The intramedullary nail according to claim 1, characterized in that a fixing head (8) is screwed to one end of the shank fixing portion (1), the fixing head (8) comprises a fixing portion (81), a threaded shaft (83) is fixedly connected to one end of the fixing portion (81), a first annular groove (82) is opened on the surface of the fixing portion (81), and an internally threaded sleeve (84) is sleeved on the surface of the fixing portion (81) and inside the first annular groove (82).
5. Intramedullary nail according to claim 4, characterized in that the internally threaded sleeve (84) is oppositely threaded to the surface of the threaded shaft (83).
