The automatic rivet feeding mechanism 7 comprises a rivet feeding frame 71, a feeding hole 72 is formed in the top of the rivet feeding frame 71, a rivet chuck 73 is installed inside the rivet feeding frame 71, a rotating shaft 74 is arranged at the central shaft of the rivet chuck 73, a crank 75 is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft 74, a gear 76 is arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft 74, a chain 77 is meshed with the gear 76, one end of the chain 77 is connected with a sixth telescopic cylinder 78, the sixth telescopic cylinder 78 is fixed on a ninth mounting plate 79, the other end of the chain 77 is connected with the ninth mounting plate 79 through a connecting rope, a rivet feeding pipe 711 is arranged at the bottom end of the rivet feeding frame 71, and an opening in the bottom end of the rivet feeding pipe 711 is opposite to the rivet receiving hole 69; rivets are put in from the feeding hole 72, the sixth telescopic cylinder 78 pulls the rotating shaft 74 through the chain 77, and simultaneously, rivets are flowed down from the rivet feeding pipe 711 one by one and fall into the rivet receiving hole 69 under the action of the rivet chuck 73, so that automatic feeding of the rivets is realized.
The blanking frame 8 is arranged on the front side of the fourth mounting plate 36, the riveted clothes rack is ejected out under the combined action of the pushing cylinder 295 and the ejecting cylinder 391, and then the formed clothes rack falls on the blanking frame 8 to achieve automatic blanking.
