The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a screw rod for fixing a mesh screen of an impregnator and the impregnator comprising the screw rod, which can prevent the screw rod from following when a nut is unscrewed after a screen is disassembled, so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of a screw for fixing a mesh net cover of an impregnator according to the present invention is shown. The screw 1 of the present embodiment is used to fixedly mount the mesh 3 and the mesh 4 in the infuser to the end cap 2 of the infuser.
Referring to fig. 1, the screw 1 of the present embodiment includes a first screw section 11 and a second screw section 12. The first thread section 11 is provided with first external threads, the first thread section 11 is used for being connected with the end cover 2 of the impregnator, the end cover 2 is provided with a mounting hole with internal threads, the first external threads on the first thread section 11 are matched and connected with the internal threads of the mounting hole on the end cover 2, and the screw rod 1 is tightly connected with the end cover 2. The second thread section 12 is provided with a second external thread, the second thread section 12 is used for being in threaded connection with nuts 5 positioned on two sides of the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4, after the first thread section 11 of the screw 1 is connected to the end cover 2, one nut 5 can be firstly screwed on the second thread section 12 of the screw 1, then the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 are sleeved on the second thread section 12, the other nut 5 is screwed on the second thread section 12, the two nuts 5 are screwed, the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 are clamped and fixed on the second thread section 12 by the two nuts 5, and therefore the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 are fixedly installed on the end cover 2 through the screw 1. In this embodiment, the direction of the first external threads on the first thread segments 11 is opposite to the direction of the second external threads on the second thread segments 12, for example, the first external threads on the first thread segments 11 may be left-handed threads, and the second external threads on the second thread segments 12 may be right-handed threads. Because the direction of rotation of the first external thread on the first thread section 11 is opposite to the direction of rotation of the second external thread on the second thread section 12, when the outermost nut 5 (the nut 5 positioned on one side of the mesh enclosure 4 far away from the end cover 2) on the second thread section 12 of the screw rod 1 is unscrewed in the process of disassembling the mesh 3 and the mesh enclosure 4, the first thread section 11 of the screw rod 1 and the internal thread of the mounting hole on the end cover 2 are always in the screwing and matching state, the phenomenon that the screw rod 1 is followed out can not be generated when the nut 5 is unscrewed, the phenomenon that the screw rod 1 is broken and loosened when being mounted again due to the following out can be avoided, and the production process quality and the production safety of the impregnator can be ensured.
Preferably, the screw 1 of the present embodiment further includes a polished rod section 13, and the polished rod section 13 connects the first thread section 11 and the second thread section 12, thereby forming a three-section positive and negative thread screw. The outer peripheral surface of polished rod section 13 is smooth surface, does not establish the external screw thread, sets up polished rod section 13 between first screw thread section 11 and second screw thread section 12, makes screw rod 1 have a section of polished rod section 13 of not establishing the external screw thread, is favorable to increasing the holistic intensity of screw rod 1 to the security performance of reinforcing steeping ware.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first threaded section 11, the polished rod section 13 and the second threaded section 12 of the screw 1 are coaxially arranged.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the length of the first thread segments 11 is smaller than the length of the second thread segments 12, which facilitates the fitting between the mesh 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 and the end cap 2 of the infuser.
Preferably, in the screw 1 of the present embodiment, an end of the second thread section 12 away from the first thread section 11 is provided with a flat section 14, and the flat section 14 is clamped by the clamping member. When the first thread section 11 of the screw 1 is screwed into the mounting hole of the end cap 2, the body section 14 of the screw 1 can be clamped by a clamping member (such as a wrench), so that the screw 1 can be conveniently and easily screwed into the mounting hole of the end cap 2, and the connection and fixation of the screw 1 and the end cap 2 can be completed. When the screw rod 1 and the end cover 2 are loosened due to misoperation of an operator in the dismounting process, the flat body section 14 on the screw rod 1 can be clamped by a clamping piece (such as a wrench) and the screw rod 1 is screwed down, so that the phenomenon that the screw rod 1 is followed out or loosened when the nut 5 is unscrewed can be completely avoided. In this embodiment, the flat body section 14 may be a rectangular boss extending from an end surface of the second thread section 12 far away from the first thread section 11, so as to facilitate the clamping of the clamping member.
Based on the screw 1, the present embodiment further provides an impregnator, and the impregnator of the present embodiment includes the screw 1 for fixing the mesh net cover of the impregnator of the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, preferably, the impregnator of the present embodiment further includes an end cap 2, a mesh 3, a mesh enclosure 4 and two nuts 5, wherein the end cap 2 is provided with a mounting hole with an internal thread, a first external thread on a first thread section 11 of the screw 1 is in fit connection with the internal thread of the mounting hole on the end cap 2, the two nuts 5 are screwed on a second thread section 12 of the screw 1, and the mesh 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 are sleeved on the second thread section 12 and clamped between the two nuts 5. During installation, the first thread section 11 of the screw rod 1 is connected to the end cover 2, then one nut 5 is screwed on the second thread section 12 of the screw rod 1 in a sleeved mode, then the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 are sleeved on the second thread section 12, the other nut 5 is screwed on the second thread section 12 in a sleeved mode, the two nuts 5 are screwed tightly, the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 are clamped and fixed on the second thread section 12 through the two nuts 5, and therefore the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 are fixedly installed on the end cover 2 through the screw rod 1. During disassembly, the outermost nut 5 (the nut 5 positioned on one side of the mesh enclosure 4 far away from the end cover 2) on the second thread section 12 of the screw rod 1 is unscrewed, and the nut 5 is taken down, so that the mesh 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 can be withdrawn from the second thread section 12 of the screw rod 1. When the outermost nut 5 on the second thread section 12 is unscrewed, because the screwing direction of the first external thread on the first thread section 11 is opposite to the screwing direction of the second external thread on the second thread section 12, the internal thread of the mounting hole on the first thread section 11 of the screw rod 1 and the end cover 2 is always in the screwing and matching state, so that the phenomenon that the screw rod 1 follows out can not be generated when the nut 5 is unscrewed, the phenomenon that the screw rod 1 is broken and loosened when being mounted again due to the following out is also avoided, and the production process quality and the production safety of the impregnator can be ensured.
In the impregnator of the embodiment, the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 can be fixedly installed on the end cover 2 through four screws 1, each screw 1 is provided with two nuts 5, and correspondingly, the end cover 2 is provided with four installation holes with internal threads for being connected with the four screws 1 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Preferably, the four mounting holes are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the end cover 2. Therefore, the reliability and stability of the installation and fixation of the grid 3 and the mesh enclosure 4 on the end cover 2 can be improved, and the working performance and the safety performance of the impregnator are ensured.
