In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mobile nursing workload system and method, the method comprising:
the system comprises a server side, an interface side, a PDA client side and a PC client side.
The server side is a data center provided for a Hospital HIS System (Hospital Information System).
And the interface end is configured to request data of the server end and respond the data to the PDA client or the PC end.
And the PDA client finishes the execution detail of the specific workload project for receiving the response sent by the interface module.
The PC client comprises a user login module for logging in and an inquiry module for inquiring the workload quantitative information.
2. The system for quantifying workload of mobile nursing according to claim 1, wherein said server end comprises a data interface module and a data storage module.
The data interface module is characterized in that a data interface attempt of the order part is provided, and related order information and the like can be directly acquired through the attempt.
The data storage module is characterized by comprising an executor, execution time and the like according to the storage workload items.
3. The mobile care workload quantification system of claim 1, wherein the interface end comprises a Webservice interface module.
The Webservice interface module is characterized in that the received workload item execution detail data executed by the PDA terminal is recorded in a server-terminal database.

The system for quantifying mobile nursing workload according to claim 1, wherein the PDA client comprises a checking module, an infusion execution module, a patrol recording module, a treatment item execution module, a nursing document module, a blood glucose recording module, a blood sampling execution module, and a workload query module.
The checking module is used for checking medical advice information of the patient through mobile nursing.
The infusion execution module is used for recording the medicine medical advice information of the nurse, the three rounds of inquiry and seven pairs of execution.
The patrol module is used for recording the detailed information of each patrol of the nurses.
The treatment item execution module is used for recording specific treatment information of a nurse on a patient.
The nursing document module is used for recording various document information input by nurses.
The blood sugar recording module is used for recording blood sugar determination information of a nurse on a patient.
The blood sampling execution module is used for recording detailed blood sampling information of a patient for nursing.
The workload inquiry module has the function of inquiring the workload detail for nurses.
5. A mobile nursing workload quantification method is characterized in that a PC client comprises a user login module for logging in, and an inquiry module for inquiring workload quantification information:
the login module is used for verifying and logging in by a nurse by using the system.
The query module for querying the workload quantitative information queries the workload detail information for the nurses, and then analyzes and summarizes the workload detail information to obtain the performance scores of the nurses, and has the functions of printing, exporting and reporting.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The existing hospital information systems have generally entered the information-based era, most hospitals have special medical advice processing systems, most of the systems do not have a mode of directly counting the workload of nurses, because of the limitations of space and cost considered by most of the hospitals, a common nurse station only has 1 or 2 computers, which are specially used for processing medical advice, and a person who executes the medical advice for treatment by using the computers and a person who actually does the treatment item may not be the same person, which causes that the personal workload of nurses cannot be quantified, and only can be counted roughly or only can be counted to a department.
At present, the method for solving the problems is single, most hospital departments do not solve the problems, the calculation of workload and performance is still 'big pot rice', so that the enthusiasm of nursing staff is poor, even the responsibility is removed, secondly, the workload is counted manually by part of hospital departments, the working efficiency is low, the accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and the calculation difficulty of managers is high.
The invention provides a method for a workload quantification system to solve the problems, which solves the problem that the workload of nurses cannot be scientifically counted, realizes the principle of much labor and scientific management, improves the working efficiency and the nursing quality, and improves the medical service.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a workload quantization system according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method of the workload quantization system of this embodiment may specifically include a server 40, an interface 30, at least one PDA client 20, and at least one PC 10.
The server 40 is configured as a hospital HIS system or a database attempt or interface provided by the hospital HIS system. For example, the data center may be stored in a hospital information system, or the data interface provided by the hospital side for the order part may be used to directly acquire the relevant order information.
And the interface end 30 is configured to request server data and respond the data to a Webservice interface module written by the PDA client.
In particular, the PDA client typically does not directly access the database interface, but rather writes an interface program to accomplish this part of the business based on the hospital-provided data information interface.
The PDA client 20 is configured to receive the data returned by the interface end, and decompose the data for displaying different functional modules, including but not limited to infusion type, treatment type, blood sugar type and patrol type.
Specifically, in the implementation example, the interface 30 is arranged to communicate the interface service with the service end 40 and the PDA client 20, the PDA client 20 first initiates a request, the service end 40 encapsulates data and sends the encapsulated data to the interface 30, and the interface 30 sends a response result of the PDA client 20 to the service end 40.
And the PC terminal 10 is configured to receive the data returned by the interface terminal, calculate and classify the data for displaying detailed workload information of each nurse and workload summary information of the whole hospital.
Specifically, in the implementation example, the interface 30 is arranged to communicate the service end 40 and the PC end 10, the PC end 10 first initiates a request, the service end 40 encapsulates data and sends the encapsulated data to the interface 30, and the interface 30 sends a response result of the PC end 10 to the service end 40.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a client according to an embodiment of the mobile nursing workload quantification system of the present invention, in which the client of the workload quantification system of the present invention is mainly divided into two modules, one of which includes a PDA client, and a workload query module, and the other of which includes a PC client, a login module for verification, and a workload query module.
The checking module of the PDA client-side is a checking process of patient information before executing medical advice.
Specifically, there are many systems in a hospital, a hospital information management system, an order information system and a communication system, and when a PDA client sends a request for obtaining order information, the PDA client needs to pass through a check module at the PDA end first, which is used to prevent the error phenomenon of misliquid infusion, i.e., putting on the panoply plum.
The recording module is a general name and is an execution recording module for all medical orders.
Specifically, the execution recording module comprises but is not limited to an infusion execution module, a patrol recording module, a treatment item module, a nursing document module, a blood sugar recording module and a blood sampling execution module; the method is characterized by comprising the following steps of obtaining the infusion medical advice execution details of a patient, the execution details of a daily patrol ward, the execution details of treatment medical advice such as oral care and back turning-over items, the entry details of various nursing documents, the recording details of a daily patrol ward, the blood glucose value recording details and the blood sampling items.
The PC end comprises a login module and a workload query module
The login module is a verification process of a login system;
the workload inquiry module inquires the detailed workload information of nurses, analyzes and summarizes the detailed workload information to obtain the performance scores of the nurses, and has the functions of printing, exporting and reporting;
specifically, the nurse inquires out the daily workload execution condition of the nurse through the workload query module, and clearly knows which are completed, which are not completed, how many are completed and the nurse has intuitive understanding. The nursing department can inquire out daily or monthly execution details of a certain nurse through the workload inquiry module, can count the completion details of each performance point project of each department, can complete the accounting of performance scores according to the self-defined coefficient configuration, and can export or print out specific workload inquiry details for issuing to the departments.
It should be noted that, the first embodiment is a main mode of the overall operation of the system, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system organization architecture of the workload quantization system according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and the role of each component in the system is clearly shown in fig. 3.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention connects the server database through the data middleware of the interface end, namely the Webservice interface, and the PDA client and the PC end communicate the PDA equipment or the PC equipment with the server database through accessing the Webservice interface, and the functions of operation execution recording on the PDA and workload query completion of the PC end are realized, so that each part of labor of a nurse is obtained, the nursing department is convenient to scientifically manage, the working efficiency and the nursing quality are improved, and the medical service is improved.
