Abstract
The invention discloses a transformer assembled on a circuit board, which comprises a PCB (printed circuit board) and a transformer magnetic core, wherein secondary windings of the transformer are arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the PCB, the secondary windings of the transformer are connected and led out through copper foils on the PCB, a primary side skeleton coil of the transformer is inserted into the upper end surface of the PCB, and the transformer magnetic core penetrates through the PCB and the primary side skeleton coil of the transformer to form a complete transformer. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the secondary winding of the transformer does not need to be installed by a framework, the transformer magnetic core can sink deeper, and the height of a welding point of a welding surface of a PCB (printed circuit board) is utilized, so that the height of a power supply is lower, and the existing technical requirement is met.

A transformer assembled on a circuit board comprises a PCB (printed circuit board) 1 and a transformer magnetic core 4, secondary transformer windings 2 are arranged on the upper end face and the lower end face of the PCB 1, the secondary transformer windings 2 are connected and led out through copper foils on the PCB 1, a primary transformer side skeleton coil 3 is inserted into the upper end face of the PCB 1, and the transformer magnetic core 4 penetrates through the PCB 1 and the primary transformer side skeleton coil 3 to form a complete transformer.
And the secondary winding 2 of the transformer is connected with the PCB 1 in a welding manner.
The upper end face of the PCB 1 is an element face, and the lower end face of the PCB is a welding face.
When the transformer is specifically implemented, the secondary winding of the transformer is arranged on the front side and the back side of the PCB, the welding surface of the PCB is provided with one turn of coil, the component surface of the PCB is provided with one turn of coil, the two coils are connected and led out through copper foil on the PCB, so that the framework installation is not needed, the magnetic core of the transformer can sink deeper, the height of a welding point of the welding surface of the PCB is utilized, the height of a power supply is lower, and the existing technical requirements are met.
