技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种珠光免洗护发精华。
背景技术
秀发需要细心呵护,然而,我们的头发每一天都在面对来自人为和自然因素 造成的损伤,从梳头、束发到染烫、吹发、日光浴,随着表层毛鳞片一点点剥 落,发质也越来越脆弱,干枯、毛燥、暗哑无光、打结、静电、飞发、不易梳 理等各种问题让我们烦恼不已。对头发护理的需求尤为迫切,头发护理精华的 使用量日渐增加。
目前市售头发护理精华产品琳琅满目,各类产品根据其组分的不同可以细分 为许多类,但不同产品之间的功能却大同小异。在这种情况下,产品的外观是 否新颖也就成为了产品能否吸引消费者的重要因素,相应地也就成为了评价相 关产品的一个重要内容。不过,现有的产品外观之间同质化现象严重,缺乏区 分度。因此,如何改变产品单调的外观,使消费者能够对其产生耳目一新的感 觉就成了当前头发护理精华产品的一个值得探索研究的课题。
珍珠的柔和的、闪光的光泽对人类产生特殊的吸引力。一直以来,为了增 加化妆品的附加值而使用赋予珠光的基剂,在珠光组合物中作为用于赋予珠光 的主要成分,已知的珠光剂分为天然和合成两类。天然珠光剂有贝壳粉、云母 粉和天然胶等;合成珠光剂则是高级脂肪酸类、醇类、酯类和硬脂酸盐类等。合 成珠光剂需要在阴离子/非离子表面活性剂复合物中加热才能显示出珠光效果, 通常用于冲洗型护发精华中。天然来源的珠光粉可添加于各种化妆品中,然而, 某些矿物来源的珠光粉含有一些重金属,会造成阻塞或者刺激性等安全性问题。 然而消费者对头发护理精华的要求越来越高,要求既要料体漂亮的外观,又不 能添加会对身体有伤害的原料。
因此开发一种安全护发、效果优异、拥有美丽的珠光外观的免洗护发精华 产品更能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种珠光免洗护发精华,该精华 通过将银耳多糖、海藻糖、女贞籽提取物、复合氨基酸、多元醇、鲸蜡醇、 山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、柠檬酸、羟乙基纤维素、苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、泛醇、 苯氧乙醇、香精等原料合理配伍,制得的珠光免洗护发精华具有稳定柔和的珠 光,为产品提供美丽外观的同时修复发丝,令头发滋润光泽、柔顺爽滑、易于 梳理,且用后无需冲洗,还能抗环境污染。另外该珠光免洗护发精华无毒副作 用,对人体温和无刺激,制备简便,使用方便,适合各类发质使用,具有广阔 的市场推广前景。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种珠光免洗护发精华,包括如下重量百分比的原料:0.1~3%银耳多糖、 0.1~1%海藻糖、1~5%女贞籽提取物、0.3~1%复合氨基酸、2~5%多元醇、 0.05~0.2%鲸蜡醇、1~3%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、0.3~1%柠檬酸,0.002~0.05%羟 乙基纤维素、0.2~0.5%苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.1~0.3%泛醇、0.2~0.5%苯氧乙醇、 0.001~0.002%香精,余量为水。
进一步的,所述复合氨基酸由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:0.1~5%丝氨 酸、0.2~3%甘氨酸、0.1~5%丙氨酸、0.1~5%天冬氨酸、0.1~4%缬氨酸、0.2~2% 精氨酸、0.1~1%异亮氨酸、0.1~2%亮氨酸、0.1~3%谷氨酸、0.1~2%脯氨酸, 0.05~2%乳酸钠,0.05~2%乳酸,20~40%1,3-丁二醇,3~10%甘油,余量水。
进一步的,所述银耳多糖,INCI名为银耳(TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS)多 糖,其制备方法如下:
(1)将食品级干银耳磨成粉,粒度120目;
(2)按质量比1:50的比例加入纯水,100℃煮1小时,离心(3000r/min, 15min)得上清液1,和滤渣1;
(3)取滤渣1,按质量比1:30的比例加入纯水,100℃煮30min,离心(3000 r/min,15min)得上清液2;
(4)合并上清液1和2,按质量比200:1的比例加入活性炭粉(粒度为 200目),搅拌5min,真空抽滤机抽滤得无色透明溶液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得溶液减压蒸发,除去50%的水分,加入0.5%的苯氧 乙醇,得无色透明粘稠液体即为本发明的银耳多糖。
该方法得到的银耳多糖为全系列银耳多糖,分量从1000Da到1百万Da均 有分布,平均分子量为10万Da,具有优异的保湿和成膜性,能有效填补发丝内 外受损空洞,为发丝提供持久的水分和润滑感,并隔绝外界粉尘微粒,起到抗 污染的作用。
本发明中,所述海藻糖是一种通过生物发酵技术从玉米淀粉中获得的稳定 非还原性双糖,属于小分子保湿剂,具有优异的保持细胞活力和生物大分子活 性的特性。海藻糖能够在头发表层形成一层特殊的保护膜,保持头皮原有营养 和水分,保护发丝纤维及毛鳞片在极端环境下(高温、高寒、干燥、强风、强 紫外线辐射等)也能免遭脱水的伤害,帮助头发保持天然的结构,不受气候潜 在伤害。海藻糖还具有将外来的热量辐射出去的功能,从而保护头发不致受损, 并能活化细胞,使头发变得更健康、更富有弹性。海藻糖还能抑制由于脂肪酸 降解而导致的挥发性醛类的产生,能抑制由此而引起的异味。
进一步的,所述女贞籽提取物,INCI名为女贞(LIGUSTRUM LUCIDUM) 籽提取物,对头发具有明显的改善分叉、滋养保健的效果,对发须早白,乌发 须有很大的作用。其制备方法如下:
(1)冬季木犀科植物女贞的果实成熟时采摘,除去枝叶晒干;
(2)将晒干的女贞籽,磨成粉,粒度为200目;
(3)按质量比1:70:30的比例加入水和甲基丙二醇,超声波处理1h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合液按进行抽滤,取滤液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得滤液中按质量比500:1的比例加入活性炭粉(粒度 为200目),搅拌5min,真空抽滤机抽滤得无色透明溶液;即为本发明的女贞 籽提取物。
本发明中,所述复合氨基酸,从天然植物中提取,分离纯化而得。包括人 体最主要的10种氨基酸:丝氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、缬氨酸、精氨 酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸,辅以乳酸钠、乳酸、1,3-丁二醇和甘 油制成的水剂,方便使用。肤感润滑,滋养,调节产品肤感,滋润肌肤。具有 高效保湿性,能有效修复皮肤屏障,调节头皮水分,滋润头发,强固头皮屏障, 配合氨基酸表活,既可以温和护理头皮,维持头皮环境水油平衡,也可以滋润 头发,提高头发抗静电性和梳理性,让头发恢复光彩魅力;
本发明中,所述山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺,为阳离子表面活性剂,具有良好的 亲和性,对于蛋白质的变性作用较小,安全性较高,对眼刺激性较低;良好的 滋润调理性,可以明显改善发质,提高头发柔韧性,抗缠结、抗静电性,增加 头发丰盈度,保湿及光泽感;酸中和后有明显的增稠作用,增加产品的厚实度 和粘性。本发明中,所述鲸蜡醇属于脂肪醇,在化妆品中作为柔润剂、乳化剂 稳定剂使用。这两种物质从未有过可出珠光的报道,在本发明中,我们通过调 整两者的比例、体系的pH值及操作方法可使其出现优美的珠光,开拓了珠光产品新领域。
本发明中,所述苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷是一种水溶低粘度芳基改性聚硅氧烷, 具有高光泽、高润滑性、耐高温、不油不膩,以及良好的成膜性和防水透气性, 具有极佳的柔软感。
本发明中,所述泛醇为D-泛醇,又称原维生素B5。可改善毛发光泽,防止 脱发,促进生发,保持头发湿润,减少头发分叉,防止干脆及断裂,对头发起 保护、修复、护理作用。
本发明中,所述羟乙基纤维素具有良好的增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘合、 成膜、高耐盐、润滑、保护水分和提供保护胶体等特性,应用在发品中可提高 头发的顺滑感。
本发明中,所述多元醇为为1,3-丁二醇、甲基丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇,1, 2-戊二醇,1,2-己二醇中的一种或多种。不仅具有卓越的保湿性、广谱抗菌活 性、增强配方的美观性、活性物伴侣,促渗透性、卓越的安全性,在配方中能 有效抑制引起异味的细菌的生长繁殖,同时不影响人体有益的皮肤菌群。
上述珠光免洗护发精华的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、将羟乙基纤维素预分散在多元醇中,加入常温水分散溶胀;
2、加入山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、柠檬酸、鲸蜡醇、海藻糖、银耳多糖、苯基 聚二甲基硅氧烷和剩余水,85~90℃下保温搅拌溶解均匀;
3、自然放置降温至珠光出现,加入泛醇、女贞籽提取物、复合氨基酸、苯 氧乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明的珠光免洗护发精华的珍珠光泽是由山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺和鲸 蜡醇形成的片层结构实现的。在特定pH值(3.5-4.5)下,山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺和 鲸蜡醇从较高温度下缓慢降温,形成由一层层片层结构堆积而成的条形结晶, 如毛鳞片全部打开的发丝。这些片层结构具有高折光指数,同时对光线进行反 射就形成了珠光。不需要表面活性剂复配也不需要添加珠光粉即可形成美丽的 珠光,增加产品的附加值。
2、本发明采用小分子银耳多糖、复合氨基酸、泛醇、女贞籽提取物、海 藻糖和多元醇等低分子量成分,能够快速渗入发芯,修复发丝内部受损空洞, 达到迅速滋养头发的功效。而山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺及酸性条件能够使头发快速 软化,同时大分子量的银耳多糖、苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和羟乙基纤维素形成疏 水透气护发膜层,保护头发不被外界环境伤害的同时即时抚平发丝毛燥的毛鳞 片,增加头发光泽及顺滑感。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限 于此。
实施例1
一种珠光免洗护发精华,按重量百分比计算,其原料组成及含量如下:
1%银耳多糖、0.5%海藻糖、2%女贞籽提取物、1.5%复合氨基酸、3%甲基 丙二醇、0.1%鲸蜡醇、1.5%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、0.5%柠檬酸,0.01%羟乙基纤 维素、0.4%苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.2%泛醇、0.3%苯氧乙醇、0.001%香精,余 量为水。
其中,复合氨基酸由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:3.1%丝氨酸、0.8%甘 氨酸、0.6%丙氨酸、0.6%天冬氨酸、0.6%缬氨酸、1.05%精氨酸、0.9%异亮氨酸、 0.7%亮氨酸、0.95%谷氨酸、0.9%脯氨酸,0.2%乳酸钠,0.2%乳酸,32%1,3-丁 二醇,8.5%甘油,余量水。
上述珠光免洗护发精华的制备方法为:
1、将羟乙基纤维素预分散在多元醇中,加入常温水分散溶胀;
2、加入山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、柠檬酸、鲸蜡醇、海藻糖、银耳多糖、苯基 聚二甲基硅氧烷和适量的热水,85~90℃下保温搅拌溶解均匀;
3、自然放置降温至珠光出现,加入泛醇、女贞籽提取物、复合氨基酸、苯 氧乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
一种珠光免洗护发精华,按重量百分比计算,其原料组成及含量如下:
0.1%银耳多糖、0.1%海藻糖、1%女贞籽提取物、0.3%复合氨基酸、1.5%1, 3-丁二醇、0.5%1,2-己二醇、0.05%鲸蜡醇、1%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、0.3%柠 檬酸,0.002%羟乙基纤维素、0.2%苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.1%泛醇、0.2%苯氧 乙醇、0.001%香精,余量为水。
其中,复合氨基酸由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:0.1%丝氨酸、0.2%甘 氨酸、0.1%丙氨酸、0.1%天冬氨酸、0.1%缬氨酸、0.2%精氨酸、0.1%异亮氨酸、 0.1%亮氨酸、0.1%谷氨酸、0.1%脯氨酸,0.05%乳酸钠,0.05%乳酸,20%1,3- 丁二醇,3%甘油,余量水。
上述珠光免洗护发精华的制备方同实施例1。
实施例3
一种珠光免洗护发精华,按重量百分比计算,其原料组成及含量如下:
3%银耳多糖、1%海藻糖、5%女贞籽提取物、1%复合氨基酸、3%1,3- 丙二醇,2%1,2-戊二醇,、0.2%鲸蜡醇、3%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、1%柠檬酸, 0.05%羟乙基纤维素、0.5%苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.3%泛醇、0.5%苯氧乙醇、 0.002%香精,余量为水。
其中,复合氨基酸由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:5%丝氨酸、3%甘氨 酸、5%丙氨酸、5%天冬氨酸、4%缬氨酸、2%精氨酸、1%异亮氨酸、2%亮氨 酸、3%谷氨酸、2%脯氨酸,2%乳酸钠,2%乳酸,40%1,3-丁二醇,10%甘油, 余量水。
上述珠光免洗护发精华的制备方同实施例1。
对比例1
与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺,柠檬酸含量为0.005%。
对比例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加鲸蜡醇。
对比例3
与实施例1的不同之处在于,柠檬酸含量为0.28。
对比例4
与实施例1的不同之处在于,将山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺替换成硬脂基三甲基 氯化铵,柠檬酸含量为0.017。
对比例5
与实施例1的不同之处在于,将山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺替换成聚季铵盐-10, 柠檬酸含量为0.028。
对比例6
与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加银耳多糖。
对比例7
与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加银耳多糖和女贞籽提取物。
对比例8
与实施例1的不同之处在于,不添加女贞籽提取物、银耳多糖和复合氨基 酸。
对实施例1~3及对比例1~3进行理化检测,所得检测指标如下:
一、性状检测
实施例1~3为乳白色带珠光的乳液。
对比例1分层,上层为白色絮状物,下层为半透液体。
对比例2为乳白色弱珠光乳液。
对比例3为乳白色乳液。
对比例4为微白乳液。
对比例5为微白粘稠乳液。
具体结果见图1和图2。图1从左倒右分别对应实施例1、实施例2和实施 例3的外观照片,从图中可见3个实施例都有良好的珠光效果。图2从左倒右 分别对应对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4和对比例5的外观图,从图 中可见只有对比例2有微弱的珠光。由对比例1的结果可见,单独使用鲸蜡醇 无法产生珠光,且产品不能稳定。由对比例2的结果可见单独使用山嵛酰胺丙 基二甲胺虽能产生珠光,但珠光及其微弱,不具应用价值。由对比例3的的结 果可见,pH值对产品的珠光有调控作用,所以该珠光免洗护发精华的珠光由鲸 蜡醇和山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺在酸性(pH值为3.5~4.5)条件下共同结晶形成。这 是我们首次发现不用珠光剂和珠光粉,在特定的pH和操作工艺下,体系自结晶 形成珠光,其他阳离子表活和阳离子调理剂不具备的性质,这里我们以常见的 阳离子表活硬脂基三甲基氯化铵和盐离子调理剂聚季铵盐-10为例,同样条件下 制备不出珠光产品,见图二的对比例4和对比例5。
二、pH值检测
对实施例1~3及对比例1~5所述的珠光免洗护发精华取样,用pH计测定 25℃的pH值。具体pH值测定结果见表1。

从数据可知,本发明的保湿抗敏组合物的pH值为3.5-4.5之间,高于该pH 范围则不出现珠光,低于该pH范围则酸性太强,不适合应用于头发。
三、结构表征
1、生物显微镜表征
用生物显微镜(XSP-2CA,1600x)观察实施例1的珠光免洗精华的晶体形 状,结果见图3。从图中可见,产品中的晶体为头发丝样细小晶体。
2、扫描电镜表征
用扫描电子显微镜(Quanta 200FEG)进一步观察晶体表面形态,结果见图4。 从图中可见,该头发丝样细小晶体表面由一层层片层结构堆积而成,这些片层 状结构使整个晶体有如毛鳞片全部打开的发丝,具有高折光指数,同时对光线 进行反射就形成了珠光。
四、斑贴试验
选取90名年龄在22~40岁的志愿者,分成3组,取实施例1~3的组合物 进行安全性评价测试。用注射器取0.03mL样品置于斑试胶带的药室内,立即将 置有样品的斑试胶带从下部开始纵相贴于志愿者左前臂的正常皮肤上,同时轻 压药室以驱除空气,并使试验物均匀分布,试验部位做好标记以便于观察,每 隔24小时贴肤一次,揭开贴片后半小时内按照CTFA指南(1981年)进行检查。 共进行6次班贴实验,贴肤结束后的第6天,为了观察迟发反应,进行追加检 查。鉴定标准见表2,结果见表3。

表3斑贴实验结果
结果显示,实施例1~3的组合物性质温和,没有刺激性,没有发生过敏反 应,适合大部分人群长期实用。
五、综合使用效果检测
实施例1~3和对比例6~8所述的珠光免洗护发精华的使用效果进行评估, 评估方法如下:
选择10名女性长发志愿者进行试验,年龄为18至60岁,平均年龄30岁。 将上述志愿者分为6个试验组,每组30例,分别使用实施例1~3所述的珠光免 洗护发精华。试验的志愿者每天洗涂抹一次头发,连续使用1个月后,进行评 价。
检测标准:
外观:光泽、略有光泽、无光泽;
手感:顺滑、一般顺滑、不顺滑;
抗缠绕性:不打结、个别打结、大部分打结;
评价结果如下见表4.
表4综合使用效果
从表4实施例1~3和对比例6~8的珠光免洗护发精华的使用效果评估测试 结果表明,该珠光免洗护发精华各组分协同增效,有极佳的使用感,使用后能 明显提升头发的光泽、顺滑感及抗缠扰性能。且志愿者皆表示该珠光免洗护发 精华使用方便,温和无刺激,可持续使用。
最后所应当说明的是,上述实施例仅为本发明较佳的实施方式之一,本发 明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,应该理解,本领域技术人员可以设计 出很多其他的修改和实施方式,这些修改和实施方式将落在本申请公开的原则 范围和精神之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种珠光免洗护发精华,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的组分:0.1~3%银耳多糖、0.1~1%海藻糖、1~5%女贞籽提取物、0.3~1%复合氨基酸、2~5%多元醇、0.05~0.2%鲸蜡醇、1~3%山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、0.3~1%柠檬酸,0.002~0.05%羟乙基纤维素、0.2~0.5%苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.1~0.3%泛醇、0.2~0.5%苯氧乙醇、0.001~0.002%香精,79.493~94.647%水。
2.根据权利要求1所述珠光免洗护发精华,其特征在于,所述复合氨基酸由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:0.1~5%丝氨酸、0.2~3%甘氨酸、0.1~5%丙氨酸、0.1~5%天冬氨酸、0.1~4%缬氨酸、0.2~2%精氨酸、0.1~1%异亮氨酸、0.1~2%亮氨酸、0.1~3%谷氨酸、0.1~2%脯氨酸,0.05~2%乳酸钠,0.05~2%乳酸,20~40%1,3-丁二醇,3~10%甘油,余量水。
3.根据权利要求1所述珠光免洗护发精华,其特征在于,所述银耳多糖为全系列银耳多糖,其制备方法如下:
(1)将食品级干银耳磨成粉,粒度120目;
(2)按质量比1:50的比例加入纯水,100℃煮1小时,离心得上清液1,和滤渣1;
(3)取滤渣1,按质量比1:30的比例加入纯水,100℃煮30min,离心得上清液2;
(4)合并上清液1和2,按质量比200:1的比例加入活性炭粉,搅拌5min,真空抽滤机抽滤得无色透明溶液;
(5)将步骤4所得溶液减压蒸发,除去50%的水分,加入0.5%的苯氧乙醇,得无色透明粘稠液体即为本发明的银耳多糖。
4.根据权利要求1所述珠光免洗护发精华,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述离心条件为3000r/min,离心15min;步骤(3)中,所述离心条件为3000r/min,离心15min;步骤(4)中活性炭粉的目数为200目。
5.根据权利要求1所述珠光免洗护发精华,其特征在于,所述女贞籽提取物的制备方法如下:
(1)冬季木犀科植物女贞的果实成熟时采摘,除去枝叶晒干;
(2)将晒干的女贞籽,磨成粉,粒度为200目;
(3)按质量比1:70:30的比例加入水和甲基丙二醇,超声波处理1h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合液按进行抽滤,取滤液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得滤液中按质量比500:1的比例加入活性炭粉,搅拌5min,真空抽滤机抽滤得无色透明溶液;即为本发明的女贞籽提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述珠光免洗护发精华,其特征在于,步骤(4)中活性炭粉的目数为200目。
7.根据权利要求1所述珠光免洗护发精华,其特征在于,所述多元醇为为1,3-丁二醇、甲基丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇,1,2-戊二醇,1,2-己二醇中的一种或多种。
8.一种制备如权利要求1-7任一项所述珠光免洗护发精华的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羟乙基纤维素预分散在多元醇中,加入常温水分散溶胀;
(2)加入山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺、柠檬酸、鲸蜡醇、海藻糖、银耳多糖、苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和剩余水,85~90℃下保温搅拌溶解均匀;
(3)自然放置降温至珠光出现,加入泛醇、女贞籽提取物、复合氨基酸、苯氧乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀即可。
