After the cartridge is dried, the second moving assembly 6 of the drying mechanism 3 transfers the dried cartridge to the detecting mechanism 8, and the detecting mechanism 8 includes: the detection cover 81, the detection seat 82, the detection table 83, the detection rotary driver 84, the fourth roller conveyor 85, the detection baffle plate and the plurality of groups of detection sensors 86; the detection cover 81 is installed on one side of the discharge hole of the installation cover 1 and is connected with the installation cover 1, the detection cover 8 is provided with a detection inlet and a detection outlet, and the detection inlet is communicated with the discharge hole of the installation cover 1 when the second protection plate is in an open position; the detection baffle is movable between a closed position closing the detection outlet and an open position exposing the detection outlet; the detection seat 82 is installed in the detection cover 81, the detection table 83 is movably installed on the detection seat 82, and the detection table 83 is provided with a detection area; the detection rotation driver 84 is used for driving the detection table 83 to rotate; the fourth roller conveyor 85 is mounted on the detection table 83, and is configured to transfer the cassette sent out from the discharge port of the mounting cover 1 to the detection area, and to send out the detected cassette from the detection outlet of the detection cover 81; the detecting sensor 86 is mounted on the inner wall of the detecting cover 81 for detecting the cleanliness of the cassette transferred to the detecting area. The fourth roller conveyor 85 of the detecting mechanism 8 moves the dried cassette to the detecting area, detects the cleanliness of the cassette by the detecting sensor 86, and the worker determines whether the cassette is acceptable or not based on the detection result, and the detected cassette is sent out from the detecting outlet of the detecting cover 81.

According to the cassette cleaning machine provided by the invention, in the cleaning process, the cassettes on the first moving assembly are driven to rotate simultaneously by the rotation of the first moving assembly on the cleaning table, so that sprayed cleaning liquid can be sprayed onto the cassettes in multiple directions in the cleaning process, a cleaning blind area is avoided in the cleaning process, and the problem that the cleaning effect of the cassette cleaning equipment in the prior art is not ideal is solved.

the spraying assembly (22) is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cover (1) and is used for spraying cleaning liquid to the cassette in the spraying cleaning process;
the air injection assembly (23) is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cover (1) and is used for injecting high-pressure air to the cassette during high-pressure purging;
a drying mechanism (3) installed in the drying work area, the drying mechanism (3) comprising: a receiving table (31), a second moving assembly (6) and at least one set of drying assemblies (32);
a drying area is arranged on the table top of the bearing table (31);
the second moving assembly (6) is rotatably arranged on the bearing table (31) and is used for moving the cleaned cassettes transmitted from the first moving assembly (5) to the drying area for drying operation and sending the dried cassettes out of the discharge hole;
the drying component (32) is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cover (1) and is used for spraying high-temperature gas to the cassette during the drying operation;

the rotary driver (71) is arranged on the base and used for driving the feeding and discharging table (72) to rotate around a pivot joint with the base so that the cassette placed on the inner side surface of the second extension part (722) can be rotated and poured onto the third roller conveyor (73);
the third roller conveyor (73) is used for conveying the cassettes from the feed opening of the mounting cover (1) to the first moving assembly (5) of the cleaning mechanism (2).
