Background
The anti-loose process of the present common fastener structure mainly comprises the anti-loose and friction anti-loose aspects of the structure, and the relatively common application is as follows: 1. the three-point locking nut or the opposite-side locking nut realizes locking by changing the shape of the internal thread, and is simple to operate. The disadvantages are that: the size matching shape is changed by pressing three points or pressing the opposite side, the sizes of the pressing points are uniform, and the situation that the locking torque is unqualified often occurs. 2. Nylon insert lock nut: the insert is made of metal materials and nylon materials, among various insert materials, the nylon materials are best in toughness and wear resistance and have good resilience and reusability, so that the number of the locknuts using the nylon inserts in the industry and the market is large, but the use temperature and the surface treatment process (such as a coating process) of the locknuts are limited by the use temperature of the nylon materials, the locknuts are used at-54-100 ℃, the nylon materials are softened and deformed at too high temperature, and the nylon materials are brittle and hard at too low temperature and are accelerated to age, so that the locking function is reduced.
In addition, neither of the above two nuts has a sealing function. The parts used at the connecting points of some oil pipes and water pipes need to be sealed by a sealing gasket, and the parts and the gasket are assembled separately during assembly, so that the operation is troublesome, and the risk of neglected assembly also exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the locking nut with the S-shaped threads, aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art, the structural interference of the meshing position is utilized, the friction is increased, the loosening of the nut is prevented, the triangular boss is designed on the tightening surface of the nut, the effect is that the contact surface is more stable, and the effective sealing of the aluminum gasket is ensured.
In order to realize the above-mentioned purpose, design a lock nut of S type screw thread, including the nut, its characterized in that: the inner side of the nut is axially provided with internal threads, the internal threads comprise straight threads and S threads, the inner side above the center of the nut is provided with the S threads, and the straight threads are arranged above and below the S threads; a boss is connected with the bottom of the nut, and a through hole is formed in the center of the boss; an aluminum washer is arranged below the nut.
The S threads are at least provided with 2 threads, and the S threads are sequentially and continuously arranged.
The boss is of a triangular panel structure, three edges of the outer edge of the boss are arc edges, and the thickness of the boss is 0.5 mm.
The nut and the boss are of an integral structure.
The diameter of the aluminum washer is larger than that of the nut, and the thickness of the aluminum washer is 1 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the locking nut with the S-shaped threads has the advantages that the locking function of the threads is realized by changing the equivalent friction angle, the loosening is effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the sealing effect can be realized by the aid of the aluminum washer.
The surface treatment method of the aluminum gasket is simple, only needs passivation treatment, is not easy to rust and has high cost performance.

The invention is further illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an inner thread 4 is axially arranged on the inner side of the nut 1, the inner thread 4 comprises a straight thread 4-1 and an S thread 4-2, the S thread 4-2 is arranged on the inner side above the center of the nut 1, and the straight thread 4-1 is arranged above and below the S thread 4-2; the bottom of the nut 1 is connected with a boss 2, and the center of the boss 2 is provided with a through hole; an aluminum washer 3 is arranged below the nut 1.
The S threads 4-2 are at least provided with 2, and the S threads 4-2 are sequentially and continuously arranged.
The boss 2 is in a triangular panel structure, three edges of the outer edge of the boss 2 are arc edges, and the thickness of the boss 2 is 0.5 mm.
The nut 1 and the boss 2 are of an integral structure.
The diameter of the aluminum washer 3 is larger than that of the nut 1, and the thickness of the aluminum washer 3 is 1 mm.
And (3) comparing the processing technology:
1. pressing three points/opposite side type locking nuts: cold heading, tapping, three-point pressing/edge pressing, heat treatment and surface treatment.
The process has the defects that the stamping is carried out before the heat treatment, the stamping size is deformed due to the high heat treatment temperature, and the subsequent locking performance is influenced.
2. Nylon embedded lock nut: cold heading, tapping, heat treatment, surface treatment, riveting and pressing of lock plates and surface treatment.
The process has the defects that the coating is damaged when the locking plate is riveted, the corrosion resistance of the nut is influenced, the surface treatment is needed before riveting, the surface treatment is needed again after riveting, the cost is high, the surface treatment process is only limited to the process of the temperature which can be borne by the locking plate, and the selection is limited.
The invention relates to an S-shaped thread lock nut: when sealing is not required, the process is cold heading-tapping-heat treatment-surface treatment. The production process is simple, and the production efficiency is improved. If the locking plate needs to be sealed, the process is cold heading, tapping, heat treatment, surface treatment and gasket pressing. The gasket is only needed to slightly press the lock catch, and the original surface treatment coating cannot be damaged.
The anti-loosening experimental data of the S-shaped thread locking nut are shown in the table 1.
The anti-loosening effect is confirmed through the residual torque, and the detection result of the locknut with the specification of M8 × 1.25 shows that the residual torque of the S-shaped locking thread is not attenuated, a better locking function can be achieved, and the torque is more stable compared with other types of locking threads.

The anti-loosening performance is compared through a transverse vibration experiment, and as shown in fig. 4, after the transverse vibration experiment, the axial pretightening force retention rate of the S-shaped thread is over 80%.
