The integrated frame type support arrangement structure provided by the invention integrates multiple functions of multiple intercoolers, supercharger installation, supercharger oil return and integrated water pipes, has the characteristics of high reliability, high sealing property and high integration, and can effectively improve the arrangement compactness of the top of an engine.

The water return pipe 3 is an aluminum casting, is installed through a flange of the bottom frame type support 1 and is communicated with a water return port 8 of the engine.

as shown in fig. 1, the bottom frame type support 1 is mounted on the top of the engine through bolts, and meanwhile, a water return port 8 and a water supply pipeline 9 integrated with the bottom frame type support 1 are communicated with a corresponding interface of the engine through a pipe inserting structure; a water return pipe 3 is arranged on a water return pipe mounting seat 11 in a bottom frame type support 1 through a flange structure; mounting the small bracket 2 provided with the intercooler on a small bracket mounting seat 10 in the bottom frame type support 1; the water feeding pipe 4 is communicated with the water feeding pipeline 9 and the intercooler through the pipe inserting structure; an interstage intercooler is arranged on an interstage intercooler installation 5 in the bottom frame type support 1 through a flange; the supercharger is flanged to a supercharger mounting seat 6 in the bottom frame support 1.
The connecting bolts of the small bracket 2 and the small bracket mounting seat 10 in the bottom frame type support 1 are removed, and the small bracket 2 and the intercooler arranged on the small bracket 2 can be replaced without removing other parts.
The connecting bolt of the water return pipe 3 and the water return pipe mounting seat 11 in the bottom frame type support 1 is removed, and the water return pipe 3 can be replaced under the condition that other parts are not removed.
The connection bolts of the interstage intercooler mounting 5 in the bottom frame type support 1 are removed, and the interstage intercooler can be replaced under the condition that other parts are not removed.
The connecting bolts on the supercharger mounting seat 6 in the bottom frame type support 1 are removed, and the supercharger can be replaced without removing other parts.
And (3) removing the connecting bolts of the bottom frame type support 1 and the engine, and integrally disassembling all parts on the top of the engine.
