The invention provides a welding device for inner and outer circumferential seams of a multi-edge steel pipe flange, aiming at solving the technical problem of welding the inner and outer seams of the multi-edge steel pipe tower flange in the prior art.
The invention relates to a welding device for inner and outer circumferential seams of a multi-edge steel pipe flange, which comprises a multi-edge steel pipe overturning device, a tracking welding device and a cross sliding table with a sliding table motor; the multi-edge steel pipe overturning equipment is an electric chain type overturning frame; the cross sliding table is arranged at the left side of the roll-over stand, and a first sliding block arranged on the cross sliding table is fixedly connected with a connecting rod; the tracking welding equipment is fixed at one end of the connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is fixed on the first sliding block of the cross sliding table; the tracking welding equipment comprises a slide rail vertically arranged at the end of the connecting rod, a multi-edge pipe tracking wheel and an automatic welding gun arranged on a welding gun oscillator, wherein a second slide block is arranged on the slide rail, the welding gun oscillator is fixedly connected onto the second slide block, the multi-edge pipe tracking wheel is fixedly connected with the second slide block through a roller frame, and the same plane where the automatic welding gun and the multi-edge pipe tracking wheel are located is perpendicular to the vertical surface of the turnover frame.
The cross sliding tables are two, and the two cross sliding tables are respectively connected with flange outer seam tracking welding equipment and flange inner seam tracking welding equipment, so that the inner and outer welding seams of the flange can be simultaneously and independently welded.
A positioning wheel support is fixedly mounted between the multi-edge steel pipe turnover device and the cross sliding table, and a positioning wheel is arranged at the upper end of the positioning wheel support to facilitate positioning of the left and right directions of the multi-edge steel pipe placement process.
Preferably, the sliding table motor and the chain driving motor in the electric chain type roll-over stand are stepping motors.
When the inner and outer circumferential seam welding equipment for the multi-edge steel pipe flange is used, firstly, the multi-edge steel pipe is placed on the electric chain type turnover frame, the central axis of the multi-edge steel pipe is kept horizontal, then the first sliding block moves rightwards and moves downwards under the driving of the sliding table motor, and after a multi-edge pipe tracking wheel contacts the pipe wall, the first sliding block continues to move downwards to enable the second sliding block to be located at a proper position on the sliding rail; after the position of the automatic welding gun is adjusted, a chain driving motor in the electric chain type turnover frame is started and keeps running at a constant speed, so that the rotating speed of the surface of the multi-edge steel pipe can be kept stable; starting the automatic welding gun, wherein the multi-edge pipe tracking wheel keeps in contact with the surface of the multi-edge pipe under the action of gravity, the second sliding block is driven to slide up and down on the sliding rail, and the up-down position of the automatic welding gun is always synchronous with the multi-edge pipe tracking wheel; and after the welding seam is welded for a circle, the automatic welding gun stops, the chain driving motor stops, the first sliding block moves upwards under the driving of the sliding table motor, then the tracking welding equipment returns to the initial position, and then the multi-edge steel pipe subjected to flange girth welding is moved out of the electric chain type turnover frame to complete a multi-edge steel pipe flange girth welding period.
According to the equipment for welding the inner and outer circumferential seams of the multi-edge steel pipe flange, the rotating speed of the surface of the multi-edge steel pipe is stable while the positions and the angles of an automatic welding gun and the welding seam are consistent, so that the uniformity of the welding seam is ensured, the circumferential seam welding quality is high, the speed is high, and the requirement on the flange positioning pre-welding quality is low; the tracking welding equipment adopted by the invention has low cost and stable and reliable performance, and is beneficial to market popularization of the inner and outer girth welding equipment of the multi-edge steel pipe flange.

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner and outer circular seam welding equipment for the multi-edge steel pipe flange comprises multi-edge steel pipe overturning equipment, tracking welding equipment 2 and a cross sliding table 4 with a sliding table motor 3; the multi-edge steel pipe overturning equipment is an electric chain type overturning frame 1; the cross sliding table 4 is arranged at the left side of the roll-over stand 1, and a first sliding block 5 arranged on the cross sliding table 4 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 6; the tracking welding equipment 2 is fixed at the end part of the connecting rod 6; the tracking welding equipment 2 comprises a slide rail 21 vertically arranged at the end of the connecting rod 6, a multi-edge tube tracking wheel 22 and an automatic welding gun 23 arranged on a welding gun oscillator 24, wherein a second slide block 25 is arranged on the slide rail 21, the welding gun oscillator 24 is fixedly connected to the second slide block 25, the multi-edge tube tracking wheel 22 is fixedly connected with the second slide block 25 through a roller frame 26, and the same plane where the automatic welding gun 23 and the multi-edge tube tracking wheel 22 are located is perpendicular to the vertical surface of the roll-over stand 1.
In the embodiment, the number of the cross sliding tables 4 is two, and the two cross sliding tables 4 are respectively connected with the flange outer seam tracking welding equipment and the flange inner seam tracking welding equipment, so that the inner and outer welding seams of the flange can be simultaneously and independently welded.
In the embodiment, a positioning wheel support 7 is fixedly arranged between the roll-over stand 1 and the cross sliding table 4, and a positioning wheel 8 is arranged at the upper end part of the positioning wheel support 7.
In this embodiment, the sliding table motor 3 and the chain driving motor 11 in the roll-over stand 1 are both stepping motors.
