Illustratively, the user purchases and places an order through the e-commerce platform, and after online payment is made through the financial platform, the e-commerce platform generates a final user order, and sends the user order to the order management system 11 in the digital operation management platform through a digital interface between the e-commerce platform and the digital operation management platform.
The order management system 11 receives a user order sent by the e-commerce platform, checks the user order, and issues the user order to a corresponding manufacturer, determines whether goods in the user order are available, if so, carries out delivery processing on the user order, and if not, generates a production order according to the shortage condition of the user order, and sends the production order to the intelligent manufacturing system 12, so that the intelligent manufacturing system 12 carries out goods production according to the production order.
The intelligent manufacturing system 12 receives the production order sent by the order management system 11, carries out production scheduling on the production order according to production requirements, judges whether materials of the production order are completely matched, if the materials of the production order are completely matched, generates a production work order according to the production order, executes the production work order to carry out production material preparation, production processing, quality inspection and packaging, completes production of goods, sends production information of the goods to the order management system 11 after the production of the goods is completed, enables the order management system 11 to carry out delivery processing on a user order, and if the materials of the production order are not completely matched, generates a purchase request according to the material shortage condition of the production order, sends the purchase request to the supply chain management system 13, and enables the supply chain management system 13 to carry out material purchase according to the purchase request. After receiving the production order, the intelligent manufacturing system 12 can arrange, execute, and change the production work order according to the production order, and perform dynamic response operations such as canceling, suspending, accelerating, and restarting the production work order process after adjusting the conditions such as the state of the production machine and the inspection of the production specification.
The supply chain management system 13 receives the purchase request sent by the intelligent manufacturing system 12, generates a purchase order according to the purchase request, issues the purchase order to the corresponding supplier according to the material requirement of the purchase order, enables the corresponding supplier to generate a sales order according to the purchase order and confirms the sales order by combining with the actual material stock, performs material issuing processing, sends the stock information to the intelligent manufacturing system 12 after the materials in the purchase order are put in storage, and enables the intelligent manufacturing system 12 to perform goods production.
In the embodiment, the integrated operation management of manufacturing and supply chains can be realized by establishing the digital operation management platform, and the operation management efficiency of manufacturing enterprises is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the digital operation management platform of the manufacturing enterprise further comprises an external intelligent manufacturing system; the external smart manufacturing system is communicatively coupled to the smart manufacturing system 12; the intelligent manufacturing system 12 is further configured to generate an outsource production work order according to the production order when the production order requires outsource production, and send the outsource production work order to an external intelligent manufacturing system; and the external intelligent manufacturing system is used for producing goods according to the outside production work order and sending the outside production information to the intelligent manufacturing system 12.
Illustratively, the intelligent manufacturing system 12 receives the production order sent by the order management system 11, performs production scheduling on the production order according to production requirements, determines whether the production order requires outsourced production, generates an outsourced production work order according to the production order if the production order requires outsourced production, and sends the outsourced production work order to the external intelligent manufacturing system.
The external intelligent manufacturing system receives the outside production work order sent by the intelligent manufacturing system 12, performs material preparation, production processing, quality inspection and packaging according to the outside production work order, completes production of goods, sends the production reporting information of the goods to the intelligent manufacturing system 12, or receives key materials and processes according to the outside production work order, sends the key materials back to a factory managed by the intelligent manufacturing system 12 for quality inspection and packaging, so that the intelligent manufacturing system 12 uniformly records the production reporting information of the goods, and the goods are put in storage for later use.
In this embodiment, by adding the external intelligent manufacturing system, the intelligent manufacturing system 12 and the external intelligent manufacturing system can cooperate to produce goods under the condition of huge production order quantity, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the production order.
In a preferred embodiment, the digital operation management platform of the manufacturing enterprise further comprises an external supply chain management system; the external supply chain management system is in communication connection with the supply chain management system 13; the supply chain management system 13 is used for generating a purchase order according to the purchase request, generating a outsource purchase order according to the purchase order when the purchase order needs outsource purchase, and sending the outsource purchase order to the external supply chain management system; and the external supply chain management system is used for sending the external cooperation purchase order and sending the external cooperation material preparation information to the supply chain management system 13 after the materials in the external cooperation purchase order are put into a warehouse.
Illustratively, the supply chain management system 13 receives the purchase request sent by the intelligent manufacturing system 12, generates a purchase order according to the purchase request, determines whether the purchase order requires outsourced purchase, generates an outsourced purchase order according to the purchase order if the purchase order requires outsourced purchase, and sends the outsourced purchase order to the external supply chain management system.
The external supply chain management system receives the outsource purchase order sent by the supply chain management system 13, sends the outsource purchase order to the corresponding supplier according to the material requirement of the outsource purchase order, enables the corresponding supplier to generate the outsource sale order according to the outsource purchase order, confirms the outsource sale order by combining with the actual material stock, carries out material sending processing, sends outsource material preparation information to the supply chain management system 13 after the materials in the outsource purchase order are put in storage, enables the supply chain management system 13 to uniformly record the material preparation information of the materials, and puts the materials in storage for standby.
In this embodiment, by adding the external supply chain management system, the supply chain management system 13 and the external supply chain management system can perform material purchasing in cooperation under the condition that the amount of the purchase order is huge, so that the purchase order processing efficiency is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the order management system 11 is further configured to, after obtaining the user order sent by the e-commerce platform, perform delivery processing on the user order when goods in the user order are good, generate a production order when goods in the user order are not good, and audit the user order before sending the production order to the intelligent manufacturing system 12.
Illustratively, the order management system 11 obtains a user order sent by the e-commerce platform, and performs audit on the user order, where the audit includes whether a user of the audit user order has a bad record, whether goods in the user order are still in production and sale, whether the quantity of the goods is abnormal, and remark information of the user order, and if the user order passes the audit, it determines whether the goods in the user order have goods, and performs delivery processing on the user order when the goods in the user order have goods, and generates a production order when the goods in the user order have no goods, and sends the production order to the intelligent manufacturing system 12, so that the intelligent manufacturing system 12 performs production of the goods, and if the user order does not pass the audit, feeds back the user order and the audit result to the e-commerce platform.
According to the embodiment, the order of the user is checked, so that the processing of invalid orders can be avoided, and the order processing efficiency of the user is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, when the materials of the production order are complete, a production work order is generated according to the production order to produce the goods, and the production reporting information of the goods is sent to the order management system 11, specifically: carrying out production scheduling according to the production order, and generating a production work order when the materials of the production order are completely sleeved; and (4) carrying out production material preparation, production processing, quality inspection and packaging according to the production work order to obtain goods, and sending production reporting information to the order management system 11.
Illustratively, the intelligent manufacturing system 12 receives the production order sent by the order management system 11, performs production scheduling on the production order according to production requirements, determines whether materials of the production order are completely set, generates a production work order according to the production order if the materials of the production order are completely set, executes the production work order to perform production material preparation, production processing, intermediate processing and packaging, completes production of goods, and sends production information of the goods to the order management system 11 after completing the production of the goods, so that the order management system 11 performs delivery processing on the user order.

As an example, the manager may mark the order on both the order management system 11 and the intelligent manufacturing system 12, so that the relevant personnel, such as the worker, can conveniently perform corresponding processing according to the order mark. And the characteristics of the order are transmitted to related parties in real time through a mark management system, so that related personnel can quickly cooperate and respond according to the order mark. Where active orders, priority orders, emergency orders, etc. may be flagged.
To more clearly illustrate the digital operation management platform of the manufacturing enterprise according to the embodiment, the work flow of the platform is shown in fig. 2 as an example.
In this embodiment, a unified log management interface, a message integration interface, and a data interface of other digital execution systems can be established for the order management system 11, the intelligent manufacturing system 12, and the supply chain management system 13, and a secondary development application container hosting mechanism is established, so that an end user can participate in custom application development and access.
