Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of film coating devices, in particular to an adjustable film coating device.
Background
In the film coating industry, two coating devices, namely an RDS (remote data service) bar and a scraper, are widely applied to small-batch coating sample preparation in a laboratory by virtue of the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation.
However, conventional RDS bars and blades also have certain limitations. For example, the RDS bar is a structure in which a layer of wire loops is wound around a metal bar, and this structure can cause that coating stripes are easily generated when a resin or a paint with a relatively high viscosity is coated, so that the coating thickness is uneven, and the resin or the paint is easily remained in the groove of the wire loops, which is not easy to clean and affects the coating precision. The scraper type coating device on the market at present mainly has the problems of complex structure, large volume, difficult cleaning, low coating efficiency and the like. Improvements are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel adjustable film coating device aiming at the defects that in the prior art, an RDS (remote data service) wire rod is poor in coating effect when coating with high viscosity is carried out, and a scraper type coater mainly has the defects of complex structure, large volume, difficulty in cleaning, low coating efficiency and the like.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the adjustable coating device comprises a coating roller, two hollowed-out bases and locking screws, wherein the hollowed-out bases are arranged in parallel at intervals, the locking screws are two in number, one locking screw is in threaded connection with one hollowed-out base, threaded holes are formed in two ends of the coating roller, the coating roller is fixed on the hollowed-out bases through cooperation of the locking screws and the threaded holes, the coating roller is of an eccentric structure, and the coating roller is made of metal.
The invention uses the coating roller to coat, the surface of the coated part of the coating roller is smooth, coating stripes are not generated like an RDS wire bar, and the coating roller is convenient to clean. The coating roller is of an eccentric structure, and the gap between the coating roller and the horizontal plane can be adjusted by rotating the coating roller, so that the coating thickness can be adjusted, the structure is simple, the operation is easy, and the production efficiency is improved while the production cost is reduced.
Preferably, the coating roll comprises a coating portion and a scale portion, the coating portion is of an eccentric structure, the scale portion is arranged at two ends of the coating roll, the scale portion is of a cylindrical structure and is arranged on a scale portion coaxial line at two ends of the coating roll, the threaded hole is arranged at the center of the scale portion, the scale portion is provided with scales, and the hollow base is provided with a reference scale mark.
The coating roller coats with coating portion, and the scale that sets up in the scale portion cooperates with the benchmark scale mark that sets up on the fretwork base, can provide a reference for the process in clearance between user's adjustment coating portion and the horizontal plane for the adjustment of coating thickness is more accurate and convenient.
Preferably, the coating roll further comprises an anti-overflow part, the anti-overflow part is of a cylindrical structure, the anti-overflow part is arranged at two ends of the coating part and connected with the scale part, the anti-overflow part is coaxial with the scale part, and the anti-overflow part is in contact with a horizontal plane.
The anti-overflow portion can avoid the position that the liquid that coats flows out needs the coating because of the extrusion of coating portion, has reduced the loss of coating, has practiced thrift the cost.
Preferably, in the adjustable film coating device, the cross section of the hollow base is an equilateral polygon, a base screw hole is formed in the center of the hollow base, and the locking screw penetrates through the base screw hole and is connected with the coating roller.
According to the invention, the coating roller is rotated to adjust the gap between the coating part and the horizontal plane, the locking screw is usually required to be unscrewed for adjustment in order to rotate the coating roller, and when the cross section of the hollow base is in an equilateral polygon shape and the screw hole of the base is positioned at the central position of the hollow base, the coating roller is in an eccentric structure, so that the gap between the coating part and the horizontal plane can be changed by directly rotating the hollow base and the coating roller.
Preferably, the adjustable film coating device further comprises a pushing assembly, the pushing assembly comprises a coating table, a push rod assembly and a motor, the coating table is hollow, the motor is arranged in the coating table, sliding grooves are formed in two sides of the coating table, the push rod assembly penetrates through the sliding grooves to be connected with the motor, and the push rod assembly is abutted to the locking screws.
The manpower coating is replaced by the propelling assembly, so that the coating process is more labor-saving and stable, and the coating effect is better.
Preferably, in the above adjustable coating apparatus, a coating table through hole is provided at a table top portion of the coating table.
The design of the through hole of the coating table can discharge gas between the base material and the coating table, so that the base material is more attached to the coating table, and the coating effect is better.
Preferably, in the above adjustable coating device, the diameter of the through hole of the coating table is 0.5-5 mm.
The diameter of the through hole of the coating table is 0.5-5mm, so that the situation that the base material sinks due to the fact that the base material is too soft can be avoided while the base material is attached to the coating table, and the application range of the coating table is wider.
Preferably, in the above adjustable coating apparatus, an exhaust fan is further provided inside the coating table.
The coating viscosity is too high or the coating thickness can produce great frictional force when being too little, thereby easily drags the substrate in the coating process and influence the coating effect, consequently need fixed substrate in the coating process, uses the air exhauster to adsorb the substrate and can not only make the laminating of substrate and coating platform inseparabler on the coating platform for the substrate is more level and smooth, can not destroy the coating face of substrate moreover, makes the effect of coating better.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the adjustable coating device comprises a coating roller 1, two hollowed-out bases 2 and two locking screws 3, wherein the hollowed-out bases 2 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the locking screws 3 are arranged in two numbers, one locking screw 3 is in threaded connection with one hollowed-out base 2, threaded holes 11 are formed in two ends of the coating roller 1, the coating roller 1 is fixed on the hollowed-out bases 2 through the matching of the locking screws 3 and the threaded holes 11, the coating roller 1 is of an eccentric structure, and the coating roller 1 is made of metal.
Preferably, the coating roller 1 comprises a coating part 12 and a scale part 13, wherein the coating part 12 is of an eccentric structure, the scale part 13 is arranged at two ends of the coating roller 1, the scale part 13 is of a cylindrical structure and is arranged on a same axis of the scale part 13 at two ends of the coating roller 1, the threaded hole 11 is arranged at the central position of the scale part 13, the scale part 13 is provided with a scale 131, and the hollow base 2 is provided with a reference scale mark 21.
Preferably, the coating roll 1 further comprises an anti-overflow part 14, the anti-overflow part 14 is of a cylindrical structure, the anti-overflow part 14 is arranged at two ends of the coating part 12 and connected with the scale part 13, the anti-overflow part 14 is coaxial with the scale part 13, and the anti-overflow part 14 is in contact with a horizontal plane.
When the coating machine is used, the locking screw 3 is firstly unscrewed, the coating roller 1 is rotated, the coating roller 1 is adjusted to a proper position by means of the scale 131 arranged on the scale part 13 and the reference scale mark 21 on the hollowed base 2, the coating machine is placed on a base material after the locking screw 3 is locked, the coating is poured on the base material, the locking screw 3 is pinched to push the coating roller 1 to coat the coating on the base material, and the part of the coating overflowing towards two sides is blocked by the anti-overflow part 14.
Preferably, the cross section of the hollow base 2 is an equilateral polygon, a base screw hole 22 is formed in the center of the hollow base 2, and the locking screw 3 penetrates through the base screw hole 22 to be connected with the coating roller 1, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, wherein the cross section of the hollow base 2 is an equilateral pentagon.
Preferably, the coating device further comprises a pushing assembly 4, wherein the pushing assembly 4 comprises a coating table 41, a push rod assembly 42 and a motor 43, the coating table 41 is hollow, the motor 43 is arranged in the coating table 41, sliding grooves 411 are formed in two sides of the coating table 41, the push rod assembly 42 penetrates through the sliding grooves 411 to be connected with the motor 43, and the push rod assembly 42 abuts against the locking screw 3.
Preferably, the mesa portion of the coating stage 41 is provided with a coating stage through hole 412.
Preferably, the diameter of the coating station through hole 412 is 0.5 to 5 mm.
Preferably, an exhaust fan 413 is further provided inside the coating table 41.
When the coating machine is used, a base material is firstly paved on a coating table 41, an exhaust fan 413 is driven by a motor 43 to adsorb the base material on the coating table 41, the hollowed-out base 2 and the coating roller 1 are rotated to change the gap between the coating part 12 and the horizontal plane, so that the thickness of a coating film is changed, then the coating material is poured on the base material, then a push rod assembly 42 is driven by the motor 43 to apply force to a locking screw 3 so as to push the coating roller 1 to move, the coating roller 1 is continuously contacted with the base material by means of self gravity to uniformly coat the coating material on the base material, and the part of the coating material overflowing towards two sides is blocked by an overflow preventing part 14.
