any functions of an address book, an instant messaging tool, a conference, a cloud document, an examination and approval, a cloud disk, a mail, a calendar and the like. The enterprise may grant medals to the employee through collaborative work software for incentivizing the user to work better.
In general, the collaborative software used by an enterprise is provided by a third party manufacturer, related functions are fixed, and the enterprise cannot adapt according to the needs of the enterprise. For example, a business cannot produce medals meeting its own needs, can only use default medals provided by third parties, or needs to contact third parties to design medals in a pay-alone manner, resulting in poor use experience.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the application provides a medal management method for enterprises, which opens a medal uploading interface to tenants on a management platform corresponding to collaborative software, so that the enterprises can upload medals meeting self-culture requirements, personalized requirements of different enterprises are met, and the operation is more convenient and the degree of freedom is higher.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a flowchart of a method for managing medals of an enterprise according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101: and responding to the triggering operation of the first user, and entering a medal management page of the enterprise.
In the embodiment, when the enterprise issues medals conforming to the enterprise culture for the employees, the first user maintaining the management platform can enter the medal management page of the enterprise through corresponding triggering operation. The first user is a tenant manager of the collaborative work software, and the enterprise medal management page is a background management page corresponding to the collaborative work software. Further, considering that there may be more than one person for background management of the collaborative software, authorization may be given to one of the managers so that the authorized manager may access the Enterprise medal management page. Namely, the first user is a tenant administrator with medal management authority. To facilitate understanding of the manager in the subsequent description is a manager having a medal management authority. The cooperative software can be nails, enterprise WeChat, flying books and the like.
Specifically, after entering the management platform, the manager can display the enterprise cultural component on a page of the management platform, and the manager can enter the enterprise cultural page by triggering the enterprise cultural component, and the enterprise cultural page can include a functional configuration component. The manager enters the function configuration page through the function configuration component, the enterprise medal management component can be included in the function configuration page, and the manager enters the enterprise medal management page through the enterprise medal management component. For example, as shown in fig. 2a, a user enters the management platform, and various components, such as a home page component 201, a security center component 202, an enterprise file component 203, and a settings component 204, and information of the current administrator, may be displayed in the management platform page. The user enters the enterprise culture page by triggering the enterprise file component 203, the functional configuration component 2031 is displayed in the enterprise file page, and the user enters the functional configuration page by triggering the functional configuration component 2031, where the functional configuration page may include a file encryption component 2031-1 and an enterprise medal management component 2031-2. The system comprises a file encryption component, a medal management component and a medal management component, wherein the file encryption component is used for setting the function and the available members of client file encryption, and the medal management component is used for managing medals of enterprises. The user enters the Enterprise medal management page by triggering the Enterprise medal management component 2031-2, where the upload medal component 2031-21 may be included and the related information showing the medals that have been uploaded, such as name of medal, description of medal, and medal icon.
S102: and acquiring related information of the target medal to be uploaded in response to the uploading operation triggered by the first user on the medal management page of the enterprise.
Specifically, after entering medal management page of the enterprise, in response to the triggering operation of the first user on the upload medal component in the medal management page of the enterprise, entering the upload medal page; and acquiring related information of the target medal to be uploaded in response to the uploading operation triggered by the first user in the medal uploading page. The information about target medal includes the first icon corresponding to the target medal, the name of the medal, and may include the description of the medal and the medal wearing drawing. Medal description is used for explanation of target medal, and the medal wearing drawing is an effect drawing in which the target medal is worn behind the head portrait of the user.
In particular, in response to triggering the upload operation in the medal management page of the enterprise, the upload medal page is entered, and the user uploads information related to the target medal according to the relevant instructions in the upload medal page. For example, the display diagram of the upload medal page shown in FIG. 2b, where the medal page may include the name of medal 301, the medal description 302, the medal icon 303, the medal wearing drawing 304, the cancel component 305 and the confirmation component 306. Medal name 301 and medal icon 303 are required items, and further, medal wearing chart 304 can be set as required items according to actual requirements.
In a specific implementation manner, a corresponding rule can be preset for each option, so that the uploaded related information of the target medal meets the rule. Specifically, the first icon is acquired in response to the attribute information of the first icon matching the preset attribute information. Wherein the attribute information comprises an icon format and/or an icon size. For example, for medal icon and/or medal wearing drawing, the preset attribute information is PNG in picture format, 240 × 240 in pixels, no more than 500KB in size, etc., and if the uploaded medal icon does not satisfy the above conditions, the upload failure can be prompted. As another example, for medal description, the rule set is not more than 30 characters; in addition, a prompting component can be set for medal description, and the user can display a description by triggering the component so as to explain the role of the medal description. As shown in FIG. 2c, the display shows the explanation "the user can see the presentation when he receives medals".
S103: in response to the confirmation operation triggered by the first user, the relevant information of the target medal is stored.
After the first user finishes uploading the relevant information of the target medal, the relevant information of the target medal is stored in response to the confirmation operation triggered by the first user, thereby completing the uploading of the target medal. For example, as shown in FIG. 2d, the name of medal of the uploaded target medal is "Multi-compatible", and the medal is described as "independent thought, unlike outstanding person", and the medal icon and wearing chart of the uploaded target medal are displayed accordingly. Further, when the first user reenters the Enterprise medal management page, the uploaded medal "Multi-compatibility" related information can be viewed on the page, as shown in FIG. 2 e.
In a particular implementation, the icon of the target medal may also be replaced after the first user uploads the first icon of the target medal and before the confirmation operation is triggered. Specifically, the first icon is deleted in response to a deletion operation triggered by a first user on the first icon; and responding to the uploading operation triggered by the first user, and acquiring a second icon corresponding to the target medal. As shown in fig. 2f, the first user deletes the uploaded first icon by selecting the uploaded first icon, and uploads the second icon; meanwhile, the first user can select the uploaded wearing picture of the first icon to delete, and upload the wearing picture of the second icon.
In one particular implementation, the first user may also preview the target medal through the Enterprise medal management page after storing the information related to the target medal. Specifically, in response to the operation triggered by the first user, entering a preview page corresponding to the target medal; and displaying a preview of the target medal on the preview page, wherein the preview at least comprises a first icon and can also comprise a medal wearing picture. For example, as shown in FIG. 3a, in the medal management page of the enterprise, each medal may correspond to a preview component, which the user can view the preview drawing of the medal, including the icon of the medal and the medal wearing drawing, by triggering the preview component.
In one particular implementation, the first user may also modify the target medal, after storing the information related to the target medal, through the Enterprise medal management page. Specifically, in response to the editing operation triggered by the first user on the target medal, an editing page corresponding to the target medal is entered, and the first user modifies the related information of the target medal through the editing page. For example, modify the first icon of target medal to a second icon, modify the medal description, etc. For example, as shown in FIG. 3b, in the medal management page of the enterprise, each medal may correspond to an editing component, and the first user may enter a medal editing page where the information relating to the medal is modified by triggering the editing component.
Therefore, when the enterprise needs to distribute medals which are more in line with the own enterprise culture for the employees, the medal management page of the enterprise is entered in response to the triggering operation of the first user. A component of the upload medal may be included in the Enterprise medal management page, and the related information of the target medal to be uploaded, which may include the first icon and name of the target medal, is acquired in response to the user's trigger operation on the component. That is, the first user through the medal management page of the enterprise can upload the target medal meeting the requirements of the enterprise. In response to the confirmation operation triggered by the first user, the relevant information of the target medal is stored. Therefore, according to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the enterprises (tenants) can upload used medals to the management platform according to self requirements without relying on the medals provided by the management platform, so that the personalized requirements of different enterprises are met, and the use experience is improved. In addition, the subsequent modification or upgrade of the target medal can be maintained by the enterprise, so that the operation is more convenient and the degree of freedom is higher.
In one specific implementation, in response to a triggering operation of the first user, one or more grant lists for the target medal are obtained, the grant lists at least including grant items, grant users and valid time. The granting item is used for indicating the theme of the granting activity, the granting user is the user granted with medals, the valid time is the time held by the user after the medals are granted to the user, and the valid time can include the starting date and the ending date. Further, the grant list may also include time zone information to set up for overseas personnel working hours in the enterprise.
For example, in FIG. 3c, in a medal management page for a corporation, each medal corresponds to a grant list component, and the first user may display the historically added grant list on the page by triggering the component to enter the grant list page. Wherein, the grant list page can include a new addition grant list component 307, an edit component 308 and a delete component 309. The first user enters the new grant list page by triggering the new grant list component 307. The newly added grant list page includes a grant item 310, a grant user 311, a time zone 312, and a valid time 313, and a cancel component 314 and a confirm component 315, etc. When the first user fills in the granting user, the first user can select a target user from the enterprise address list through the filling-in component to add. For example, as shown in fig. 3d, the first user may select the target user from the organizational structure in the enterprise address book or from a preset user group.
In a specific implementation manner, in order to improve the efficiency of determining to grant users to users, a pre-formed user list is obtained, where the user list includes one or more user identifiers of the granted users. The user name list may be an Excel table. That is, the first user may determine to grant the user by importing a pre-generated list without manual selection by the first user.
It should be noted that, when the first user adds multiple grant lists for the target medal, the valid time in each grant list may be different. The first user may select, for each grant list, a start date and an end date corresponding to the grant list through a pull-down menu of the active time component 313. Target medal is issued to the granting user when the start date comes, and is deleted from the user's medal wall when the end date comes.
In a specific implementation manner, when the awarding item is the employee's entry anniversary or birthday, the effective time may be determined as the starting date according to the user's entry time or birth date; and determining the ending date according to the starting date and the effective duration. The valid duration may be preset, for example, the valid duration is 1 week.
In a specific implementation manner, the granting mechanism of the management platform may also be automatically triggered in this embodiment, so as to improve the working efficiency. Specifically, the management platform is communicated with a third-party system (target system), and when the behavior of the employee in the third-party system meets a preset condition, the third system sends a trigger message to the management platform; and the management platform sends the target medal to the target user according to the trigger message. Wherein the third system is independent of the co-operating software.
In a particular implementation, the collaborative work software may also configure medal display rules indicating the display of medal information acquired by the second user. Wherein the second user is a common user using the cooperative software. Optionally, the medal display rules are also used to instruct the display of the medal information of the second user on the personal homepage of the second user. The medal display rules may include different number of medals corresponding to different display modes.
Note that the collaborative work software, when displayed according to the number of medals acquired by the second user, shows the medal that is granted by the second user and is still in the validity period. For example, the number of medals of the second user is N, and when the number of medals is greater than the first preset threshold, the display mode is determined to be the first display mode. Wherein the first display mode for indicating medal information displayed on the personal homepage includes: medals of the first preset threshold number and the remaining number, which is the number of medals of the first user M minus the number of the first preset threshold, so that the user can visually know the total number of acquired medals. The first preset threshold value may be set according to an actual application situation.
For another example, when the number of medals N is equal to or less than the first preset threshold and greater than zero, it is determined as a second display mode indicating that the medal information displayed on the personal homepage includes: n medals. That is, when the number N of medals acquired by the first user is equal to or less than the first preset threshold and greater than zero, all of the medals acquired by the first user can be displayed, so that the first user or other users can visually see all of the medals acquired by the first user.
For another example, in response to the number of medals N being 0, the determination is made as a third display mode for indicating that viewing of medal information displayed on the personal homepage at the first user includes: presetting information, and not displaying medal information on the personal homepage of the first user when other users check the personal homepage. The preset information may be set according to an actual application situation, and this embodiment is not limited herein.
Therefore, the display mode of medals on the personal homepage can be adjusted by the collaborative work software according to the number of medals, so that the display effect is more stable, harmonious and attractive, and the use experience of users is improved.
In one particular implementation, a medal wall entry component may be included on the second user's personal home page for displaying medal wall pages for displaying all medals acquired by the second user based on the user's triggering operations.
In one specific implementation, when a certain medal in a medal wall page is triggered, the corresponding detail page for showing the basic information of the medal may also be accessed. Among them, the basic information may include the icon of medal, name of medal, description of medal, validity period of medal, and the like.
Therefore, the collaborative work software can also display each piece of medal acquired by the user in detail, so that the user can browse the medal conveniently.
Based on the method embodiment, the embodiment of the application also provides a medal management device for enterprises, which is described in combination with the device.
Referring to FIG. 4, which is a structural view of a medal management apparatus of an enterprise according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 4, the apparatus may include: a jumping unit 401, an obtaining unit 402 and a storing unit 403.
