Abstract
本发明公开了一种可重复使用的无纺布复合面料及加工工艺,包括外层面料和内层面料,外层面料包括两层无纺布,外层面料无纺布包括聚丙交酯85‑90份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚5‑10份,芳纶2‑6份,在至少一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,赋形剂粘附于无纺布表面,两层无纺布贴合将赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,干燥。内层面料包括无纺布层和聚乙烯树脂膜层,将重量份配比的70‑84份聚乙烯树脂、10‑15份木棉纤维、0.5‑1份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入1‑3份解消剂、5‑10份交联剂制得聚乙烯树脂膜,在无纺布一端外表面上贴覆聚乙烯树脂膜层得到内层面料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防护服面料领域,具体涉及一种可重复使用的无纺布复合面料及加工工艺。
背景技术
医用防护服,是医护人员工作着装,隔离病菌、有害超细粉尘、酸性溶液、盐溶液,保持环境清洁。采用PP(聚丙烯,占总数的62%)无纺布材料,外覆防护服专用透气膜,透气性强,防静电;较佳的防渗透性,在抗多种有机溶剂、酸碱腐蚀的同时,具有较高的耐冲击性。机械性质强韧,质地柔软舒适。不助燃、无毒无刺激性,对皮肤无害。医用防护服使医护人员用于防护阻隔外来细菌、粉尘等的防护用品。在与病人接触时,要求防护服能够对血液、体液、飞沫、细菌等进行阻隔,防止其渗透。在医用防护服的实际使用面料选择时,一方面需要防护服具有强力的阻隔性应;另一方面要求防护服的面料能够透气透湿,然而这两种功能很难同时兼得。
目前,防化学试剂的面料大多是只防无机试剂,如酸碱,面料一般是涤棉混纺得到的,抗冲击力不是很好,对于有机溶剂、及各种消毒液的侵蚀时,对人体的保护性低。中国专利CN201710690507.8中公开了一种医用防护服面料及其制备方法,涉及纺织面料技术领域,包括基布,所述基布的外表面上设置有疏水层。上述医用防护服面料通过在基布上设置疏水层,并没有增强基布的透气性能,使得该类面料静水压高、阻隔性好,但透气性较差。
因此,获得一种可重复使用的,可以抵御医护环境中各种消毒剂的侵蚀,同时保持相关性能的防护服面料是本领域技术人员亟待解决的主要难题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种抵御医护消毒剂侵蚀,满足灭菌指标,同时保持良好的液体阻隔性能,断裂强力高,阻燃性能强,断裂伸长率高的可重复使用的无纺布复合面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是一种可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,包括外层面料和内层面料,其特征在于,外层面料包括两层无纺布,所述外层面料无纺布,聚丙交酯85-90份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚5-10份,芳纶2-6份,在至少一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,赋形剂粘附于无纺布表面,两层无纺布贴合将赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,干燥;内层面料包括无纺布层和热压熔复合在所述无纺布一端外表面的聚乙烯树脂膜层,将重量份配比的70-84份聚乙烯树脂、10-15份木棉纤维、0.5-1份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入1-3份解消剂、5-10份交联剂在密炼机中密炼均匀,出片后送入挤出压延机中压延成膜,双向拉伸,冷却,辊压定型,即得聚乙烯树脂膜,通过热压熔复合,在无纺布一端外表面上贴覆聚乙烯树脂膜层,复合温度为180-190℃、压力为0.4-0.6MPa得到内层面料,外层面料与内层面料含聚乙烯树脂膜层连接。
赋形剂在乳酸、双氧水、福尔马林等消毒组分中几乎不溶。在80-90℃的热水中迅速分散、溶胀,降温后迅速溶解,水溶液在常温下相当稳定,高温时能凝胶,并且此凝胶能随温度的高低与溶液互相转变。具有优良的润湿性、分散性、粘接性、增稠性、乳化性、保水性和成膜性,以及对油脂的不透性。赋形剂所成膜具有优良的韧性、柔曲性和透明度,因属非离子型,可与乳化剂配伍,保持材料的液体阻隔性能,维持机械性能稳定,其溶液在pH2-12范围内稳定。
优选的技术方案是赋形剂为甲基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、聚维酮、聚甘油硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选的,外层面料与内层面料含聚乙烯树脂膜层连接方式为针接或粘接或热压定型连接。
医用消毒组分有乳酸、福尔马林、双氧水、过氧乙酸等普遍具有腐蚀性和刺激性。对防护服面料产生不利影响,相关指标不能达到医用标准,影响其使用寿命,进而有可能对人体产生伤害。消解剂在光能或电能等提供能量形成等离子体的情况下可以催化面料残留消毒组分分解,不使其产生残留,无二次污染,减少其对面料的侵蚀作用,从而提高面料使用寿命,保持性能稳定。在杀菌的同时,保持对人体安全的限度。
本发明优选的解消剂为负载于陶土上的纳米钛,纳米钛重量占陶土的5-10%。
在本发明中,所述内层面料无纺布密度优选为20-30g/cm2,孔隙率70-80%。更优选的为25-30g/cm2,孔隙率70-80%。
聚乙烯无臭无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的使用性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良,但聚乙烯对于环境应力化学于机械作用是很敏感的,耐热老化性差,交联剂的加入能显著提高塑料制品的强度、刚性和耐热性能,可使制品在250℃左右长期使用,增加材料的防水性能,使聚乙烯耐水性能提高。基于医用消毒组分均为亲水体系,材料的防水性能,更能抵御消毒成分的侵入。同时交联剂用量太多使得面料发硬,太少则使得交联效果差。
优选的交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、二乙烯基苯、二丙烯酸-1,4-丁二醇酯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:通过对无纺布复合面料采用乳酸、福尔马林、双氧水、过氧乙酸多达10次以上消毒处理,本发明保持良好的液体阻隔性能≥3000g/(m2.d),断裂强力高>45N,阻燃性能强续燃时间小于4秒,断裂伸长率高≥100%。对经过消毒的发明进行微生物指标检测,细菌菌落总数均<20CFU/g,真菌菌落总数<20CFU/g,大肠菌群、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌均未检出,检测结果均为阴性。本发明原料成本低廉,成本优势明显,具有较强的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
外层面料包括两层无纺布,聚丙交酯85份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚5份,芳纶2份。在至少一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,赋形剂甲基纤维素粘附于无纺布表面,两层无纺布贴合将赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,50℃鼓风干燥;内层面料包括无纺布层和热压熔复合在所述无纺布一端外表面的聚乙烯树脂膜层,将重量份配比的70份聚乙烯树脂、10份木棉纤维、0.5份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入1份解消剂、5份N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联剂在密炼机中密炼均匀,出片后送入挤出压延机中压延成膜,双向拉伸,冷却,辊压定型,即得聚乙烯树脂膜,通过热压熔复合,在无纺布一端外表面上贴覆聚乙烯树脂膜层,温度为180℃、压力为0.4MPa得到内层面料,外层面料与内层面料含聚乙烯树脂膜层通过针接连接。
此可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,还采用乳酸消毒处理使用10次以上。
实施例2
外层面料包括两层无纺布,聚丙交酯85份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚10份,芳纶6份。在至少一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,赋形剂甲基纤维素粘附于无纺布表面,两层无纺布贴合将赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,55℃鼓风干燥;内层面料包括无纺布层和热压熔复合在所述无纺布一端外表面的聚乙烯树脂膜层,将重量份配比的84份聚乙烯树脂、15份木棉纤维、1份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入3份解消剂、10份三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯交联剂在密炼机中密炼均匀,出片后送入挤出压延机中压延成膜,双向拉伸,冷却,辊压定型,即得聚乙烯树脂膜,通过热压熔复合,在无纺布一端外表面上贴覆聚乙烯树脂膜层,温度为190℃、压力为0.6MPa得到内层面料,外层面料与内层面料含聚乙烯树脂膜层通过粘接连接。
此可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,还采用福尔马林消毒处理使用10次以上。
实施例3
外层面料包括两层无纺布,聚丙交酯85份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚8份,芳纶5份。在至少一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,赋形剂甲基纤维素粘附于无纺布表面,两层无纺布贴合将赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,60℃鼓风干燥;内层面料包括无纺布层和热压熔复合在所述无纺布一端外表面的聚乙烯树脂膜层,将重量份配比的75份聚乙烯树脂、10份木棉纤维、0.75份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入2份解消剂、5份1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯交联剂在密炼机中密炼均匀,出片后送入挤出压延机中压延成膜,双向拉伸,冷却,辊压定型,即得聚乙烯树脂膜,通过热压熔复合,在无纺布一端外表面上贴覆聚乙烯树脂膜层,温度为185℃、压力为0.5MPa得到内层面料,外层面料与内层面料含聚乙烯树脂膜层通过热压定型连接。
此可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,还采用双氧水消毒处理使用10次以上。
实施例4
外层面料包括两层无纺布,聚丙交酯90份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚8份,芳纶5份。在至少一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,赋形剂甲基纤维素粘附于无纺布表面,两层无纺布贴合将赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,60℃鼓风干燥;内层面料包括无纺布层和热压熔复合在所述无纺布一端外表面的聚乙烯树脂膜层,将重量份配比的80份聚乙烯树脂、10份木棉纤维、0.75份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入2份解消剂、5份二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯交联剂在密炼机中密炼均匀,出片后送入挤出压延机中压延成膜,双向拉伸,冷却,辊压定型,即得聚乙烯树脂膜,通过热压熔复合,在无纺布一端外表面上贴覆聚乙烯树脂膜层,温度为190℃、压力为0.5MPa得到内层面料,外层面料与内层面料含聚乙烯树脂膜层通过热压定型连接。
此可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,还采用过氧乙酸消毒液消毒处理使用10次以上。
实施例5
外层面料包括两层无纺布,聚丙交酯85份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚8份,芳纶5份。在至少一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,赋形剂甲基纤维素粘附于无纺布表面,两层无纺布贴合将赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,50℃鼓风干燥;内层面料包括无纺布层和热压熔复合在所述无纺布一端外表面的聚乙烯树脂膜层,将重量份配比的80份聚乙烯树脂、12份木棉纤维、0.75份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入3份解消剂、5份二丙烯酸-1,4-丁二醇酯交联剂在密炼机中密炼均匀,出片后送入挤出压延机中压延成膜,双向拉伸,冷却,辊压定型,即得聚乙烯树脂膜,通过热压熔复合,在无纺布一端外表面上贴覆聚乙烯树脂膜层,温度为190℃、压力为0.5MPa得到内层面料,外层面料与内层面料含聚乙烯树脂膜层通过热压定型连接。
此可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,还采用乳酸消毒液消毒处理使用10次以上。
对比例
对比例以实施例1为基础,区别在于,对比例1中不包括赋形剂,对比例2中不包括解消剂。
1.实施例1-5的发明与对比例经过消毒处理10次以上实验结果
从以上数据可以看出实施例1-5经过消毒处理10次以上,其性能依然较为出色,符合GB 19082-2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》的规定。通过对比可以看出对比例1中不包括赋形剂其性能数据下降明显,断裂强力纬向只有30N,同时对比例2不包括解消剂,其性能数据相比几个实施例也不够优越,液体阻隔性能仅有2100g/(m2.d),可以推导出赋形剂与解消剂都对发明性能有着关键影响。

综上所述本发明满足采用乳酸、福尔马林、双氧水、过氧乙酸消毒液多达10次以上消毒处理,保持良好的液体阻隔性能≥3000g/(m2.d),断裂强力高>45N,阻燃性能强续燃时间小于4秒,断裂伸长率高≥100%,并且具有成本价格优势。对经过消毒的发明进行微生物指标检测,细菌菌落总数均<20CFU/g,真菌菌落总数<20CFU/g,大肠菌群、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌均未检出,检测结果均为阴性。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,包括外层面料和内层面料,其特征在于:所述外层面料包括两层无纺布,所述外层面料的无纺布包括聚丙交酯85-90份,柠檬酸改性聚丙烯醚5-10份,芳纶2-6份;所述外层面料的加工工艺为:至少在所述外层面料的一层无纺布表面涂覆无水胶黏剂,并粘附赋形剂,然后将两层无纺布贴合,使得赋形剂夹在两层无纺布之间,干燥处理;所述内层面料包括无纺布层和热压熔融复合在所述无纺布层一侧外表面的聚乙烯树脂膜层;所述内层面料的加工工艺为:按重量份配比,将70-84份聚乙烯树脂、10-15份木棉纤维、0.5-1份润滑剂加入搅拌机中搅拌分散均匀,再加入1-3份解消剂、5-10份交联剂在密炼机中密炼均匀,出片后送入挤出压延机中压延成膜,双向拉伸,冷却,辊压定型,即得聚乙烯树脂膜,通过热压熔融复合,在无纺布层一侧外表面上贴覆所述聚乙烯树脂膜;所述热压熔融复合的温度为180-190℃、压力为0.4-0.6MPa;所述赋形剂为甲基纤维素;所述解消剂为负载有纳米钛的陶土,纳米钛的重量占陶土的5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,其特征在于:所述内层面料无纺布的密度为20-30g/cm2,孔隙率为70-80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,其特征在于:所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、二乙烯基苯、二丙烯酸-1,4-丁二醇酯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用的无纺布复合面料,其特征在于:所述干燥处理采用鼓风干燥,干燥温度为50-60℃。
