As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
It should be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, these information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, the first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, the second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present specification. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
As shown in fig. 1, after the AP is started, a connection is established between the AP and the AC through the CAPWAP protocol, the AC establishes a control tunnel and a data tunnel with the AP through the CAPWAP protocol, the AC manages and monitors the AP through the control tunnel, and forwards a data packet of the client through the data tunnel.
Generally, the networking scale of the mode of AC + FIT AP is large, tens of APs to thousands of APs cannot be obtained, and generally, the version of the AP needs to be matched with the version of the AC, so that the upgrading of the software version of the equipment is a relatively complicated and important matter.
The DHCP (dynamic host configuration protocol) described in this disclosure is a network protocol for a local area network. The method is characterized in that a server controls a segment of lP address range, and a client can automatically obtain the lP address and the subnet mask distributed by the server when logging in the server.
For compatibility with BOOTP (Bootstrap Protocol), DHCP retains the message format of BOOTP. The difference between DHCP and BOOTP messages is mainly embodied in the Options field. The function added by DHCP on the basis of BOOTP is realized by the Options field.
The DHCP utilizes the Options field to transmit control information and network configuration parameters, and provides richer network configuration information for the client while realizing dynamic address allocation.
The contents of some options, such as Option 43, Option 82, and Option 184, are not specified in RFC 2132 in a unified way. These options may be used as custom options by the vendor, and may be implemented in the present disclosure using DHCP options.
In order to realize that the AP obtains the configuration information when the AC is not connected, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for configuring the AP, as shown in fig. 2,
s201, the target AP determines that AC connection fails;
s202, accessing the FTP server according to the acquired address information of the FTP server, and acquiring configuration information corresponding to the target AP from the FTP server;
s203, configuring the target AP according to the configuration information.
In step S201, after the user accesses the target AP to the network, the user is a target AP home appliance, the target AP searches for the AC through the CAPWAP protocol, and if the time is out within the preset time period, the target AP determines that the connection to the AC fails.
When the target AP determines that the connection with the AC fails, a process of searching for an FTP Server can be started, wherein the FTP Server is a special computer which is specially used for other computers to retrieve and store files. The file server usually has a larger storage capacity than a general personal computer, and has some other functions, such as a disk image, a plurality of network interface cards, and a hot-standby multi-power supply. By the time, file servers have evolved into high performance systems with raid (redundant Array of Independent disks) storage subsystems and other highly available features.
In this embodiment, the FTP Server may be a separate Server, or the FTP Server is placed in a DHCP Server.
In step S202, before the target AP accesses the FTP server, address information of the FTP server needs to be acquired, where the method for acquiring the address information of the FTP server may include a wireless network acquisition method and a wired network acquisition method.
In an embodiment of a method for acquiring address information of an FTP server by using a wireless network, before leaving a factory, a target AP may set a target Wi-Fi name and an access password in the target AP, after the target AP is powered on, the Wi-Fi network may be scanned, and it is determined whether a target Wi-Fi exists in the Wi-Fi network, if the target Wi-Fi exists, the target Wi-Fi may be accessed by using the access password, in one case, after the target AP accesses the target Wi-Fi, a gateway address may be acquired by using DHCP, and the gateway address may be used as address information of the FTP server, and subsequently, the target AP may acquire configuration information from the gateway, where the configuration information may be a version of the AP.
For example, in an application scenario, a user may start a hotspot with a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone), set the hotspot name as "software", and the password as "12345678", install an APP of an FTP server on the mobile phone, add a user "admin", set the password ", place an image.
In another embodiment of the method for acquiring address information of an FTP server by using a wired network, a gateway device may serve as a DHCP server, and first, it is determined that a wired physical port of a target AP belongs to a VLAN1, and after the target AP accesses the wired network, the target AP dynamically acquires an IP address through DHCP, and meanwhile, the target AP acquires the IP address and acquires the FTP address information (user name, password) through a DHCP option.
For example, assuming that the function is implemented by using DHCP option128, while configuring the address pool on the DHCP server, a custom option, such as the configuration method of the H3C device, is configured.
# configures DHCP address pool 1.
[DHCP Server]dhcp server ip-pool 1
[DHCP Server-dhcp-pool-1]network 1.1.1.0mask 255.255.255.0
# configures the contents of Option128 by way of custom options.
[DHCP Server-dhcp-pool-1]option 128ascii 01010102/ftpuser/password
[DHCP Server-dhcp-pool-1]quit
[DHCP Server]quit
The option includes three pieces of information, 01010102 corresponds to the ip address of the hexadecimal ftp server, namely 1.1.1.2,/is a separator, the information behind the first separator is an ftp account, and the information behind the second separator is a password corresponding to the ftp account.
The target AP acquires the IP address and the information in the option128, analyzes the address and account information of the FTP server according to a custom rule, automatically starts an FTP client, logs in the FTP server by using the acquired user name and password, such as ' FTP client ' and ' password ', and gets a version file under a root directory, wherein the file is also a fixed name, such as ' image.
And after acquiring the configuration information (version) from the FTP server, the target AP performs verification check on the version file, and automatically upgrades the version file after the verification is qualified.
And if the version acquired by the target AP from the FTP server is consistent with the currently running version, the version in the target AP can be used, and the target AP does not perform the version updating action.
After the target AP acquires the version, the target AP can identify the upgrading state through the indicator light in the upgrading process, for example, the blue flicker of the system light is that the version is acquired from the FTP server, the yellow flicker of the system light is that the system light is being upgraded (power can not be cut off), and the like, so that a client can know the current state of the target AP under the condition that the client does not log in the target AP.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, when the AP is not connected to the AC, the gateway (or a device capable of executing the gateway) may be used to execute the FTP function, so that the AP may obtain the configuration information through the gateway, thereby solving the technical problem that the AP cannot be upgraded due to the fact that the AP is restricted by the AC.
Based on the same idea concept of the foregoing method embodiment, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an AP, where the AP includes:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the connection between the AP and the AC fails;
the acquisition module is used for accessing the FTP server according to the acquired address information of the FTP server and acquiring configuration information corresponding to the target AP from the FTP server;
a configuration module, configured to configure the target AP according to the configuration information.
Optionally, the detection module is specifically configured to detect that the AP searches for the AC according to the CAPWAP protocol, and if the search fails, the AP determines that the connection to the AC fails.
Optionally, the obtaining module is specifically configured to scan a Wi-Fi network by using a target Wi-Fi name and an access password that are configured in the AP and need to be associated, and determine whether a target Wi-Fi exists in the Wi-Fi network;
and if the target Wi-Fi exists, accessing the target Wi-Fi by using the access password, and acquiring the address information of the FTP server from the target Wi-Fi.
Optionally, the obtaining module is specifically configured to access the AP to a DHCP Server, and obtain address information of the FTP Server from the DHCP Server.
Optionally, a DHCP option field in the DHCP Server stores address information of the FTP Server;
the acquisition module acquires the address information of the FTP Server from a DHCP option field in the DHCP Server.
Optionally, the configuration information includes AP version information.
