Since the roll stock holder 21 is rotatably mounted on the apparatus main body 11 and two tray holders 22 are rotatably mounted on the roll stock holder 21, in order to avoid the occurrence of drying, which involves being able to press the release paper to the two tray holders 22, respectively, the release paper pressing mechanism 60e further includes a first translational driving mechanism 64 fixed on the apparatus main body 11, a support frame 65 fixed on an output portion of the first translational driving mechanism 64, and the pressing driving mechanism 67 is mounted on the support frame 65, typically, the first translational driving mechanism 64 is an electric cylinder.
During material collection, the tray is subjected to external force, in order to prevent the tray from falling off from the tray seat 22, a baffle plate 66 is mounted on one side of the support frame 65 close to the material collection mechanism 20, and in general, the pressing driving mechanism 67 is fixed on one side of the baffle plate 66 far away from the material collection mechanism 20, and an avoidance hole is formed on the baffle plate 66 corresponding to the pressing rod 68. After the turning driving mechanism 24 drives the coil stock support 21 to rotate, the coil stock support is turned to the position corresponding to the blank tray, the material belt material channel 40 and the isolation paper material channel 60a, and then the first translation driving mechanism 64 drives the baffle tray 66 to move to one side close to the material receiving mechanism 20, so that the blank tray can be clamped between the baffle tray 66 and the tray seat 22 to avoid falling.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the separator cutting mechanism 60d includes a pair of scissors and a cutting power mechanism for driving the pair of scissors to cut, and in general, the separator cutting mechanism 60d further includes a second translational driving mechanism fixed on the apparatus main body 11, the cutting power mechanism and the pair of scissors are mounted on an output part of the second translational driving mechanism, specifically, the second translational driving mechanism is a cylinder or an electric cylinder, the cutting power mechanism is a clamping jaw cylinder, and two output parts of the clamping jaw cylinder are respectively hinged with two arm bodies of the pair of scissors.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate fixing of the outermost spacer paper after the tape is wound around the tray, a glue spraying device 90f is further installed on the apparatus main body 11, where the glue spraying device 90f includes a glue spraying host and a nozzle communicated with the glue spraying host, and the nozzle is disposed above the tray seat 22.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a buffer mechanism 80 is disposed on the device main body 11 corresponding to the material belt traction mechanism 50, where the buffer mechanism includes a feeding wheel set rotatably mounted on the device main body 11, and a discharging wheel set located below the feeding wheel set, and a sliding connection structure is disposed between the discharging wheel set and the device main body 11, and generally, the sliding connection structure is a sliding rail and slider assembly.
Specifically, the feeding wheel set and the discharging wheel set respectively comprise a mounting shaft and at least one material wheel rotatably mounted on the mounting shaft, the mounting shaft of the feeding wheel set is fixed on the equipment main body 11, and the mounting shaft of the discharging wheel set is fixed on a sliding block of the sliding rail sliding block assembly.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tray picking and placing mechanism 90a is a six-axis manipulator, and the empty tray device 90b and the full tray device 90c are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the tray picking and placing mechanism 90 a.
Specifically, the empty tray device 90b and the full tray device 90c respectively comprise an AGV trolley and a bin arranged on the AGV trolley, so that automatic transportation can be realized, and the degree of automation is further improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus main body 11 is further provided with a tape attaching device 90d and a label attaching device 90e at the side portion of the receiving mechanism 20, and the tape may be attached to the peripheral side edge of the tray by the tape attaching device 90d, and the label may be attached to the side portion of the tray by the label attaching device 90 e. The tape attaching device 90d and the label attaching device 90e are known in the art, and will not be described herein.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the material tape receiving apparatus further includes an electric control device, where the lifting driving mechanism 30, the material tape traction mechanism 50, the material tape cutting mechanism 70, the baffle moving driving mechanism 44 of the material tape path 40, the separator paper traction mechanism 60c, the material receiving mechanism 20, the pressing driving mechanism 67 and the first translation driving mechanism 64 of the separator paper pressing mechanism 60e, the sample conveying mechanism 90h, the glue spraying device 90f, the tape attaching device 90d, the label attaching device 90e, the tray picking and placing mechanism 90a, the empty tray device 90b and the full tray device 90c are electrically connected to the electric control device, and typically, the electric control device includes a PLC controller, a touch panel, a power supply, a switch, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus main body 11 includes a table, and a frame fixed on the table, and the lift driving mechanism 30, the material receiving mechanism 20, the release paper pressing mechanism 60e, the sample conveying mechanism 90h, the tape attaching device 90d, and the label attaching device 90e are respectively mounted on the table, and the release paper feeding mechanism 60b, the release paper cutting mechanism 60d, the buffer mechanism 80, and the glue spraying device 90f are respectively mounted on the frame.

Claims (8)

1. The material belt receiving equipment is characterized by comprising an equipment main body, wherein a receiving mechanism, a lifting driving mechanism and a release paper feeding mechanism are respectively arranged on the equipment main body, and the equipment main body further comprises a material tray taking and placing mechanism which is arranged at the position corresponding to the receiving mechanism; the material receiving mechanism comprises a material rolling bracket arranged on the equipment main body and a material tray seat rotatably arranged on the material rolling bracket, and a rotation driving mechanism for driving the material tray seat to rotate is fixed on the material rolling bracket; the output part of the lifting driving mechanism is provided with a material belt channel corresponding to the material disc seat, a material belt traction mechanism arranged at one side of the material belt channel far away from the receiving mechanism, a material belt cutting mechanism arranged between the material belt traction mechanism and the material belt channel, a separation paper channel arranged above the material belt channel and a separation paper traction mechanism arranged at the outlet end of the separation paper channel, wherein the separation paper cutting mechanism is arranged at the position corresponding to the position between the separation paper traction mechanism and the outlet end of the separation paper channel, and the side part of the receiving mechanism is provided with a separation paper pressing mechanism; the isolating paper compressing mechanism comprises a compressing driving mechanism arranged at one side of the material receiving mechanism, a compression rod fixed on an output part of the compressing driving mechanism, a first translation driving mechanism fixed on the equipment main body and a supporting frame fixed on the output part of the first translation driving mechanism, wherein the compressing driving mechanism is installed on the supporting frame.

The material tape receiving apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the material roll support is rotatably mounted on the apparatus main body, two material tray seats are rotatably mounted on the material roll support, the rotation driving mechanism is provided on the material roll support corresponding to each material tray seat, and the material receiving mechanism further comprises a steering driving mechanism for driving the material roll support to rotate.

The material belt receiving device according to claim 1, wherein the material belt channel comprises a groove body section, a pipe body section arranged at one end of the groove body section near the receiving mechanism, two groove walls of the groove body section are correspondingly provided with long through holes, a groove bottom part between the two long through holes is provided with a long blanking hole, and the material belt receiving device further comprises a baffle plate inserted between the two groove walls of the groove body section and a baffle plate moving driving mechanism for driving the baffle plate to translate; and a sample conveying mechanism is arranged on the equipment main body at a position corresponding to the long blanking hole.

A strip receiving apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the separator paper feed path is disposed above the tubular body section; the isolating paper traction mechanism comprises a drawing mechanism fixed on the isolating paper material channel and a clamping mechanism fixed on the output part of the drawing mechanism.
