Abstract
本发明公开了一种油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,包括57‑74wt%的基膜、25‑40wt%的鳞片状物质和1‑3wt%的助剂,基膜由以下重量份的物质组成:环氧树脂40‑70份、酚醛树脂20‑50份、异氰酸酯0‑40份、双马树脂0‑25份、不饱和聚酯树脂0‑20份、氯化橡胶乳液0‑10份、氯磺化橡胶乳液0‑10份和溶剂30‑70份;鳞片状物质选自金云母片、玻璃鳞片、白云母片、玄武岩鳞片、高粘性凹凸棒鳞片、石灰岩鳞片、硅酸盐鳞片或云母鳞铁片中的一种;助剂包括分散剂、沉降剂、消泡剂、流平剂、pH调节剂和增粘剂中的一种或多种。本发明油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料中添加玄武岩鳞片后可以明显增加涂料的耐腐蚀性和耐冲击性,没有降低力学性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防腐是当今工业领域中重要课题之一,因钢材腐蚀产生的损失巨大,在表面涂覆防腐涂料是钢材防腐的重要方式之一。防腐涂料可以隔绝腐蚀性物质与钢材表面的接触,因而具有一定的致密性,由于钢材的使用环境较为恶劣,因而对防腐涂料的强度、抗冲击等性能要求较高,并且与钢材的附着要紧密。
为了增加防腐涂料的性能,通常会在防腐涂料聚合物基体中添加功能性物质,如添加纳米氧化物颗粒以增加耐腐蚀还抗冲击性。鳞片状材料作为一种涂料常用的添加材料,由于具有较大的平面和较低的厚度,在涂料的基体中能够形成层层堆积的状态,增加腐蚀性小分子在基材中通过的路径,延长腐蚀性小分子穿过涂料到达钢材的时间,从而实现防腐的目的。基于上述原理,鳞片状材料在涂料中的含量越高,其防腐效果越明显,比如,中国专利CN109354998A公开了一种玄武岩鳞片防腐蚀吸波涂料,该涂料还包含片状铁硅铝粉体,其中片状铁硅铝粉体占树脂的20-50%,玄武岩鳞片占树脂的10-60%。对于钢材表面防腐涂料,虽然功能性物质添加的越多,涂料的防腐性能越好,但由于小颗粒物质的不连续性会破坏聚合物基材的结构,因而过多的功能性物质会降低防腐涂料的力学性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,包括57-74wt%的基膜、25-40wt%的鳞片状物质和1-3wt%的助剂。基膜由以下重量份的物质组成:环氧树脂40-70份、酚醛树脂20-50份、异氰酸酯0-40份、双马树脂0-25份、不饱和聚酯树脂0-20份、氯化橡胶乳液0-10份、氯磺化橡胶乳液0-10份和溶剂30-70份;鳞片状物质选自金云母片、玻璃鳞片、白云母片、玄武岩鳞片、高粘性凹凸棒鳞片、石灰岩鳞片、硅酸盐鳞片或云母鳞铁片中的一种;助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、pH调节剂和增粘剂中的一种或多种。
本发明防腐涂料为油溶性涂料,基膜所用溶剂为有机溶剂,具体为二甲苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇和丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯中的一种或多种。
本发明油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料的制备方法为:
1)制备鳞片状物质
将矿物质颗粒置入高温沸腾炉或马弗炉中,抽真空后加热至800-1300℃,用低温氮气将熔体极速冷却,再采用变频式超高速旋转片式粉碎机对冷却后的矿物质固体进行剥离切片,即得,备用;
2)制备油溶性鳞片状物质
将步骤1)所得鳞片状物质浸泡在硅烷偶联剂中12h,取出后再浸入腰果壳油改性胺中,搅拌均匀备用;
3)制备涂料
按重量份称取基膜和助剂,将步骤2)所得油溶性鳞片状物质与基膜各组分混合后加入分散剂、消泡剂流平剂,继续搅拌,再经过超声波震荡分散;加入pH调节剂和增粘剂,用锯齿状分散盘分散30-50min,再用行星框式搅拌机强力循环分散1-2h,即得。

具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:环氧树脂55份、酚醛树脂35份、异氰酸酯20份、双马树脂10份、不饱和聚酯树脂10份、氯化橡胶乳液5份、氯磺化橡胶乳液5份、二甲苯25份、乙酸丁酯25份、玄武岩鳞片90份、德国赢创ZetaSperse 3100分散剂2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、羧甲基纤维素1.5份和高岭土1份。其中,玄武岩鳞片的制备方法为:将玄武岩矿颗粒置入高温沸腾炉中,抽真空后加热至1300℃,用低温氮气将熔体极速冷却至-30℃后自然放置至常温,采用频率为14500rpm的超高速旋转片式粉碎机对冷却后的玄武岩矿固体进行剥离切片,制得平均粒径为450μm厚度为1μm的玄武岩鳞片,如图1所示。
本实施例油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料的制备方法为:将玄武岩鳞片浸泡在硅烷偶联剂中12h,取出后再浸入腰果壳油改性胺中,搅拌均匀,制得油溶性玄武岩鳞片备用;按重量份称取其余各组分,将油溶性玄武岩鳞片与环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、异氰酸酯、双马树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、氯化橡胶乳液、氯磺化橡胶乳液、二甲苯和乙酸丁酯混合后加入德国赢创ZetaSperse 3100分散剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷、羧甲基纤维素,继续搅拌,再经过超声波震荡分散,加入高岭土,用锯齿状分散盘分散40min,再用行星框式搅拌机强力循环分散1.5h,即得。
实施例2
一种油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:环氧树脂70份、酚醛树脂20份、异氰酸酯40份、不饱和聚酯树脂20份、氯磺化橡胶乳液10份、甲苯30份、正丁醇40份、玄武岩鳞片77.7份、科莱恩Dispersogen A 4100分散剂2.1份、丙烯酸酯类流平剂1份。其中,玄武岩鳞片的制备方法为:将玄武岩矿颗粒置入高温沸腾炉中,抽真空后加热至1100℃,用低温氮气将熔体极速冷却至-40℃后自然放置至常温,采用频率为14500rpm的超高速旋转片式粉碎机对冷却后的玄武岩矿固体进行剥离切片,制得平均粒径为400μm厚度为0.9μm的玄武岩鳞片。
本实施例油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料的制备方法为:将玄武岩鳞片浸泡在硅烷偶联剂中12h,取出后再浸入腰果壳油改性仲胺中,搅拌均匀,制得油溶性玄武岩鳞片备用;按重量份称取其余各组分,将油溶性玄武岩鳞片与环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、异氰酸酯、不饱和聚酯树脂、氯磺化橡胶乳液、甲苯和正丁醇混合后加入科莱恩Dispersogen A 4100分散剂、丙烯酸酯类流平剂,继续搅拌,再经过超声波震荡分散,用锯齿状分散盘分散30min,再用行星框式搅拌机强力循环分散1h,即得。
实施例3
一种油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:环氧树脂40份、酚醛树脂50份、双马树脂25份、氯化橡胶乳液10份、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯20份、乙酸丁酯10份、玄武岩鳞片108.7份、德国赢创ZetaSperse3100分散剂4份、碳酸氢钠1.1份和膨润土3份。其中,玄武岩鳞片的制备方法为:将玄武岩矿颗粒置入高温沸腾炉中,抽真空后加热至800℃,用低温氮气将熔体极速冷却至-30℃后自然放置至常温,采用频率为14500rpm的超高速旋转片式粉碎机对冷却后的玄武岩矿固体进行剥离切片,制得平均粒径为300μm厚度为0.8μm的玄武岩鳞片。
本实施例油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料的制备方法为:将玄武岩鳞片浸泡在硅烷偶联剂中12h,取出后再浸入腰果壳油改性仲胺中,搅拌均匀,制得油溶性玄武岩鳞片备用;按重量份称取其余各组分,将油溶性玄武岩鳞片与环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、双马树脂、氯化橡胶乳液、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯和乙酸丁酯混合后加入德国赢创ZetaSperse 3100分散剂继续搅拌,再经过超声波震荡分散,加入碳酸氢钠和膨润土,用锯齿状分散盘分散50min,再用行星框式搅拌机强力循环分散2h,即得
对比例1
一种防腐涂料,配方与实施例1相同,区别之处在于对比例1所用玄武岩鳞片为市售玄武岩鳞片,平均粒径为200μm,厚度为0.8μm。
将实施例1-3和对比例1的防腐涂料涂覆在钢板上,厚度为3.5mm,检测各种性能,结果如表1所示。

从表1数据可以看出,本发明油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料中添加玄武岩鳞片后可以明显增加涂料的耐腐蚀性和耐冲击性,并且没有降低涂料的力学性能。实施例1和对比例1相比,二者仅玄武岩鳞片的尺寸不同,实施例1玄武岩粒径大,涂料的耐盐雾性能明显提升,但拉伸强度有所降低,但不影响涂料的正常使用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,其特征在于,包括基膜、鳞片状物质和助剂;
所述基膜由以下重量份的物质组成:环氧树脂40-70份、酚醛树脂20-50份、异氰酸酯0-40份、双马树脂0-25份、不饱和聚酯树脂0-20份、氯化橡胶乳液0-10份、氯磺化橡胶乳液0-10份和溶剂30-70份;
所述鳞片状物质选自金云母片、玻璃鳞片、白云母片、玄武岩鳞片、高粘性凹凸棒鳞片、石灰岩鳞片、硅酸盐鳞片或云母鳞铁片中的一种;
所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、pH调节剂和增粘剂中的一种或多种;
基膜、鳞片状物质和助剂的质量百分数分别为:基膜57-74%、鳞片状物质25-40%、助剂1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自二甲苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇和丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚型消泡剂或聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述流平剂为羧甲基纤维素或丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的油性耐高温耐划伤防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备鳞片状物质
将矿物质颗粒置入高温沸腾炉或马弗炉中,抽真空后加热至800-1300℃,用低温氮气将熔体极速冷却,再采用变频式超高速旋转片式粉碎机对冷却后的矿物质固体进行剥离切片,即得,备用;
2)制备油溶性鳞片状物质
将步骤1)所得鳞片状物质浸泡在硅烷偶联剂中12h,取出后再浸入腰果壳油改性胺中,搅拌均匀备用;
3)制备涂料
按重量份称取基膜和助剂,将步骤2)所得油溶性鳞片状物质与基膜各组分混合后加入分散剂、消泡剂流平剂,继续搅拌,再经过超声波震荡分散,加入pH调节剂和增粘剂,用锯齿状分散盘分散30-50min,再用行星框式搅拌机强力循环分散1-2h,即得。
