Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a financial management system and method for an intelligent prison, which aim to at least solve one of the technical defects. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a financial management system for an intelligent prison, where a prison financial affairs sets up a plurality of virtual sub-accounts of escortions under a public account; the financial management system comprises a family personal end, an escort consumption end, an organization management end and an intelligent prison cloud platform; the family personal end is used for the family of the escortion to remit money to the virtual sub-account of the corresponding escortion. And the escorting consumption end is used for performing online shopping consumption by using the balance in the corresponding virtual sub-account on the appointed equipment and under a private network environment. And the organization management end is used for the supervisory personnel to manage remittance and consumption business of each virtual sub-account. And the intelligent prison cloud platform is used for associating the family members with the personal side, and communicating between the escort consumption side and the mechanism management side.
The invention aims to establish an informationized, intelligent and integrated cloud platform based on the internet technology and a virtual account system mechanism, provide one-stop fund supervision services such as account management, remittance management, white list admission, automatic clearing, automatic interest bearing, consumption management and the like for a prison institution, provide a convenient remittance channel for families, and provide a humanized consumption mode for escorts.
In an embodiment of the present invention, white list information is pre-set in the organization management end and used for determining whether the sender is in the white list or not, and only allowing the sender in the white list to send money to the corresponding virtual sub-account of the depositor.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the organization administration side is configured to prohibit money from being remitted and record remitters other than the white list on a case when determining that the remitter other than the white list remits money to the virtual sub-account of the depositor.
In one embodiment of the invention, the organization management end is further configured to set at least one of a money transfer amount, a number of money transfers, and a money transfer period.
In one embodiment of the invention, the family personal terminal is used for providing at least one online payment mode; and the family personal terminal selects a corresponding online payment paradigm based on the family, and remits money to a virtual sub-account of a corresponding escort in an online transfer mode.
In one embodiment of the invention, the financial management system further comprises a counter side; the counter side is used for the bank teller to send money to the virtual sub-account of the corresponding depositor in cash.
In an embodiment of the invention, the escorting customer consumption end is used for generating a consumption order according to the online shopping operation of the escorting customer and sending the consumption order to the organization management end; and the organization management end is used for auditing the consumption orders, and when the consumption orders are approved, the escorting consumption end settles accounts based on the balance in the virtual sub-account of the escorting person.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a financial management method for an intelligent prison, where the financial management method includes: based on the family member remittance operation of the escortion, the family member personal side remittance to the corresponding virtual sub-account of the escortion; based on the online shopping operation of the escorting person, the escorting person consumption end uses the balance in the corresponding virtual sub-account to perform online shopping consumption on the appointed equipment and under the private network environment; remittance and consumption businesses of each virtual sub-account are managed by the organization management side based on the management operation of the supervisory person.
In one embodiment of the invention, the system automatically confirms whether the sender is on the white list; allowing the sender to send money to the corresponding virtual sub-account of the depositor when the sender is on the white list; when a sender outside the white list remits money to the virtual sub-account of the depositor, money is prohibited from remitting and the sender outside the white list is recorded on the record.
In an embodiment of the present invention, based on the online shopping operation of the escorting person, the online shopping consumption is performed by the escorting person consuming end on a specified device and under a private network environment by using the balance in the corresponding virtual sub-account, including: the escorting consumption end generates a consumption order based on the online shopping operation of the escorting person and sends the consumption order to the organization management end; and the organization management end examines the consumption order, and when the consumption order passes the examination, the escorting consumption end settles the account based on the balance in the virtual sub-account of the escorting person.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
according to the financial management system of the intelligent prison provided by the invention, each escort has a virtual sub-account, and the remittance of the family and the consumption of the escort can be embodied in the virtual sub-accounts, so that the daily supervision of the zero charge of the escort, the automatic clearing of the remittance of the family, the independent settlement of the zero charge and the automatic settlement of the daily consumption are realized, and the daily management and the audit of the escort, the sub-accounts, the remittance deposit and the consumption deposit can be completed by a supervisor through an organization management end. The financial management system of an informationized, intelligent and integrated intelligent prison is established based on the Internet technology and a virtual account system mechanism, one-stop fund supervision services such as account management, remittance management, white list admission, automatic clearing, automatic interest bearing, consumption management and the like are provided for prison institutions, a convenient remittance channel is provided for families, and a humanized consumption mode is provided for escorts.

The invention is described in detail below, and examples of embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar parts throughout, or parts having the same or similar function.

The embodiment of the invention provides a financial management system of an intelligent prison, which comprises a family personal end, a pledge consumer end, an organization management end and an intelligent prison cloud platform, as shown in figure 1. The intelligent prison cloud platform can comprise a plurality of servers (servers) and a database (db), and the intelligent prison cloud platform can be associated with the family members and can communicate between the escorting consumption end and the mechanism management end, namely, the family members and the escorting consumption end can communicate with the mechanism management end through the intelligent prison cloud platform, and related data can be obtained from the intelligent prison cloud platform.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the prison finance may open a plurality of virtual sub-accounts of the escorting persons under the public account. The number of virtual sub-accounts may be determined according to actual needs, for example, each pledget in each prison has one virtual sub-account.
The family personal end is used for the family of the escortion to remit money to the virtual sub-account of the corresponding escortion. And the escorting consumption end is used for performing online shopping consumption by using the balance in the corresponding virtual sub-account on the appointed equipment and under a private network environment. And the organization management end is used for the supervisory personnel to manage remittance and consumption business of each virtual sub-account.
Each escorting person has a virtual sub-account, and the remittance of the family and the consumption of the escorting person can be embodied in the virtual sub-account, so that the daily supervision of the zero charge of the escorting person, the automatic clearing of the remittance of the family, the independent settlement of the zero charge and the automatic settlement of the daily consumption are realized, and the daily management and the auditing of the escorting person, the sub-account, the remittance deposit and the consumption deposit can be finished by the supervision personnel through the organization management terminal.
The financial management system of an informationized, intelligent and integrated intelligent prison is established based on the Internet technology and a virtual account system mechanism, one-stop fund supervision services such as account management, remittance management, white list admission, automatic clearing, automatic interest bearing, consumption management and the like are provided for prison institutions, a convenient remittance channel is provided for families, and a humanized consumption mode is provided for escorts.
In an embodiment of the present invention, white list information is pre-set in the organization management end and used for determining whether the sender is in the white list or not, and only allowing the sender in the white list to send money to the corresponding virtual sub-account of the depositor.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the organization administration side is configured to prohibit money from being remitted and record remitters other than the white list on a case when determining that the remitter other than the white list remits money to the virtual sub-account of the depositor.
As shown in fig. 3, the remittance information flow is filtered by the white list, and remittances in the white list and remittances other than the white list are discriminated.
In one embodiment of the invention, the organization management end is further configured to set at least one of a money transfer amount, a number of money transfers, and a money transfer period.
In one embodiment of the invention, the family personal terminal is used for providing at least one online payment mode; and the family personal terminal selects a corresponding online payment paradigm based on the family, and remits money to a virtual sub-account of a corresponding escort in an online transfer mode. Optionally, the online payment mode can comprise WeChat transfer, Paibao transfer and mobile banking transfer, and the family members can perform related online payment interfaces through code scanning or small programs.
In one embodiment of the invention, the financial management system further comprises a counter side. The counter side is used for the bank teller to send money to the virtual sub-account of the corresponding depositor in cash.
Specifically, for the situation of cash remittance in the process of visiting and monitoring family members of the escort, financial affairs of the monitoring department can carry cash to a bank outlet, a batch number maintained by an organization management end is provided for a teller, and the teller can perform batch accounting operation of remittance cash through a counter system. The finance of the monitoring department can check the total amount of remittance and the total number of remittance through the outside clear, and can print a separate account acceptance voucher.
In one embodiment of the invention, the escorting customer consumption end is used for generating a consumption order according to the online shopping operation of the escorting customer and sending the consumption order to the institution management end. And the organization management end is used for auditing the consumption orders, and when the consumption orders are approved, the escorting consumption end settles accounts based on the balance in the virtual sub-account of the escorting person. After settlement is complete, the merchant may dispense the goods directly based on the order information.
The embodiment of the invention provides a financial management method for an intelligent prison, which comprises the following steps: based on the family member remittance operation of the escortion, the family member personal side remittance to the corresponding virtual sub-account of the escortion; based on the online shopping operation of the escorting person, the escorting person consumption end uses the balance in the corresponding virtual sub-account to perform online shopping consumption on the appointed equipment and under the private network environment; remittance and consumption businesses of each virtual sub-account are managed by the organization management side based on the management operation of the supervisory person.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a financial management method includes: the organization administration end determines whether the sender is in the white list; allowing the sender to send money to the corresponding virtual sub-account of the depositor when the sender is on the white list; when a sender outside the white list remits money to the virtual sub-account of the depositor, money is prohibited from remitting and the sender outside the white list is recorded on the record.
In an embodiment of the present invention, based on the online shopping operation of the escorting person, the online shopping consumption is performed by the escorting person consuming end on a specified device and under a private network environment by using the balance in the corresponding virtual sub-account, including: the escorting consumption end generates a consumption order based on the online shopping operation of the escorting person and sends the consumption order to the organization management end; and the organization management end examines the consumption order, and when the consumption order passes the examination, the escorting consumption end settles the account based on the balance in the virtual sub-account of the escorting person.
It should be noted that the family personal end, the escort consumption end, and the institution management end may respectively run in corresponding electronic devices, as shown in fig. 4, where the electronic devices include a processor and a memory.
The memory is configured to store machine readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the method for evaluation and recommendation of a teacher of a training institution as provided in the various embodiments of the present application described above.
The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The electronic device includes: a memory and a processor, wherein the processor may be referred to as a processing device 301 described below, and the memory may include at least one of a Read Only Memory (ROM)302, a Random Access Memory (RAM)303, and a storage device 308, which are described below:
as shown in fig. 4, the electronic device may include a processing apparatus (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphic processor, etc.) 301 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)302 or a program loaded from a storage apparatus 308 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 303. In the RAM303, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus are also stored. The processing device 301, the ROM302, and the RAM303 are connected to each other via a bus 304. An input/output (I/O) interface 305 is also connected to bus 304.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 305: input devices 306 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 307 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage devices 308 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 309. The communication means 309 may allow the electronic device to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 4 illustrates an electronic device having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the family personal side, the escort consumer side, and the institution administration side may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program carried on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication means 309, or installed from the storage means 308, or installed from the ROM 302. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 301, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
More specific examples of memory may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
