Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any more detail in the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for adjusting brightness uniformity of a medical display according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the work flow of the brightness uniformity adjusting method for a medical display according to the present invention includes: step S1, dividing the screen of the medical display into a plurality of display areas; step S2, acquiring an image input signal, and dividing the image input signal into a plurality of independent image signal sources, wherein the number of the independent image signal sources is the same as that of the display areas, and the independent image signal sources and the display areas are in one-to-one correspondence; step S3 is to input the plurality of independent image signal sources into the corresponding display regions respectively to adjust the brightness.
Specifically, in order to achieve uniform display of screen brightness, the screen of the medical display is divided into a plurality of display areas in step S1, wherein the more the divided display areas are, the more uniform the adjusted screen brightness display is, but the less the number of the divided display areas is, otherwise, the processing speed is too slow, and the display effect is affected. As an alternative embodiment, the screen of the medical display is equally divided into 4 display areas; of course, the screen of the display may be equally divided into 6, 8 or 9, which is not particularly limited in the present invention. The purpose of equal division is to make the division operation of the input image signal in the subsequent step simpler; it is therefore within the scope of the invention to employ unequal division for certain specific needs.
In view of the above, one of the objectives of the present invention is to make brightness adjustment of a medical display more uniform, and therefore it is proposed to divide a screen of the medical display into a plurality of display areas to ensure that brightness adjustment is more uniform by performing individual brightness adjustment on the plurality of display areas. It should be noted that, the medical display in the present invention is a liquid crystal display, and the brightness adjustment of the liquid crystal display requires the adjustment of the input RGB signals; therefore, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention further needs to divide the obtained image input signal into a plurality of independent image signal sources in step S2; in step S3, the plurality of independent image signal sources are input to the corresponding display regions, respectively, and brightness adjustment is performed.
In some implementations, the step S2 of acquiring the image input signal, and dividing the image input signal into a plurality of independent image signal sources includes: acquiring line field information of an image input signal; dividing the image input signal into a plurality of independent image signal sources based on the line-field information and division information of the plurality of display areas; the line field information of the image input signal comprises a horizontal starting position of an image, a horizontal effective area of the image, a vertical starting position of the image and a vertical effective area of the image. As can be seen from the foregoing, the present invention needs to divide the input image signal into a plurality of independent image signal sources according to the division condition of the display screen, and therefore, the division information of a plurality of display areas, such as the division ratio, has to be considered; and dividing the line field information of the display images of different display areas by the same division ratio. Wherein the line field information of the input image signal gives the start position and the effective area of the complete image.
In some embodiments, step S3, inputting the independent image signal sources into the corresponding display regions respectively for brightness adjustment, including measuring brightness characteristic curves of the display regions respectively by a preset color analyzer; GAMMA curve adjustment is carried out on the brightness characteristic curves of the plurality of display areas to enable the brightness characteristic curves to meet the light and shade change gradient required by the medical image standard, and corresponding GAMMA values are obtained; GAMMA correction is performed on the input image signal source based on GAMMA values of the plurality of display regions, respectively, to adjust brightness of an output image. Wherein, the ideal GAMMA curve is an exponential function curve, and is expressed by a formula as follows:
output-inputGAMMA;
The purpose of adjusting the brightness characteristic curve is to make the brightness of the screen more suitable for the sensitivity of human eyes to the brightness interval. Note that, since the luminance characteristic curves of the respective display regions are different, the determined GAMMA values after the GAMMA curve adjustment are different from each other. Compared with the existing mode that the GAMMA correction is only carried out by adopting the same GAMMA value, the GAMMA correction of the invention is more targeted, so that the brightness display of the screen is more uniform. Wherein, the brightness characteristic curve of the liquid crystal screen and the brightness characteristic curve conforming to human eyes are respectively shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3; FIG. 2 is a graph showing the luminance characteristics of an LCD; wherein the abscissa is the driving voltage and the ordinate is the transmittance. FIG. 3 is a graph of luminance characteristics for a human eye; the abscissa is an input signal, generally an input current or voltage, and the ordinate is an output luminance.
In some embodiments, the method of the present invention further comprises synthesizing the output images of the plurality of display regions into a complete image and outputting for display. The image synthesis means is only required to adopt the conventional means, and the contrast of the invention is not limited.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in a second aspect of the present invention, a brightness uniformity adjusting device for a medical display is further provided, as shown in fig. 4.

In some embodiments, the signal segmentation unit 20 is further configured to obtain line-field information of the image input signal; dividing the image input signal into a plurality of independent image signal sources based on the line-field information and division information of the plurality of display areas; the line field information of the image input signal comprises a horizontal starting position of an image, a horizontal effective area of the image, a vertical starting position of the image and a vertical effective area of the image.
