Exemplary electronic device
The electronic device of the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to figure 4,
based on the same inventive concept as the method for processing and confirming the enterprise statement mail in the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present application further provides a system for processing and confirming the enterprise statement mail, which includes: a processor coupled to a memory, the memory for storing a program that, when executed by the processor, causes a system to perform the method of any of the first aspects.
The electronic device 300 includes: processor 302, communication interface 303, memory 301. Optionally, the electronic device 300 may also include a bus architecture 304. Wherein, the communication interface 303, the processor 302 and the memory 301 may be connected to each other through a bus architecture 304; the bus architecture 304 may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus architecture 304 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. The communication interface 303 is a system using any transceiver or the like, and is used for communicating with other devices or communication networks, such as ethernet, Radio Access Network (RAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), wired access network, and the like.
The memory 301 may be, but is not limited to, a ROM or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an electrically erasable Programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a compact disk read-only memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact disk, laser disk, optical disk, digital versatile disk, blu-ray disk, etc.), a magnetic disk storage medium or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. The memory may be self-contained and coupled to the processor through a bus architecture 304. The memory may also be integral to the processor.
The memory 301 is used for storing computer-executable instructions for executing the present application, and is controlled by the processor 302 to execute. The processor 302 is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 301, so as to implement a method for processing and confirming the enterprise statement mail provided by the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the computer-executable instructions in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as application program codes, which are not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a method and a system for processing and confirming the enterprise statement mail, and solves the technical problems of poor real-time performance and low efficiency caused by mail confirmation by manpower in the prior art. The method comprises the steps of reading a bill mail which is sent by an enterprise mailbox and meets the preset requirement to obtain statement of account information, further obtaining corresponding reply content of the statement of account information according to the reply mail of the sent bill mail, inputting a matching analysis model, matching the reply content, and changing and storing the statement of account information according to the matching result, so that the purpose of automatically confirming the mail content is achieved.

Claims (8)

1. A method for confirming the processing of enterprise billing mails, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining first mail information sent by a first mailbox, wherein the first mailbox meets a preset requirement, and a mail body of the mail information comprises statement information;
obtaining a first reply email according to the first email information, wherein the email body of the first reply email comprises reply content corresponding to the statement of account information;
analyzing the content of the first reply mail to obtain account statement reply information;
inputting the statement of account reply information into a matching analysis model, wherein the matching analysis model is obtained by training and converging a plurality of groups of training data, and each group of training data comprises statement of account reply information and identification information for identifying a reply result;
obtaining an output result of the matching analysis model, wherein the output result comprises matching reply information;
and changing and storing the state of the statement of account information according to the matching reply information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining the first mail information sent by the first mailbox, the method comprises:
obtaining an identification field according to the statement information;
hiding the identification field to obtain hidden statement information;
and obtaining a first mail based on the hidden statement of account information, and sending the first mail through the first mailbox.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the parsing the first reply email to obtain reconciliation reply information comprises:
acquiring the first mail information according to the first reply mail;
acquiring the hidden statement bill information according to the first mail information;
analyzing the hidden statement information by using a regular expression to obtain the identification field;
and acquiring the reply information of the reconciliation order according to the identification field.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said altering and storing the state of the statement information in accordance with the match reply information comprises:
acquiring the account checking list reply information corresponding to the matching reply information;
determining the identification field according to the statement reply message;
and changing and storing the state of the statement information of the identification field according to the matching reply information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
monitoring the first mailbox to obtain first mailbox mail information;
acquiring mail processing information according to the first mailbox mail information;
constructing a content record database;
and storing the mail processing information in the content record database.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining mail processing information according to the first mailbox mail information comprises:
judging whether the first mailbox mail information contains statement information or not;
and when the mail is contained, processing the mail information of the first mailbox to obtain the mail processing information.
7. A system for processing confirmation of an enterprise statement mail, wherein the system comprises:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining first mail information sent by a first mailbox, wherein the first mailbox meets a preset requirement, and a mail body of the mail information comprises statement information;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first reply email according to the first email information, where a mail body of the first reply email includes reply content corresponding to the statement of account information;

a first output unit, configured to obtain an output result of the matching analysis model, where the output result includes matching reply information;
and the first storage unit is used for changing and storing the state of the statement bill information according to the matching reply information.
8. A system for processing and validating enterprise statement mail, comprising: a processor coupled with a memory for storing a program that, when executed by the processor, causes a system to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
