背景技术
研究证明,家纺用品、内衣、服装等等,特别是老年、孕产妇及婴幼儿服装在日常的穿着使用中,如果没有坚持高温杀菌或洗涤产品浸泡杀菌消毒的话很容易滋生细菌,免疫力差和敏感体质者往往容易发生皮肤瘙痒,红肿等症状,这些问题很可能就是衣物中的细菌感染所致。随着人们生活水平的提高,对穿着的品质要求也越来越多。
世界卫生组织公布人每天必须补充130亿个负离子方能健康成长及生存,然而我们生活的环境仅能获取1-20亿个;特别是长期生活在人口高度集中的城市里的人群;因长期严重缺乏负离子的原因已造成“亚健康”和各种慢性疾病的缠身;随处可见的高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、鼻炎、癌症、骨质疏松等症侵害着大部分人的肌体;因此能抗菌持续释放负离子家纺织品是人类补充负离子的重要来源之一。
现阶段,家纺用品是人们生活中必不可少的产品,其中就包括枕头、被子等,其作为人们睡眠中必备产品,有着助眠、缓解疲劳的功效,但是目前由于室内都涂刷有大量的涂料,建筑墙体内也同样添加有大量的钢筋,使得室内环境中存在大量的正离子,影响人体的健康,因此在对于家纺用品,尤其是对于睡眠用的枕头、被子等家纺而言,对其具备有释放负离子功效的作用是十分需求的。除此之外,随着人们的生活水平越来越高,对于家纺用品的要求也越来越高,尤其是对于常用性、必备型家纺用品的要求表现尤为突出,主要表现在对家纺用品的保健、护肤功效,这也导致了目前市场上的产品无法满足需求。
松针也称松叶、猪鬃松叶、松毛或山松须,是松科松属这一类植物的叶子,形状像针,是松属类植物的主要副产物之一。马尾松、华山松、雪松、红松、黑松、油松、湿地松、云南松等都是可药用的松属植物。松针是松属植物的主要药用部位。现如今市面上没有包含松针的负离子家纺。

1.一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺,其特征在于:包括芯套、内芯和填充物,所述内芯设于芯套内,所述填充物设于内芯内,所述芯套由石墨烯负离子纤维制成,所述内芯由功能纤维制成,所述填充物按照重量份数包括松针萃取物20-40份、山茶复合负离子4-6份、银离子材料1-3份、纳米氧化锌1-2份和去离子水100-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺,其特征在于,所述填充物按照重量份数具体为:松针萃取物20份、山茶复合负离子4份、银离子材料1份、纳米氧化锌1份和去离子水100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺,其特征在于,所述填充物按照重量份数具体为:松针萃取物30份、山茶复合负离子5份、银离子材料2份、纳米氧化锌2份和去离子水200份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺,其特征在于,所述填充物按照重量份数具体为:松针萃取物40份、山茶复合负离子6份、银离子材料3份、纳米氧化锌2份和去离子水300份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意所述的一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺,其特征在于:所述山茶复合负离子中负离子释放量为6000-8000个/秒/立方厘米。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意所述的一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺,其特征在于:所述松针提取液由松针油料和4号溶剂经过浸出、气化、压缩、冷凝和蒸发后获得。
7.一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺的制作方法,其特征在于:将松针萃取物、山茶复合负离子、银离子材料和纳米氧化锌放入混合搅拌机中混合均匀,然后将松针萃取物和去离子水与各原料混合,放入蒸汽型全自动洗脱机中,在填充进内芯中,再把内芯放入芯套内,最后进行蒸汽加热处理,烘干,整理,得到成品。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于松针萃取技术的负离子家纺,其特征在于:所述负离子家纺为枕头、被子或床褥。
