The implementation principle of the first embodiment is as follows: when about four meters of corrugated boards need to be conveyed, the corrugated boards are obliquely stacked at the upper end of the placing device 2, all the electric control devices are started through the master controller, the output ends of the first servo motor 233 and the second servo motor 325 are simultaneously rotated through the master controller, and the output end of the third servo motor 314 is independently controlled to rotate through the master controller.
The first conveying platform 23 first conveys the lowermost corrugated cardboard to the second conveying platform 32, then the first servo motor 233 and the second servo motor 325 are stopped, when the next corrugated cardboard contacts the first conveying platform 23, the first servo motor 233 and the second servo motor 325 are started again, so that the second corrugated cardboard is conveyed to the second conveying platform 32, and the previous corrugated cardboard is conveyed to the third conveying platform 31 through the second conveying platform 32, and the first servo motor 233 and the second servo motor 325 are stopped again.
The third servo motor 314 is started, so that the push plate 33 on the third conveying platform 31 and below the second conveying platform 32 moves towards the corrugated cardboard, and the corrugated cardboard is pushed to the discharge end of the third conveying platform 31 and enters the corrugated cardboard box cutting machine for cutting.
Example two:
referring to fig. 7 and 8, the difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that a telescopic mechanism 7 is disposed between both sides of the support frame and the first conveying platform 23, and the telescopic mechanism 7 includes a telescopic rod 71 disposed on the support frame, a second moving rail 72 disposed on the inner wall of the first mounting seat 1, and a rack 73 disposed on the telescopic rod 71. The first mounting base 1 is provided with a gear 74 meshed with each rack 73, two gear 74 pieces are provided with rotating connecting rods, one gear 74 is provided with a driving piece 75, and the driving piece 75 is a manual knob. The two gears 74 are simultaneously rotated by a manual knob, and each gear 74 drives the corresponding rack 73 to stretch and retract, so that the two telescopic rods 71 are driven to simultaneously move on the second moving guide rail 72, and the distance between the placing roller 21 and the first conveying platform 23 on the placing frame 22 is adjusted. The manual knob in the above may be provided as a servo motor, and the placing roller 21 is moved to a proper position by controlling the servo motor.

One side of each telescopic rod 71 close to the third supporting plate 8 is provided with a fixed plate 13, each fixed plate 13 is provided with a fourth moving guide rail 14, one end of each fourth moving guide rail 14 faces the placing roller 21, and the other end faces the first conveying platform 23. The both sides of third backup pad 8 are equipped with the third slider that runs through logical groove guide rail, and the below of third slider also forms detachable construction through stopper cooperation fastening bolt and fixed plate 13.
The two sides of each baffle 43 are provided with the anticollision mechanisms 6, each anticollision mechanism 6 comprises an upper pin shaft arranged on the baffle 43, a lower pin shaft, an upper belt pulley 61 rotationally arranged on the upper pin shaft, a lower belt pulley 62 rotationally arranged on the lower pin shaft, and a second conveying belt 63 circumferentially arranged on the upper belt pulley 61 and the lower belt pulley 62, the upper belt pulley 61 and the lower belt pulley 62 are arranged on one side close to the first conveying platform 23, one side of the second conveying belt of each anticollision mechanism 6 is provided with more side surfaces of the baffle 43, so that the belt body on one side of the second conveying belt 63 is positioned on the outer side of the baffle 43, and the side surface of the corrugated board stacked on the placing device 2 is abutted to the second conveying belt 63.
The implementation principle of the second embodiment is as follows: the distance between the placing roller 21 and the first conveying platform 23 is adjusted according to the width of the corrugated board, the second sliding block 10 is arranged at a proper position, and then the telescopic cylinder 11 is controlled to move the rubber roller to a position below the corrugated board to support the corrugated board to a proper position and stop. Pile up corrugated container board on placer 2, one side of corrugated container board pushes up on crashproof mechanism 6's second conveyer belt 63, when corrugated container board whereabouts, drives second conveyer belt 63 and removes.
