As shown in fig. 9, unlike the first embodiment, the turning connecting parts 110 of the upper frame 100 are slidably disposed at both ends of the upper frame 100 to form an automatic dust removing double container turning spreader, in the present embodiment, the turning connecting parts 110 are slidably engaged with both ends of the upper frame 100, and the ends of the turning connecting parts 110 are connected to the translation cylinders 600 disposed on the upper frame 100. Other structures in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, when the turnover connection part 110 is slidably disposed at two ends of the upper frame 100, the sliding wheel set located at the upper end of the turnover connection part 110 is in rolling fit with the upper frame 100, so that the turnover connection part 110 is driven by the translation cylinder 600 to stably slide along the horizontal direction of the upper frame 100; in this way, the distance between the two turning-over joints 110 can be adjusted by the translation cylinder 600 on the upper frame 100, so as to realize the automatic unloading and automatic dust removing operation of the container in the same loading and unloading manner as the first embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic dust removal container overturning lifting appliance is characterized in that a lifting device is arranged on the container overturning lifting appliance; comprises an upper frame (100), a turnover frame (200) and a dust removal component;
the upper frame (100) is provided with a turnover connecting part (110) extending to the lower part of the upper frame (100);
a rotary locking mechanism (900) for fixing the container is arranged at the position, corresponding to the container corner fitting, of the turnover frame (200), the middle part of the turnover frame (200) is hinged with the lower end of the turnover connecting part (110) and can rotate around the lower end of the turnover connecting part (110), and a door opening mechanism (1000) for opening or closing the container door is arranged at one side, corresponding to the container door, of the turnover frame (200);
the dust removal assembly comprises a dust removal host (300) which is positioned above the turnover frame (200) corresponding to one side of the container door, a dust collection cover (400) is arranged at an air inlet of the dust removal host (300), and an ash storage hopper (500) which can slide into or slide out of the bottom of the dust removal host (300) is further arranged on the turnover frame (200) in a sliding manner.
2. The automatic dusting container-turning spreader of claim 1;
the turnover connecting part (110) is fixedly connected with the upper frame (100) or is in sliding fit with the upper frame (100), and when the turnover connecting part (110) is in sliding fit with the upper frame (100), the end part of the turnover connecting part (110) is connected with the translation oil cylinder (600) on the upper frame (100).

the turnover connecting parts (110) are arranged in a triangular frame.

and a turnover oil cylinder (700) is arranged between the upper frame (100) and the turnover frame (200), one end of the turnover oil cylinder (700) is hinged with one side of the upper end of the turnover connecting part (110), and the other end of the turnover oil cylinder is hinged with the turnover frame (200) in a sliding manner.

the twist lock mechanism (900) comprises a twist lock (910), a nut (920) and a twist lock sheath (930), the rotary lock (910) is arranged in the nut (920) in a rotating way, a bolt (990) for fixing the rotary lock (910) is inserted in the periphery of the nut (920), a rotary lock sheath (930) is positioned at the lower end of the nut (920) and is fixedly connected with the turnover frame (200), the inner side of the turnover frame (200) is provided with a control rope (940) which is arranged around the rotary locking mechanisms (900) and is connected with the nuts (920) of each rotary locking mechanism (900), the control rope (940) bypasses a plurality of direction-changing pulleys (950) arranged in the turnover frame (200), two ends of the control rope (940) are connected with two ends of a pull rod (960) arranged on the turnover frame (200), the middle part of the pull rod (960) is hinged with the turnover frame (200), the pull rod (960) is also connected with a return spring (970), and the twist lock mechanism (900) can be lifted or put down by rotating the pull rod (960).
7. The automatic dusting container-turning spreader of claim 6;
an eyelet bolt (980) penetrates through the return spring (970), one end of the eyelet bolt (980) is hinged with the pull rod (960), and the other end of the eyelet bolt (980) is hinged with the overturning frame (200) in a sliding manner.

the door opening mechanism (1000) comprises rotating arms (1010) which are arranged on the overturning frame (200) and correspond to two sides of the container door, the two rotating arms (1010) are connected with a rotating arm driving mechanism for driving the rotating arms (1010) to rotate, one rotating arm (1010) is connected with a door blocking rod (1020) which abuts against the container door, and the middle parts of the two rotating arms (1010) are provided with ejector rod oil cylinders (1030) for ejecting the container door; the end parts of the two rotating arms (1010) are also provided with inner tongs (1040) and outer tongs (1050), and the rotating arms (1010) are also provided with clamp oil cylinders (1060) of which the two ends are respectively hinged with the inner tongs (1040) and the outer tongs (1050).

the rocking arm actuating mechanism is including being fixed in drive gear (1070), drive rack (1080) and rocking arm hydro-cylinder (1090) of rocking arm (1010) tip, drive gear (1070) and drive rack (1080) mesh mutually, drive rack (1080) tip is connected with the sliding plug rod end that is fixed in rocking arm hydro-cylinder (1090) on upset frame (200).
10. The automatic dusting container-turning spreader of claim 8;
the swing arm (1010) is provided with a conical sleeve, and the conical sleeve is movably matched with a conical column arranged at the upper end of the door blocking rod (1020).
